Nick Hogan Gets 8 Months in Jail for Injuring John Graziano
Pseudo-celeb spawn Nick Bollea (Hogan) was sentenced to 8 months in jail today by a Florida judge for reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. He is to begin serving his sentence right away.
Nick was at the wheel of his Toyota Supra, driving at extreme speeds, when he crashed into a median seriously injuring his buddy John Graziano when the car flipped.
Nick is the son of famed pro wrestler Hulk Hogan and the brother of singer Brooke Hogan. Nick rose to fame with the rest of his family on the VH1 reality TV show Hogan Knows Best.

‘Idol’ Perv Colin Leahy Busted on Sex Charges
American Idol reject Colin Leahy, who compared himself to Clay Aiken, has been arrested and charged with two counts of endangering a child.
A guy who once tried to get onto “American Idol” by comparing himself to Clay Aiken just got nabbed for sending sex-laced text messages to a 12-year-old boy and propositioning a ten-year-old while volunteering at a Brooklyn elementary school.
This dude was bad when he auditioned on season three and deserves to be locked up for a long time for endangering innocent little boys.

NFL Star Marvin Harrison Investigated Over Shooting
Indianapolis Colts All-Pro wide receiver Marvin Harrison is being investigated about a shooting that took place outside of his bar Playmakers. No charges have yet been filed against Harrison or anybody else.
The source said the alleged victim came into the bar, Playmakers, about 5 p.m. and engaged in an argument with Harrison, who was at the bar. The victim then left the bar, heading to his car, with Harrison following. Gunfire broke out, the victim was hit in the hand, and a young girl was slightly injured by flying glass from a car that apparently was hit by a bullet.
Police came to scene, but the victim did not identify a shooter. On Wednesday, according to the source, ballistic tests showed that the gun that had fired the shots was a custom-made Belgian weapon, and police determined that Harrison owned such a gun. A source told ESPN.com’s John Clayton that the gun is registered.
Marvin is one of the last people in the NFL I would suspect to be involved in something like this. It is not looking too good for Harrison in the limited details that have surfaced so far.
Gary Dourdan Busted for Coke, Ecstasy, Heroin
The daily DUI/Drug bust celeb of the day happens to be CSI star Gary Dourdan. Dourdan was busted in Palm Springs, asleep at the wheel, for possessing coke, ecstasy, prescription drugs and heroin.
“CSI’s” Gary Dourdan was busted in Palm Springs yesterday on suspicion of possessing heroin, cocaine, ecstasy and prescription drugs. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the actor was asleep in his car at 5:21 AM when they approached the vehicle and made the bust.
Just another day in the life of being a celebrity. The tough job that it is.
Ashley Dupre Sues ‘GGW’ Founder Joe Francis
New York’s finest hooker, Ashley Dupre, is suing Joe Francis and his ‘Girls Gone Wild’ franchise claiming Francis exploited her name and image for profit.
The lawsuit seeks more than $10 million in damages. In legal documents, Dupré alleges that Girls Gone Wild representatives approached her while she was vacationing in Florida in 2003, offered her alcohol and cajoled her into exposing her breasts for their cameras when she was just 17 (and not of proper legal age to sign a release form allowing her to be filmed).
Since then, the suit claims, Girls Gone Wild has illegally exploited Dupré’s name, picture, voice and likeness in a number of deceptive ad campaigns and on Web sites.

Pop/drunk/rehab/loser/vampire Amy Winehouse was arrested today in London for headbutting a poor dude outside of a London bar. She is likely to be charged with assault.
In the wee hours of April 23, the Grammy-winning “Rehab” singer allegedly headbutted a man outside a London pub. She voluntarily reported to a London police station on Friday to answer questions, and was arrested.

Wesley Snipes Sentenced to 3 Years in Prison
BREAKING: Actor Wesley Snipes has been sentenced to three years in prison/jail for tax evasion (failing to file tax returns).
Snipes was convicted of three misdemeanor charges for not filing his taxes.
The maximum sentence allowed under law is 3 years. But how could Wes get the max sentence?
Snipes had several character witness letters written by friends, including Woody Harrelson and Denzel Washington.
Anytime you have perennial pothead Woody Harrelson as a character witness you know you aren’t going to get any favors when it comes to sentencing. Even the great Denzel Washington is not going to cancel out Woody.

