Actor David Boreanaz, who was involved in a major cheating scandal and is trying to save his marriage to Jaime Bergman, is now being sued for sexual harassment by actress Kristina Hagan (more pictures below).

Kristina was an extra on the TV show “Bones”, when David started sexually harassing her by sending her “sexually inappropriate text messages” on August 21, 2009. The actress is being represented by the infamous Gloria Allred.

David did not stop at “innocent” text messages. In September 2009, David was driving Kristina around before he parked the car and basically threatened her saying he was “the boss” and that he could “make things happen for her.”

The “Bones” star “attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away.”  The suit then alleges David “unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated.”  This was not an isolated incident – on September 29, David grabbed, kissed, fondled Kristina, and then “masturbated in front of her” in his trailer.

David and Kristina “broke up” after he told her his wife knew about the infidelity reports coming out in October 2009. Gina, who ironically manages Tiger’s mistress Joslyn James, claims she met David through mutual friends but vehemently denies the sexual affair. Well, sort of… Gina says, “He did attend my Easter party [last year], but I did not have sex with him then,” says the 42-year-old adult actress. The key word is “then”. Does it mean she had sex with David somewhere else?

A source told RadarOnline, “Boreanaz turned up at an Easter party at the house with another guy and he ended-up staying the night. Gina had the master bedroom and suite at the house and I saw him walking around (not fully dressed) the following morning. I had the room next-door and could hear them laughing and giggling. Gina told me after he left that he was a ‘really cute and fun guy’.

“On another occasion one of my friends drove them to the Guys And Dolls nightclub, and I saw him at the house on at least three more occasions after that. David and Gina talked on the phone often . She knew that he was married, but she didn’t seem to care. She claimed that they were ‘just friends, ’ but obviously the relationship was much more than that. I think they casually dated for a few months and the relationship seemed pretty casual but Gina really liked David.

“She is a fun woman who has two teenage kids, and although she has worked in the porn industry she is pretty savvy when it comes to business too.”

David, you bad boy! Gina claims David went up to her room because he really wanted to see her puppies. Oh, we bet he did. Before Rachel Uchitel became golfer Tiger Woods #1 mistress, she also had a torrid affair with married actor David Boreanaz, who has also recently admitted to have cheated on his wife Jaime Bergman (photos here).

David felt blackmailed by one of his mistresses, not Rachel, and decided to publicly admit his infidelities. David and Rachel explosive and revealing text messages, which include references to the existence of compromising pictures and video, were released by RadarOnline.

In the messages, Uchitel tells Boreanaz that she is unable to go see him in LA and urges him to come see her in NY instead, writing, “I
need you here so we can be together.”

Boreanaz tells her, “This is not a good time.”

His wife Jamie was pregnant with the couple’s second child at the time of his affair with Uchitel.

Uchitel erupts in anger and writes, “I can’t do this anymore…Just go.

“Just (bleeping) go and be with her.”

This causes Boreanaz to get angry and he writes: “Why do u act like such a (bleeping) child!!!

“She is my wife”

But that doesn’t cause Uchitel to back off and she replies:

“Oh, please!!”

She grows more furious with him and writes:

“You’re such a liar. You’re never leaving. You’ve wasted my time and I’m once again alone.”

She adds: “I can’t (bleeping) be alone anymore. I’ve been alone my entire life.”

And Boreanaz fights back, writing, “What the HELL are you talking about. We spend more than enough time together.”

The messages also mention secret encounters between David and Rachel at the L’Hermitage Hotel in Los Angeles. David paid the bills, of course. The two also reportedly met for a three day sex marathon. “Rachel said they made love the entire time, she said David is amazing,” the source said.

Rachel’s lawyer, infamous Gloria Allred claims in a statement that these text messages are not authentic. “Rachel Uchitel has reviewed the text messages which are alleged to be between her and David Boreanaz.  She believes that they are not authentic and that someone is deliberately trying to portray her in a false light. For this reason, Ms. Uchitel strongly asserts that these texts should not be published.”

Bones’ star David Boreanaz’s wife, Jaime Bergman, who lives in Utah, can legally sue the unnamed woman her husband had an affair with for “alienation of affection” if she believes the woman intended to breakup their marriage.

David’s mistress has been trying to get more money from the actor to keep her silence and not go public with their affair (read more details here). This woman hired Gloria Allred, who is also the lawyer of Tiger Woods’ mistress #1 Rachel Uchitel, who is also rumored to have had an affair with the actor (photos here). Dramatic!

David claims he felt blackmailed and extorted by the woman and her lawyer Allred and decided to go public with his declaration of guilt. Allred claims that it was David’s lawyer, Marty Singer, who contacted her client first.

Allred says, “My client has not told her story to the press, but now that Mr. Boreanaz is attacking her she has decided to tell the story of their relationship, so that the truth will come out.”

Singer tells TMZ, “On April 23, the woman left a very threatening message that she was going to the media, that my client had not given her enough money … It is true I did leave a message for the woman because of the extortionist threat she left with my client. On Monday, I received a call from Gloria Allred and she told me the woman was looking to get paid at least 6 figures.”

Thank you, David for finally calling it exactly what it is – blackmail and extortion! All those settlements Allred has been getting for the mistress club (Tiger Woods, Jesse James…) are just a “legal” type of extortion.

Actor David Boreanaz has finally admitted that he cheated on his wife of nice years, Jaime Bergman with whom he was two children (photos here), after being victim of a blackmail or extortion attempt by the woman he had an extramarital affair with.

“Our marriage has been tainted with my infidelities,” the Bones star admits to People. “I just want to be open and honest. I was irresponsible. I was associated with a woman who I was involved with and had a relationship with. She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed or there was some sort of extortion.”

“We’re working on our marriage,” he says. “We’re working on repairing what has been damaged so badly.”

Last year, David Boreanaz was the first man romantically linked to Rachel Uchitel, Tiger Woods’ mistress #1, but the woman in question, who the actor declined to name, is NOT Rachel. This unidentified woman hired infamous attorney Gloria Allred, who allegedly demanded six figures for her clients’ silence.

According to TMZ, David and this woman hooked up a couple of times before he started paying her money but she kept demanding more, threatening him to go public with their affair. After Allred entered the game and contacted his lawyer, Marty Singer, to demand more money, David finally decided to come forward.

Seriously!? David has no excuse and he is no saint! But these women are absolutely pitiful and pathetic. And it doesn’t matter if she is trying to blackmail him the “legal” way through a deal between lawyers. It’s still blackmail! Allred should be ashamed of herself!

Rachel, a NYC events planner, and David met during the celebration of his 40th birthday at a club she works for. David asked for her number, they met a few times in NYC and LA and exchanged text messages and naughty phone calls before Rachel dumped David two week after the birth of his daughter.

“He was attracted to Rachel and asked her for her number,” says an insider. “She gave him her card, and he texted her that night to have a drink with him. She went, and they had a major connection.”

Even though their romance was long-distance, when together, the chemistry was electric. “David would walk in the door, and they’d have sex right away,” reveals the insider. “He told her, ‘Every time I have sex with you is like the first time.’”

Rachel decided to end their affair when David offered her a play-by-play of his daughter Bardot’s birth right from the delivery room on August 31. “That grossed her out, because she felt that should have been private.”

David and his wife Jaime have been married for eight years and have to children together, a 7 year-old son Jaden Rayne and 6 week-old daughter Bardot.
