Socialite nobody Kim Kardashian (her claim to fame being the daughter of one of O.J.’s attorney’s and Paris Hilton’s Best Friend of the Week) denied she had a sex tape with Ray J. He is the brother of pop singer Brandy.

Now TMZ is reporting that all parties involved with the sex tape have agreed on a monetary payment and that the tape will be released.

Vivid Entertainment will announce this morning, according to AVN.com, that they have obtained the tape and have come to an agreement with the parties involved to market and sell the videotape. As TMZ first reported, the sex tape, made by Kim’s ex-boyfriend Ray J (brother of Brandy), features certain explicit water sports as well as other raunchy activities.

Why of course it will be released. This is Kim’s ticket to becoming a somebody. Although I am sure I am not the only person in America who can’t pronounce her last name.

Page Six is reporting that the DVD will be entitled “Kim Kardashian Superstar” and will be in stores by Feb. 28.

R&B singer Brandy could face criminal charges related to a traffic accident she was involved in that lead to the death of a passenger in a car that she hit.

The California Highway Patrol has concluded its investigation into the Dec. 30 crash involving Brandy – and is recommending that the R&B singer be charged with a misdemeanor count of vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence, according to CHP spokesman Leland Tang.

The CHP made its recommendation to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office Monday morning. If charged and convicted, the 28-year-old former Moesha star, whose full name is Brandy Norwood, could face up to one year in county jail.

“We know that Brandy’s at fault for the chain reaction of the collision,” Tang tells PEOPLE.

Hopefully justice will be served. Brandy seems like a nice, sweet young lady who probably just used some bad judgment or was a bit more reckless than she should have been.
