Actor Josh Duhamel completely denied affair rumors after a stripper named Nicole Forrester (photos) came out to speak about their one wild torrid night together. However, Nicole, a 34 year-old mother-of-two, passed a polygraph test and even has some of his racy text messages to prove her case (read more details).

Nicole’s lawyer, Romin Alavi, revealed that Nicole was contacted by the ‘National Enquirer’ and offered $20,000 for the story because Josh had bragged about the fling on the set of his movie.

“Josh bragged about what happened on the set of his movie [Life As We Know It], and someone called the Enquirer with the tip,” Alavi tells Us Weekly. “The Enquirer then came to Nicole.”

This story has led various women across the country to come forward and tell their own stories of wild sexcapades with the actor before he tied the knot Stacy Ferguson aka Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas.

Fergie believe Josh and is standing by her man, in spite of rumors that their 10 month marriage is on the rocks. “Fergie says nothing is wrong. Every time I ask her how married life is, she says, ‘Awesome!’” Adds another insider, “Josh told her it didn’t happen, and she believes him.”

Actress Sandra Bullock is involved in a custody battle against porn star Janine Lindemulder over her husband Jesse James’ 5 year-old daughter Sunny James (photos below), who has been living with the couple for more than six months since her mother went to jail for tax evasion.

Janine is out and wants her daughter back except both Jesse and Sandra are doing everything they can to keep her bad influence out of the child’s life. The couple wrote letters to ask the judge for a stricter punishment and describing Janine as an unfit parent.

“I am aware that Janine has claimed many times that my desire to have Sunny was because I could not have children of my own,” Bullock writes in the letter obtained by ABC News. “As difficult as that is for me to hear, and write, it couldn’t be farther from the truth.”

“I myself have stopped working like I used to in order to be here with Jesse and the kids because we are on constant ‘high alert,’ ” she writes. “Never knowing what condition Janine will be in, and even more concerning, the condition Sunny will be in. While in Janine’s care, sometimes Sunny is left alone during the day, while her mother is asleep from drug use.”

“I know the term ’stepmother’ carries many connotations, one of them being a ‘glorified babysitter,’ ” Sandra writes. “My commitment and responsibility to Sunny, and Chandler and Jesse Jr., goes beyond that.

“We are FULLY prepared to accept the responsibility and make Sunny’s transition as healthy as possible if full custody should be awarded to Jesse…We are here, and know we may have a tough road ahead of us but we have built a strong and stable foundation, which makes us ready for anything.”

Janine went to ‘Good Morning America’ in hopes to get some publicity and make Sandra sit down and talk to her. Janine said, “It hurts tremendously. The accusations, especially from Sandra…her even more so, because we’ve never sat down and talked. That’s the one thing that I wish more than anything for a remedy for what’s happening here, is just communication.”

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin is reportedly cheating on his wife Gwyneth Paltrow with one of her fellow actresses and good friend, Kate Bosworth. According to Star, Chris and Kate were caught making out in at least two public locations in the past couple of weeks.

“I couldn’t believe my eyes,” an eyewitness tells Star in our Nov. 16 issue. “There was Chris totally making out with Kate in front of other people. At first I thought it might be Gwyneth, but when she came up for air, it was clear the woman was Kate!”

Another source close to the couple confirms their marriage is over and things just naturally developed between Kate and Chris. “Chris is totally Kate’s type, she loves the Brits like Orlando and James Rousseau,” says a source. “And she’s Chris’ type, too. Actress Lindsay Lohan, who was apparently still mourning the end of her relationship with Samantha Ronson, hooked up with actor Gerard Butler at the launch of the Sol Kerzner Mazagan Beach Resort in Morocco this weekend.

According to the Mirror, Lindsay lured Gerard to the dance floor and “put her Trilby on his head, turned up his collar and started dirty dancing”. The two ended up flirting and making out in a corner.

Josh and Nicole met at the totally nude club Tattletales Lounge while he was filming a new romantic comedy flick ‘Life As We Know It’ in Atlanta early October. Nicole claims Josh identified himself as ‘JD’, a porn star, and invited her to his hotel room at the St. Regis hotel, where they had one wild night of sex.

Nicole says their marathon sex was absolutely incredible and described him as the best lover she ever had. Josh and Fergie tied the knot in January and had been planning to extend the family.

A new tell-all book written by Ian Halperin promises to reveal the darkest secrets of the hottest Hollywood couple, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. The best kept secret is that the Brangelina pseudo-marriage is a fraud, as in it’s not as perfect as they wants us to believe it is because they are really just human (GASP!).

‘Brangelina Exposed‘ promises to explain how the famous couple “have successfully manipulated the public into believing a glamorous fairytale that bears little resemblance to the reality of the pair’s life together,” according to a press release.

No marriage is a fairytale so since when is this piece of information a dark secret!?! The book also unveils new details of Angelina’s relationship with her father Jon Voight, her struggle with heroin use, suicidal impulses and sexual exploits, which is not exactly breaking news. We could write a book with numerous things we find with a simple Google search on Angie’s dark past.

And tell-all wouldn’t be a tell-all if it didn’t include the tension between the two and how they are headed straight to a nasty break up… sometime soon… in the future. “Jolie’s personal lifestyle choices are not only affecting her growing family but causing serious and potentially irreparable tensions with Pitt.”

Newlyweds Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom decided to immortalize their love with matching tattoos on their hands, which they got at Tattoo Mania in Los Angeles on Saturday night (October 24).

Khloe blogged, “Saturday night Lamar and I were eating at Sunset Plaza and I just said, “Let’s go to Tattoo Mania! I want a tattoo!” I think the best tattoo experiences are the spontaneous ones, because that way you are not only left with the tattoo, but an amazing memory to go along with it!”
