Some experts are speculating that these photos could be part of a sex tape that Britney’s former paparazzi boyfriend Adnan Ghalip shot and is trying to sell.

Britney Spears is back home in Kentwood, Louisiana. Spears, along with her dad and brother, left L.A. for LA so they can be with Brit’s younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears as she awaits birth of her first child.

OK! can confirm that the 26-year old singer took a commercial flight out of LAX and touched down in New Orleans on Wednesday afternoon accompanied by her father Jamie Spears, brother Bryan Spears and Brit’s assistant Brett.

Warm up the gumbo, chill the beer, and let the Louisiana party begin as Spears Incorporated prepares to add another one to the circus.

It was a family affair Saturday as mom-to-be Jamie Lynn Spears had her baby shower in Kentwood, La.

About 30 guests were invited – including big sis Britney – to Kentwood for a ladies-only, catered celebration for the 17-year-old at the family’s Serenity mansion. (Spears hadn’t been back to her hometown since her aunt’s funeral early last year.)

“Jamie Lynn opened every gift,” says a source, adding that mom Lynne and fiancé Casey Aldridge’s mother lent a hand. “We all sat in a circle and she opened gifts and thanked every person. It was just a good old fashioned baby shower.”

In March, the Zoey 101 star registered for baby booty at Babies “R” Us.

Though sheriff’s deputies were posted at the gate and paparazzi circled in helicopters, “it was a normal shower,” says the source. “A wonderful, sweet occasion.”

It’s nice to see that Britney’s father let her out of her cage, no?

Britney Spears is returning to How I Met Your Mother, Neil Patrick Harris will be so pleased.

“The show is ecstatic and so is Britney,” a source said. “She had so much fun the first time around she really wanted to come back. It was a mutual decision to work together more.”

The singer/actress will do one episode, the source says. Fox studios would not confirm the appearance.

Spears, 26, appeared on the March 24 episode, playing a receptionist at a dermatologist’s office who fell for one of the show’s main characters, played by Josh Radnor. She received wide accolades for the spot.

“She was hilarious in the table-read, and I got to see her do the run-through as well, and she was great,” cast member Jason Segel said. –Jennifer Garcia, Nicole Weisensee Egan and Lisa Ingrassia

Pop wreck Britney Spears was involved in a literal wreck on the 405 Saturday evening as she rear ended another car at a relatively slow speed. CHIP was called but no tickets were issued according to reports out of Los Angeles.

Soon after, Britney hopped over to the passenger’s seat, allowing her body guard to take charge of the situation. She seemed really nervous, biting her nails like crazy and puffing away on a cigarette.

She was then taken into the police station for a drug test. No word on what happened there, but probably nothing was found because she had a police office escort her home. Britney is ok.

Something about Brit puffing away on a cigarette always reminds me of the waitresses at the Waffle House in Plaquemine, Louisiana, where I use to always study for my law school finals. If any of you reading this have never been to a Waffle House then you are truly missing out on pop American culture.

Paparazzi scumbag Adnan Ghalib was reportedly caught cheating on Britney Spears with Amanda Pagel (photo above) by Britney.  Brit found racy text messages on Adnan’s cellio and dumped him on the spot in a rage of anger.

Britney reportedly dumped Adnan after finding saucy texts from another woman on his mobile phone. The woman, we now know, Amanda, is the real cause of their break-up.

What’s interesting is that Amanda also dumped her boyfriend, Perry Ullmann on a phone call, during Bravo’s reality show Make Me a Supermodel. The episode airs tonight.

Adnan’s smoking hot wife, Azlynn Berry, has filed for a legal separation from him after several weeks of him photographing Britney up-close with his tripod.

Britney Spears finally received some good news on Friday when L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon signed off on an agreement that would let Brit get to see her two boys, Sean and Jayden.

We’re told lawyers for both sides have hashed out a deal in which Britney will get visitation in a therapeutic setting. Commish Scott Gordon has signed off on the agreement.

It’s a deal more than a week in the making. The parties had agreed in principle last weekend to a deal but it fell apart in court last Tuesday.

Brit’s dad was key in an agreement being worked out for the visitation.  Mr. Spears has done a good job in taking over, trying to help Britney get control of herself and family.   Everyone involved seemed to be on board with the decision.

