Sultry actress Cate Blanchett is likely to star opposite Harrison Ford in the fourth installment of the Indiana Jones series. Blanchett has starred in The Aviator, Notes on a Scandal, The Lord of the Rings, The Talented Mr. Ripley and Babel.

“She is in negotiations, yes,” publicist Lisa Kasteler told The Associated Press. She did not elaborate.

Filming is scheduled to begin later this year, with Steven Spielberg on board to direct. The movie is being produced by Star Wars creator George Lucas’ Lucasfilm Ltd.

Ford played Indiana Jones in 1981′s Raiders of the Lost Ark, 1984′s Temple of Doom and 1989′s The Last Crusade.

Harrison just got tired of making dud films so he is going back to the well that has been so kind to him. There should actually be an Indiana Jones film every two years. If you do something very well then never stop doing it.

And you thought you had it bad in junior high having to wear that shirt your grand mother had knitted you. It appears that up until this year actress Cate Blanchett has been wearing homemade panties that her mom made her in high school.

She says, “I have the worst underwear drawer. I was talking about it yesterday to the costume designer. I said, ‘I’ve got some daggy undies’ on today. Up until six years ago, I still had these stretched elastic, homemade undies that my mother made me in high school. I actually thought they were quite sexy.”

It does appear that the The Aviator star must have recently discovered Victoria’s Secret and realized her diaper panties were a bit dated.

She has only recently begun wearing store-bought panties, after years of using homemade ones.
