Reports have surfaced that Charlie Sheen gave his Scary Movie 5 costar Lindsay Lohan $100,000 to help cover her tax debts.

Sheen and Lohan reportedly became buddies in September while filming on set and spending time together off the clock, too. In fact, they became so close Lohan told Sheen she was in trouble with her taxes. TMZ reported last year that Lohan owed the government $233,904 in unpaid taxes for 2009 and 2010.

Last week, Sheen sent a check to the Liz & Dick star’s business manager. Lohan immediately put the cash toward her outstanding bill, which is now cut in half thanks to the actor.

What is that supposed to mean? Charlie gives nothing away. He doesn’t confirm or deny the rumors, he just simply calls them rumors. That doesn’t mean anything. There are false and true rumors, so which one is it, Charlie?

P.S.- Can I just point out Charlie signs as Nabobs? Yep, Charlie is still full of himself. It’s amusing. He either has a very twisted sense of humor, is totally delusional, or perhaps a bit of both?

Actor Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller has apparently relapsed and has checked herself back into rehab for substance abuse just a week after she claimed she was happy to put that chapter of her life behind her.

Brooke allegedly looked pretty out of it when she visited her ex at his home in Los Angeles a few weeks ago. Charlie was concerned and called an addiction specialist to examine her. After that the mother of his twins decided to check herself into rehab.

“As part of her ongoing treatment and as planned, she voluntarily checked herself into a rehab facility several weeks ago,” rep Steve Honig said in a statement.

After she was found guilty of felony drug possession stemming from her cocaine arrest in Aspen back in December 2011, Brooke, who reportedly suffers from a crack-cocaine addiction, was put on probation and is required to submit to random urine tests. A positive test could put her behind bars.

While appearing on the ever-so-controversial Howard Stern 101 Sirius XM Radio show, former American Idol judge Simon Cowell revealed to the host that he had a ”bizarre kind of blind date” with Charlie Sheen‘s ex-wife Denise Richards a few years ago.

Cowell, 51, said he and Richards, 40, were set up by mutual friends to meet at the Polo Lounge in Beverly Hills. “She’s cute,” he said.

So where’s the catch? ”She turned up 8 months pregnant and had a dog in her handbag.” Yikes. Richards gave birth to two daughters with Sheen: Sam, 7, and Lola, 6. She recently adopted her infant daughter Eloise Joni over the summer. Cowell admitted seeing Richards pregnant was “a real turnoff.”

Actress Denise Richards has reportedly turned down an offer to appear on the CBS show Two and a Half Men.

Is Ashton Kutcher Already Becoming a Diva on the ‘Two and a Half Men’ Set?

Richards was previously married to former series star Charlie Sheen, who was cut from the show after a public feud with the show’s creator Chuck Lorre. The actor was replaced with Ashton Kutcher, and the new revamped series will begin on September 19.

A source said that Richards turned down the offer out of respect for Sheen. “She would never hear the end of it from Charlie,” the source added.

Well, a sitcom based on the movie Anger Management, anyway!

You didn’t really think the “King of Winning” would cop to an anger management course did you?

Charlie Sheen’s camp has officially announced that he plans to star as an anger management therapist, loosely based on Jack Nicholson’s character from the 2003 film.

According to Sheen,

I chose Anger Management because, while it might be a big stretch for me to play a guy with serious anger management issues, I think it is a great concept.

Touche Charlie, touche.

Sheen will team up with his buddy, producer Joe Roth, the mastermind behind “Young Guns“, “Major League” and “Three Musketeers” for the series and is excited to be given the chance to have some input over the content of the sitcom.

[AM] also provides me with real ownership in the series, a certain amount of creative control and the chance to be back in business with one of my favorite movie producers of all time, Joe Roth.

Thus far, Anger Management has not been picked up by a network.
