Some people just don’t know when to quit!

Former Real Housewives of D.C. star/White House State Dinner Crasher/Failed Pop Star, Michaele Salahi and her husband Tareq Salahi are making yet another attempt to gain reality TV celebrity – by joining the Australian cast of Dancing with the Stars.

TMZ cameras recently spotted the Salahi’s filming a commercial for an Australian laundry detergent to boost their star power with the Aussies, because nothing says “I’m a legitimate celebrity” like starring in a commercial for household cleaning supplies.

Apparently the dynamic duo is quite popular “down undah” and are currently in the midst of ironing out all the necessary details in order for them to appear on the show.  If things go as planed and the couple is cast on DWTS: Australia, this will be their first reality TV appearance since Michaele was kicked off Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew for not having an actual addiction.

I guess being addicted to fame doesn’t count.

Teen Mom, Maci Bookout may have her career sights set on competing on Dancing with the Stars, but the stars in her eyes are set a little higher- see what I did there?!

According to an insider, Bookout is dialed in on planning her wedding with childhood pal, Kyle King.  The two have been romantically linked since Bookout split with baby-daddy Ryan Edwards last year.

Maci would love to get married and thinks planning a wedding would be fun.  She’s gotten a few brides magazines and says they’re addictive.

In an interview with OK! Magazine, a source close to the Teen Mom star revealed that, with things being so great with beau, Kyle, Maci hasn’t ruled out having a little brother or sister for her two-year-old son, Bentley,

[Kyle's] become such a good support system for Maci… They’ve really figured things out as a couple. They go running together and take care of the baby together… She does want more babies when the time is right.

I don’t know.  Sounds a little too normal to be true for an MTV reality star…

Edyta Sliwinska took to her Twitter to clear up rumors about her departure from ABC’s Dancing With the Stars. It was recently announced that the professional ballroom dancer would not be returning for the show’s 11th season. Read more about the announcement HERE.

Writing on her account, she said:

“I’m so sorry I didn’t write lately. Have been very busy with… school. Yes, taking summer classes at UCLA. It’s almost the end of the term so having so much work.”

“I decided it’s time to move on with my life, pursue other projects and finish school. By the way my major is media and communication not dance as TMZ quoted. TMZ terribly misquoted and misinterpreted everything I said.”

“But the truth is that I’m moving on. I never said anything about ‘major disagreement with production’ of DWTS. We have different views but that’s about it. I’m grateful to the show but my life can’t be limited to DWTS. I hope you understand.”

“My life is very different at the moment. I spend whole day studying. Feels great to learn new things. It was always important for me to develop both body and mind. Balance is a key.”

Leave it to TMZ to get facts screwed up. I hate to see Edyta leave the show. She’s been a huge asset to ABC because she’s a great teacher. She almost always got stuck with an underdog and never failed to make them look their best. We’ll miss you, Edyta!

UPDATE: Shawn Johnson Wins Dancing With the Stars

We probably wouldn’t even have noticed Mark Ballas’ boner “little” problem if the “Dancing With The Stars” judge Carrie Ann Inaba hadn’t made a sneaky comment about his shorts and then looked really embarrassed after Shawn Johnson and Mark’s performance on Monday!

And I also noticed how Mark always hides behind Shawn… that must be illegal! Men wearing short shorts should be a felony: first, it looks so gay and second, it just doesn’t hide your indecencies. Hilarious and completely embarrassing!
