Country star Randy Travis was arrested for public intoxication right in front of a Baptist church in Sanger, Texas at around 1:30 a.m. on Monday (February 6). Randy was simply booked, cited and released a few hours later.

The 52 year-old was apparently just sitting around in his car, drinking it up (probably to forget all about his sinking career), when someone decided to call the cops. When the police officers arrived, Randy was discovered with an open bottle of wine.

(Un)Fortunately, Randy’s sassy mug shot is probably one of the most original and kind of creepy mug shots in history of celebrity mug shots.

Actor Armie Hammer, best known for his portrayal of the Winklevoss twins in “The Social Network,” was arrested for possession of marijuana in Sierra Blanca, Texas more than two months ago in November of 2011.

Who did Armie manage to stay under the radar? The 25 year-old stained his good boy image when he was found with three pot cookies and one pot brownie in the same town where Willie Nelson and Snoop Dogg were busted for the exact same infraction of the strict Texan law.

Armie, who stars as Prince Andrew Alcott in the upcoming movie “Mirror, Mirror” with Julia Roberts and Lily Collins, was booked and released a day later after paying a $1,000 bond. The case against Armie was dropped since he was in possession of only .02 ounces of weed.

“Teen Mom” star Jenelle Evans was arrested for allegedly violating a domestic violence protection order on Monday night (January 16). This is the second time Jenelle is taken into custody in less than a week.

Michael Lohan’s ex-girlfriend, Kate Major, was arrested for resisting arrest with violence and battery after the police responded to call at an apartment parking lot at around 9:45 p.m. in Boca Raton, Florida on Saturday (January 14).

Kate was allegedly trying to attack a man named Juan Jimenez and his wife Rosario Tapia. When cops arrived the situation was almost under control as Kate was being restrained on the ground by several people.

The police officer wrote: “I attempted to speak with Major, who was screaming and yelling obscenities at Tapia, calling her a ‘fat f**k’ and a ‘b*tch’.”

Juan and Rosario had absolutely no idea why Kate attacked them, but the situation developed after they saw someone had parked in their assigned space and were simply waiting for another spot to open in the parking lot.

Finally in jail, Kate continued acting like a total lunatic and reportedly slapped the arresting officer and called him a “fat f**k.” Be warned, Kate was already released. That woman is a danger to herself and society. Just lock her up in a padded cell and throw away the key.

“Bachelorette”/“Bachelor Pad” contestant, Kasey Kahl, who was rejected by Ali Fedotowsky on the show, was arrested for being intoxicated and disorderly conduct at the Club Habanos in Fresno, Califonia on Sunday morning (January 15).

Kasey was involved in some sort of incident at the nightclub, but it’s still unclear exactly what he was accused of. Vienna Girardi’s on-and-off boyfriend was booked at a nearby police station and released just a few hours later, after posing for the infamous mug shot picture.

Rapper Tyga (real name: Michael Ray Nguyen-Stevenson) was arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada, after being flagged on a routine traffic violation over the weekend. The 22 year-old had an active warrant for his arrested stemming from four other traffic incidents.

Tyga’s previous troubles with the law included a registration violation, unlawful acts of financial responsibility and driving without a license. The rapper was promptly taken into custody and booked at the Clark County Detention Center.

Tyga, who is ready to release his sophomore album “Careless World: Rise of the Last King” later this month, was reportedly released on his own recognizance the next day.

Snoop Dogg was arrested for possession of marijuana after a border patrol ran a standard inspection of his tour bus in Sierra Blanca, a small town in West Texas, where ironically the rapper’s good friend Willie Nelson was arrested for weed in 2010.

Police dogs alerted for the possible presence of the drug in a waste basket in the back of the bus. Voilà. A red prescription bottle contained several joints within under a half-ounce of weed.

Snoop confessed the weed was his and it had been prescribed in SoCal. However, Texas has a zero bullsh*t policy when it comes to medicinal herbs. If convicted, Snoop might serve up to 180 days in jail.

American Idol alum Adam Lambert was reportedly arrested outside a gay bar at about 4 a.m. in Finland on Thursday (December 22), after he got into a huge, violent fight with his Finnish boyfriend, reality TV star Sauli Koskinen.

The 29 year-old “Whataya Want From Me” singer was allegedly completely out of his mind and even attacked whoever tried to break up the fight outside the “Don’t Tell Momma” club. Both Adam and Sauli, who became famous as the winner of Finnish Big Brother in 2007, were taken into custody.

The two lovebirds were put behind bars in different jail cells to avoid another lovers’ quarrel. Adam, who is getting ready to release his new album “Trespassing” in March 2012, was in the country to spend a romantic vacation with his boyfriend.

UPDATE: Both Adam and Sauli were released after being questioned since they didn’t have any injuries. After being released, Sauli blogged, “Publicity is not easy, but also celebrities are just human. Love is not easy either, but it lasts forever!”

MTV’s “Teen Mom” star Amber Portwood was sent back to jail for a violation of her probation. The 21 year-old mom is currently being held at Madison County Jail in Indiana, where she is expected to spend the holidays.

Shawn Portwood, Amber’s brother, explained exactly why his sister was thrown in jail this time:

“Probation officers visited [her] for a random drug test at her house and they found pills in her purse that she did not have a prescription for even although she explained that they had previously been prescribed to her. In addition she missed a court hearing and that is why she was jailed this time around.”

The teen mom was convicted on two counts of domestic battery for hitting her baby daddy Gary Shirley in an incident caught on tape. Amber failed to comply with the conditions of her probation, which included getting a high school diploma, complete anger management classes, pay probation fees and set up a college fund for her daughter.

Meanwhile, the young mother also lost of the custody of her daughter Leah to Gary, and she was recently involved in a vicious brawl caught on tape at an Indiana restaurant.

“She was drunk, and there was another girl in the restaurant who had been drinking too and apparently said something about Amber to her friend,” a source told Star. “Amber instigated the fight. She told the girl, ‘You don’t know anything about me! I’m gonna whup your ass!’ They just attacked each other.”

Amber is due in court on January 13, 2012. Her brother claims, the teen mom is “distraught because she was planning to spend Christmas with her family and Gary was going to let her see Leah also.”

G-Unit rapper 40 Glocc, whose real name is Lawrence White, was arrested for allegedly beating up and nearly choking his girlfriend to death in Las Vegas, Nevada back in October.

According to the shocking police report, the woman was accused of “playing” the rapper who strangled her twice to the point where she couldn’t even breathe or speak before falling asleep on October 3, 2011. That was when the unidentified woman had a chance to call 911.

When officers arrived on the scene, the woman had several bruises all over her body, her face was swollen and she also had “significant bruising to her throat, consistent with strangulation injuries.”

This was allegedly not the first time 40 Glocc was abusive. The woman revealed they had been in an abusive relationship for more than a year, saying he once handcuffed her and locked her in the truck of his car. She was too afraid to go to the police because she thought he would kill her.

40 Glocc was promptly arrested and charged with three counts of domestic battery by strangulation and coercion with force. Unfortunately, he is expected to be released soon. Threatening and abusing women is the typical behavior of a coward. Hopefully he will rot in prison!

Rapper Juelz Santana (real name: LaRon Louis James) was arrested on suspicion of making terrorist threats and disorderly conduct in New Jersey over the week. The authorities refused to reveal the content of the threats.

The 28 year-old allegedly refuses to let police officers search his vehicle. Juelz was arrested and his car was impounded. He was released just a few hours later on $46,500 bail.