The evil Sam Lutfi is being investigated by the LAPD for allegedly drugging Britney Spears.  Britney’s mom, Lynne Spears, stated in her deposition that she believed Lutfi had drugged her daughter.

Law enforcement sources tell us the Major Crimes Division of the LAPD is on the case. The conservators have complained that Lutfi drugged Spears as a way of keeping her under his control. We’re told the investigation is very much active.

It will be a hard charge to prove unless a sane Britney testifies.

Sure she is dressed for dance class but that doesn’t mean we can’t crown Britney Spears the ‘Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day‘.

Britney has won the WDCOTD honor more than a dozen times now.

Britney Spears parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears, are going to put up a fight to restrict who Britney can hang time with and where she can stay according to TMZ.  Britney met paparazzi boyfriend Adnan Ghalib at the Beverly Hills Hotel after being released today.

Based on what we know, it’s a good bet Jamie Spears will be back in court — we’re guessin’ tomorrow — asking the Commish to put some teeth in the conservatorship order. That order gives the conservator power to restrict the visitors Brit receives. No doubt Ma and Pa were frustrated that Brit let a paparazzo ride with her in her car today. And we’re hearing they were none too happy about the people she saw at the Bev Hills Hotel.

It wouldn’t be at all unusual for the conservator to ask for an order requiring the cops to enforce the instructions Jamie lays down. In other words, he could call the Bev Hills Police and ask them to remove the pap from the car.

Earlier on Wednesday the UCLA Medical Center (Psych Ward) released Spears believing she no longer poses a threat to herself or others.

Britney Spears is on the loose again after being released from UCLA’s psych ward.

TMZ has learned UCLA doctors determined Britney did not pose the legal danger to herself or to others, such that they could continue to hold her against her will.

As a result, she was released today and we’re told she’s already back home.

The conservatorship is still in place. Sources connected with the case say they anticipated that UCLA would probably release her before the 14-day extension because she became cooperative and relatively stable.

She has been with Adnan non-stop since her release.  This isn’t good news.

TMZ is reporting that Sam Lutfi, acting manager/thug for Britney Spears, drugged the sick pop-star according to court documents they have obtained.  The documents are in regard to the restraining order against Lufti.

According to the document, “He has cut Britney’s home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers. He yells at her. He claims to control everything.”

Sam said the following to Spears mother, Lynne.

During a dispute later that night, Sam allegedly said, “If you try to get rid of me, she’ll be dead and I’ll piss on her grave.”

Britney appears to want to get better but Sam has been controlling all of her actions.

Brit said, “Can I see another psychiatrist so I can see my babies?” Sam responded, “If I told you to take 10 pills a day, you should do what I tell you to see your babies.”

He also has been controlling what pills and substances enter Brit’s body.

At one point, Britney “picked up a bottle of pills and read part of the label and asked us, ‘What does insomnia mean?’ Sam told her that the pills will help her stay awake.” Lynne continues, “Sam told Jackie and me that he grinds up Britney’s pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdal (an anti-psychotic drug for schizophrenia and bipolarity) and Seroquel.” The docs continue, “He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could then give her drugs to heal her brain.”

This guy deserves to be pissed on from both sides of the grave.  He should probably be facing several counts of criminal charges in addition to the restraining order.

L.A. country commissioner Reva Goetz has ruled that Britney Spears dad, Jamie Spears and attorney Andrew Wallet, will remain in custody of Britney and her assets until at least February 14th.

Jamie Spears will remain co-conservator of his daughter’s estate until Feb. 14, a commissioner ruled, despite a lawyer’s claims Britney Spears had a “strong desire” against her father’s temporary supervision.

The decision came in a hearing in which attorney Adam Streisand, who asserted he was hired by Britney Spears, argued that Jamie Spears’s conservatorship “would only cause further distress, agitation and estrangement.”

It can be a bit confusing in the Spears clan since they named their youngest daughter after themselves.  But papa Jamie, not daughter Jamie Lynn, remains in control.  Momma Lynne has to be pleased with the result.  Jamie seems like a no-nonsense type of guy.  I am also waiting for him to dock a paparazzi.
