Reality star and Skinnygirl entrepreneur Bethenny Frankel confirmed to reporters that she’s still sharing her NYC apartment with her soon-to-be ex-husband Jason Hoppy while they go through divorce proceedings.

The couple filed for divorce in January, but have yet to separate their living quarters because it’s unclear who will get to keep the NYC pad.

“My living situation is very, very stressful,” Frankel told reporters. “I don’t think it’s very healthy for anyone involved. It’s very upsetting. You just have to endure it.”

Frankel said she’s trying to put her focus on her 3-year-old daughter, Bryn: ”I can’t believe I don’t get to be with her every day,” she said. “And yet, when we were together, all three of us, the dynamic wasn’t good. It wasn’t healthy. That energy wasn’t good for her to be around.”

Nick Lachey opened up about his divorce with Jessica Simpson on Tuesday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live while he visited with the rest of his 98 Degrees bandmates.

While playing host Andy Cohen‘s signature game “Plead the Fifth,” Jessica’s father Joe Simpson came up. Cohen asked, ”What is the best thing about no longer having Joe Simpson as a father-in-law?”

Nick didn’t answer immediately, but his brother Drew Lachey did when he yelled, ”Everything!”

“What is the best thing about not having Joe Simpson as a father-in-law … I don’t have to play grab a–– under the table on Easter Sunday,” Nick said to Cohen, laughing with his answer.

“I am blushing!” Cohen said.

“Our publicist is freaking out right now,” Drew, 36, told the host.

Cohen went on to ask if Lachey still watches Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica, the reality show that featured the couple’s first years of marriage. ”Wow. Is this the part where I can plead the Fifth? It’s been years [since I've talked to Jessica]. Years. Honestly, probably six years,” Lachey said. “It was like another lifetime ago.”

“I have not. As you can imagine, that’s not popular viewing in my house. We don’t sit around as a family and watch the old DVDs,” he said.

Lachey ultimately divorced Simpson in 2005. He married Vanessa Minnillo in 2011, and welcomed a son with her in September 2012.

Country singer Jason Aldean and his wife of 11 years, Jessica Ussery, have separated, according to his rep.

Shockingly enough, it took seven months for this news to spread, as Aldean was photographed kissing American Idol alumni Brittany Kerr back in November.

A source close to the couple said the they actually split in January, pointing out that Ussery did not attend the ACM Awards with Aldean in April. ”There were obvious problems before the bar kiss, but he finally left earlier this year,” the source said.

A rep for the singer told reporters: “I can confirm that Jason and his wife are having problems, but there is nothing more to share at this time. It’s a private family matter, and we hope everyone will respect that he would like to keep it that way.”

Two months before they split, Aldean and Ussery appeared on CBS This Morning. ”It hasn’t always been roses,” Aldean said. ”We’ve been together for a long time and through a lot of things together. Those are things that most people get to deal with in private, but we didn’t have the luxury of doing that.”

Sources confirm that Joe and Tina Simpson, parents of Ashlee and Jessica Simpson, are officially divorced after 34 years of marriage.

Tina, 53, filed for divorce in October 2012, claiming ”discord or conflict of personalities” on the papers. Their divorce news came after weeks of speculation that Joe, 55, had come out to his family and friends.

There has yet to be comment from Jessica, who is currently expecting her second child.

Reality star Kim Kardashian and NBA player Kris Humphries finally reached a settlement in their divorce yesterday, officially ending their marriage of 72 days.

Humphries, 28, took to Twitter after the announcement, writing, “Couldn’t be happier!”. An unexpected declaration, considering Humphries didn’t get anything he had asked for in the divorce, including an annulment on the grounds that the marriage was a fraud.

Kardashian has not commented on the divorce, but was seen heading out for some retail therapy after the decision was made yesterday afternoon.

After 536 days of fighting, reality star Kim Kardashian and NBA player Kris Humphries have reached a settlement and are FINALLY divorced.

Expectant Kardashian, 32, and Humphries, 28, were both present in the Los Angeles court this morning to end their 72 days of marriage. ”Yes, it’s done,” a source told reporters. ”They realized there was no fraud and the judge urged Kris to settle. Finally it’s over!”

Humphries dropped his demand for an annulment, and will not receive any money from Kardashian, despite initially asking for $7 million from his estranged wife. Both parties will pay their own attorney fees.

According to eyewitness reports, Kardashian was asked by the judge if irreconcilable differences were the cause of the marriage failing, to which she answered yes. She denied that counseling would have repaired the relationship.

British actress Jane Seymour and her husband of 20 years, actor-director James Keach, have announced their plans to divorce. This was Seymour’s fourth marriage.

“Jane Seymour and James Keach confirm that they are separated and have been for several months,” the couple said in a statement.  “At this time they are negotiating the terms of their divorce.”

The statement continued: “They will continue their relationship as devoted parents to their children, as business associates and partners, and in their joint dedication to preserving and furthering the charitable endeavors that they’ve worked on throughout their marriage.”

Keach, 65, directed Seymour, 63, on the show Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, and married her in 1993. They have 17-year-old twin sons Kristopher and John.

Actress Mamie Gummer, daughter of Meryl Streep, and actor Benjamin Walker are ending their marriage after less than two years together.

“It’s very amicable,” her rep told reporters.

“[The split] is very new,” another insider said.

Gummer, 29, and Walker, 30, who starred in the film Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, met in 2008 while working on the Broadway show Les Liaisons Dangereuses. “She was the Uma to my ­Keanu,” Walker said in a recent interview in Janueary 2013.

The former Pittsburgh Steelers player filed papers in a Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia on Friday, March 22, citing that their marriage is “irretrievably broken.” The papers indicate that the couple are already separated.

According to documents that were obtained by TMZ, Waller said there had been ”irremediable breakdown of the attorney-client relationship.” Humphries is also represented by out-of-state lawyer Lee Hutton, who will now need another California lawyer to represent the NBA player in the case.

This is just the latest in the divorce case, which has been going on for 450 days. Kardashian, who is currently pregnant with Kanye West’s child, first filed for the divorce on Oct. 31, 2011.

Humphries team is expected to complete the “discovery phase” by Feb. 15. If his team is not prepared, Judge Stephen Moloney recently warned, “I’ll indicate the respondent is not complying.”
