Mad Men star January Jones knows how to keep a secret. The actress refused to answer when the New York Times asked her to reveal her 20-month-old son’s father’s identity in a recent interview.

“That’s my son’s business,” Jones said in a May 19 interview. “It’s not the public’s business.”

She continued, saying, “Jack Nicholson once told me: ‘You should never give your personal life away, otherwise people will pick you apart. They’ll never believe in your character.”

“Women should have lots of secrets,” she added. ”It’s our right to have secrets. Otherwise, what would we write in our memoirs?”

During a broadcast taped for YouTube, a DJ confirmed that program director Ebro Darden received an email from Jay, 43, who said that “the pregnancy rumor is false.”

“I hit him to say congratulations, send my love to the fam,” Darden said. But the rap mogul told him “it’s not true.”

Rumors spread last week, with multiple sources confirming, that Beyonce was pregnant with her second child. She is currently mother to her 1-year-old daughter Blue Ivy.

Country singer Chely Wright and her wife, music executive Lauren Blitzer Wright, welcomed identical twin boys on Saturday, May 18, in New York City, their rep has confirmed.

The babies, named George Samuel and Everett Joseph after their great-grandfathers, arrived a month earlier than expected.

“We are grateful for all the amazing medical care and the love and support of family and friends,” Wright told reporters.

The 42-year-old singer married Blitzer in August 2011 after she publicly came out in 2010. They announced their pregnancy in January.

Baby shower invitations are adding fuel to the fire that reality star Kim Kardashian and rapper Kanye West are expecting a baby girl together.

The two have kept mum about the gender of their baby, but invites they sent out for a shower taking place on June 2 are indicative that a girl is on the way.

The Duchess of Cambridge is rumored to have no plans to hire a royal maternity nurse to help her care for the child. Instead, she will stay with her parents, Carole and Michael, in Berkshire, where she ”just feels safest and most secure.”

A source told reporters that Carole is “over the moon” with Kate’s decision to stay with her. She is even making changes to her £4.85 million in order to better accommodate Kate and her new grandbaby.

“Carole fully intends to be part of this baby’s life and Catherine, for her part, plans to spend a lot of time with her parents, especially while she is waiting for the new apartment to be completed,” the source said.

Jenna Bush Hager and her husband Henry Hager gave former President George W. Bush his first grandchild on Saturday.

Bush was first to announce the news, writing on his official Facebook, “Laura and I are thrilled to announce the birth of our grandchild, Margaret Laura ‘Mila’ Hager,” he wrote. “Mila, daughter of Jenna and Henry Hager, is named for her grandmothers.”

During an interview with PEOPLE, Jenna hinted at what her father would want to be called when her little one arrived. “My grandfather and my father’s grandfather were both called Gampy, so maybe it will be Gampy,” she said, “but my father did also say he wanted to be called Jefe, which is chief in Spanish.”
