Dancing With The Stars co-host Brooke Burke will be introduced as Brooke Charvet for the first time during the premiere of the thirteenth season of the reality show on Monday night (September 19).

“Tomorrow on Dancing with the Stars will be the first time I go by my new name [on TV]. I’m happy about being Brooke Charvet,” the 39 year-old actress revealed at the 2011 Emmy Awards on Sunday (photo above).

Mrs. Charvet, who has two daughters from a previous relationship, is excited to be known as Brooke Charvet, even through some friends were not too happy with the name change.

Brooke and David had been together for more than five years and had two children – a 4 year-old daughter named Heaven Rain and 3 year-old son named Shaya Braven – before they secretly tied the knot in St. Barts back in August of 2011.

The beautiful Brooke Burke, the brand new co-host of Dancing With The Stars after replacing Samantha Harris, is reportedly pregnant with her fifth child. YES! FIVE! Five kids and Brooke still looks so absolutely fantastic! Brooke defined the word MILF!

Brooke, who was blessed with a hot mix of Irish, French and Portuguese genes, and actor David Charvet, have been together for more than four years and they have two beautiful kids, a daughter named Heaven Rain and a son, Shaya Braven. The 38 year-old model/TV personality also has two daughters, Neriah Shae and Sierra Sky, from her marriage with plastic surgeon Garth Fisher.

UPDATE: Brooke Burke totally fooled us with this April Fools’ Day prank and it’s one of the oldest pranks in the book. Brooke tweeted, “April Fools Tweetie pies!!!!! But seriously!!!!! I am not preggers…. where is your sense of humor?!? I will not be Dancing With baby #5. lOL Got you!!!! April Fools!!! The joke was over when my MOM called me at my office to ask if I am Pregnant! Tom Bergeron announced on Good Morning America this morning that the beautiful Brooke Burke, who won the 7th season of the reality TV dancing contest Dancing With the Stars, would be his co-host for this season on the

Burke and her professional dance partner Derek Hough won the 7th season over NFL player Jason Taylor and Edyta Sliwinska.

Burke replaces Samantha Harris who co-hosted DWTS with Bergeron from 2006-2009.  Bergeron’s co-host in the very first season was Lisa Canning.

Burke has previous hosting experience from her days of hosting the flavorful E! show Wild On! and Rock Star.

Brooke Burke hosted the Intel CES Party at LAX in Vegas last night. Nobody else cool showed up, but Brooke brought enough hot factor for everyone there. She wore a sheer black sleeveless mini dress with a purple slip peeping through. Those legs are AMAZING… They were good before, but Dancing with the Stars sure does a body good.

I guess when you have four small kids like Dancing with the Stars champ Brooke Burke, wearing one in a sling is the easiest thing to do. She fully utilizes baby carriers, but looks hot every time. Even dressed casual with her hair up and big sunglasses on, Brooke always looks totally put together and all her babies always look so cute!