Date Rape Drug Dropped in Pasha Grishuk’s Wine
Gold medal winning figure skater Pasha Grishuk was drugged with the date rape drug GHB 10 days ago when a pill was dropped and dissolved into her wine glass.
The two-time Olympic gold medal winner attended a business meeting at the swanky St. Regis in the OC on April 12. Grishuk ordered a glass of wine at the table, which she briefly left unattended. After taking a few more sips, Pasha noticed a half-dissolved pill at the bottom of her glass. By the time cops and paramedics arrived, Pasha was feeling numb and ill.
Toxiology reports have confirmed that the pill was indeed GHB.
Minor League Team Drops Michael Vick Promotion
The Kansas City T-Bones probably made a wise decision in deciding not to have a ‘Welcome to the Neighborhood’ promotional night at the park for Michael Vick that they had already been promoting. MV7 is serving his 23-month prison sentence in nearby Leavenworth, Kansas.
The Kansas City T-Bones of the Northern League had planned to have a Michael Vick “Welcome to the Neighborhood” night May 28, complete with prison uniforms, spotlights and escape sirens. Other events promoting caring for animals also were planned.
Vick was sentenced back in December for financing and participating in an illegal dogfighting ring.
D.C. Madam Deborah Jean Palfrey Found Guilty
D.C. Madam Deborah Jeane Palfrey who had been charged with running a Washington, D.C., prostitution ring was found guilty on Tuesday for money laundering, racketeering, and using the mail for illegal purposes according to Fox News.
She was convicted on all counts she faced: Money laundering, using the mail for illegal purposes and racketeering. The jury deliberated for seven hours on Monday and Tuesday.
The weeklong trial in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia included the testimony of 13 former escorts, most of whom said that Palfrey was careful not to talk about prostitution explicitly. But the women said they often discussed the subject with Palfrey in veiled terms.
Former Palfrey call girl Rebecca Dickinson testified last week about what she got paid for sex and how much she gave to Palfrey.
Carmelo Anthony Arrested for DUI
Denver Nuggets basketball star Carmelo Anthony was arrested early Monday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol.
Anthony was driving south on Interstate 25 at around 4 a.m. when he was pulled over and taken into custody. Denver police said he was driving a silver Mercedes and was stopped for failing to drive in a single lane and failing to dim lights. Several Denver media outlets reported that he was given a Breathalyzer test.
Anthony is no stranger to trouble. He was suspended 15 games back in 2006 for punching a member of the New York Knicks during a game. Back in 2004 he was charged with possession of marijuana at the Denver International Airport.
It will be interesting to see how Carmelo rebounds from this latest bonehead move, but then again rebounding has always been a bit of a foreign concept to Melo.
Vanilla Ice Restrained from Wife by Court Order
Vanilla Ice (Rob Van Winkle) has been ordered by a Florida court to stay away from his wife after he allegedly pushed her last night during an argument.
Vanilla can phone her, but that’s all, folks. Ice can only have contact with his kids through one of his friends — at least for now. And, he can go to the house to pick up his stuff, but only once and with a police escort.
Ice was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery.
For those of you in a coma the past twenty years, Ice rose to fame in the early 90’s with the hit rap song ‘Ice Ice Baby’.

Mischa Barton Put On Probation
Former teen queen Mischa Barton was sentenced to three years of probation (unsupervised) after agreeing to a plea deal with prosecutors in Los Angeles according to PEOPLE.
The former O.C. star pleaded no contest to drunken driving in a plea deal reached with prosecutors and which will spare her jail time.
In addition, a marijuana possession charge against Barton was dropped (due to the small amount found, a source told to PEOPLE).
Another charge of driving without a license was reduced to an infraction.
She also will attend alcohol education classes in addition to paying fines related to the incident.
Barton was arrested on December 27th after cops noticed her severe swerving while behind the wheel and failing to use her turn signal.

Penn State basketball player Stanley Pringle has been accused by a co-ed of masturbating in the library stacks section. Pringle claims he just has a bad habit of placing his hand down the front of his pants to relax.

According to the criminal complaint, a woman said Pringle sat down on top of a desk behind her and asked if she wanted to purchase some hand lotion he was selling for the basketball team.
That is freaking hilarious. Pringle trying to sell the innocent student on the idea that the basketball team is selling hand lotion. The scared student told police she then heard, from behind her, the smacking sound associated with masturbation. Not sure how she knew that sound, but that is what she told the po-po.
The woman told police that after 15 minutes of conversation with Pringle, she heard the sound of adjusting clothing followed by a “smacking sound, like Pringle’s hand was smacking against the skin of his body.”
As if Pringle wasn’t guilty already of taking care of his carnal desires, the woman finished her police report by stating that she heard “moaning sounds” and a lack of breath from Pringle.
The woman told police that Pringle then answered his ringing cell phone and proceeded to make “moaning sounds” and “sounded like he was short of breath.”
This is the most public account of male masturbation since Paul Reuben’s (Pee-Wee Herman) hi-jacking from the balcony of an adult movie back in 1991 to the horror of all the patrons below him.
Disgraced Beauty Queen Katie Rees Accepts Plea Deal
Katie Rees has accepted a plea deal and agreed to pay fines for five misdemeanor traffic violations. Since she agreed to the deal the prosecutors dropped the resisting arrest charge.
Katherine N. “Katie” Rees, 23, a former Miss Nevada USA, avoided trial by pleading no contest to speeding, operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance and driving with an expired registration, a suspended license and suspended registration.She agreed to pay up to $1,312 in fines.
Rees rose to fame back in 2006 when extremely racy photos (see here) ended up on the internet. Rees lost her crown in the wake of the scandal.
Playboy Model Reby Sky Convicted
Former Playboy model Rebbeca Reyes, who models under the name of Reby Sky, has been convicted of resisting arrest in Florida.
Reyes, 21, was pulled over in Temple Terrace, Fla. for a malfunctioning tail light, after which, according to testimony from Tampa Terrace police officers, she verbally abused them and ignored demands to get back in the truck. When they tried cuffing her, she resisted.

Naomi Campbell Arrested Once Again
Former top super model Naomi Campbell was arrested at London’s Heathrow Airport for assaulting a police officer.
Police sources could not confirm what may have triggered the altercation. She was arrested in the newly opened Terminal 5, where travelers’ frustrations have flared due to baggage delays since opening last week.
With Naomi there is always sure to be drama to be nearby. Recently she claimed to be mugged at a Led Zeppelin concert in London. She also was in Brazil earlier this year hospitalized and receiving treatment for a mysterious infection. She also served five days of community service last year after throwing her cell phone at her house keeper.
Poison Drummer Rikki Rocket Arrested for Rape
Poison drummer Rikki Rocket was arrested this morning at the Los Angeles airport on a rape warrant out of Mississippi. Rocket was returning to the States from New Zealand where he had been performing with the band.
Rockett, a former hairdresser whose real name is Richard Ream, was transported to the L.A. County Jail, where he was booked on a felony fugitive sexual assault warrant out of Neshoba County, Mississippi. Where Rockett is exactly right now is unknown.
Either way I am sure Rikki was looking for “nothing but a good time.”
