The 33 year-old Dancing With The Stars alum recently admitted it’s not easy to keep in shape after leaving the competition. In fact, Erin was in the best shape of her life during those long weeks of dancing rehearsals, but she is determined to keep a rocking hot and toned body with this new workout.

Erin Andrews Still Fighting Naked Peephole Video Online

ESPN reporter Erin Andrews recently found out that several images from her nude peephole video, which was illegally shot without her knowledge or permission, are still online at a site that refuses to pull the photos down more than a year after they made headlines.

Erin’s lawyer sent an intimidating letter to the website in question (TheDirty), demanding the immediate removal of the photos in question. The site is “unlawfully” using those images, which constitutes an invasion of privacy, because “the copyright of these images belongs exclusively to Ms. Andrews.”

Erin Andrews Sues Hotels for Peephole Scandal

The site was threatened with a lawsuit if they don’t completely erase the pictures “from all search engine databases, including, but not limited to, Google.” Erin will apparently have to fight another battle since TheDirty refuses to take the pictures down and they have even reposted them after receiving the letter.

Erin already went through a lot because of those pictures and video. It’s enough! The reporter basically became a celeb after the video was leaked, but it was proven she did not leak it and she did not know she was being filmed. Erin is a victim. Take the damn pictures down already!

Erin Andrews Sues Hotels for Peephole Scandal

ESPN reporter Erin Andrews is suing the hotels where she was peeped on illegally by Michael David Barrett according to CNN.

“Not only did the hotels confirm that Ms. Andrews was intending to register as a guest, but they also released, without Ms. Andrews’ consent, her room number. The hotels then provided Michael David Barrett a hotel room immediately adjacent to hers,” the statement from law firm Greene, Broilett & Wheeler said.

Barrett pled guilty to stalking Miss Andrews and is currently serving 27 months for his hideous crime.

Andrews, a fighter for women’s rights, naturally wants to proceed with the suit to protect not only herself, but other women from the same thing happening to them.

“Although I’ll never be able to fully erase the impact that this invasion of privacy has had upon me and my family, I do hope that my experience will cause the hospitality industry to be more vigilant in protecting its guests from the time they reserve a hotel room until they check out,” Andrews said in a statement Thursday.

If the hotels were dumb enough to release that she was staying in said hotel, her room number, and assign a room directly next to her, then they need to pay up.  That is dangerous not only for celebrities but for even us non-celebrities.

The Marriott and Radisson are the two hotels named in the suit.

FINAL 3 – Erin, Evan & Nicole DWTS Full Season Performances Video HERE

When we did our preview of Dancing With The Stars big finale yesterday (read DWTS Finale Preview here), we were sure Erin Andrews was out of the competition for the DWTS crown, but we are not so sure after her incredible performances last night (check videos below). Maybe we will be surprised with a Nicole vs. Erin instead of Nicole vs. Evan finale.

Can Erin Andrews pull upset victory on DWTS tonight? Absolutely. This is probably the most exciting Dancing With The Stars season finale with really strong celebrity dancers. Do not miss our live updates.

Bookmark this page and check back later to find out who was voted off Dancing With The Stars week 10 results show and who won the mirrorball trophy on Tuesday (May 25). Until then, check out our DWTS celebrities’ week 10 (1st night) performances after the jump.

LIVE UPDATES (starting at 8/7c)

UPDATE: Here we go! Repeat of last night’s show (check out all the videos below the fold!). And now the live results show at 9/8c. The DWTS season 9 cast back on the dance floor. Chad Ochocinco could not perform since he got injured but he is in the audience.

UPDATE 2: The encore dances round starts with Nicole Scherzinger. Beautiful. The best performance of the three will get 30 points, the second 29 and the third 28. Nicole will be tough to beat. Evan Lysacek killed it with his perfect technique. I’m not really a fan but I have to admit Evan is good. Erin Andrews is the last to perform her Argentine Tango. They were all incredible.

UPDATE 3: This is not going to be easy! Nicole in 1st place gets 30 points! Evan in 2nd (29 points) and Erin in 3rd (28 points). Shannen Doherty, Buzz Aldrin and their professional dance partners return with an original dance. Oh, wait. Jake Pavelka performs with Chelsie Hightower and Vienna Girardi with another guy, not her fiancé!

UPDATE 4: Now the best fights of the season! #1 is Kate Gosselin slamming Tony Dovolani‘s teaching skills. It’s time. The couple in 3rd place after tonight’s performance will be eliminated right now. And in third place is Erin Andrews. Maksim gets emotional… aww! Erin says Maksim brought her back to life! SO romantic! Oh please! GET A ROOM!

UPDATE 5: Final 2: Nicole Scherzinger vs. Evan Lysacek! Kate Gosselin will most probably murder another Paso Doble. Oh yeah, Kate and Tony Dovolani are going to perform a Paso Doble to the sound of Lady Gaga‘s “Paparazzi“. Crash and burn! Kate rips off her dress to reveal a short skirt… hot… NOT!

UPDATE 6: Evan and Nicole get ready to the final dance. They want to go out in style! Pamela Anderson and Niecy Nash are also ready to bring SEXY back to the dance floor. They rocked it! Finally Nicole and Evan will dance off for the mirrorball trophy. :)

UPDATE 7: Nicole and Derek dance the Jive! Len Goodman declares Nicole should win Dancing With The Stars. She is the most incredible dancer. Go Nicole! Nicole gets a perfect score (30 = 10+10+10). And now the pressure is on Evan. Evan and Anna perform a Jive. That was good but not enough! Score: 28 (10+9+9). Who will win?

UPDATE 8: Nicole Scherzinger (115 points) vs. Evan Lysacek (108 points). And the winner is… Nicole Scherzinger and her partner Derek Hough! Congratulations!

Erin Andrews and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy wanted to deliver something different and decided to surprise with a lyrical-contemporary freestyle to the sound of Heart’s “Alone” (watch video below). That was really intense and dramatic. Can we say WOW? Choreographer Mandy Moore helped Erin and Maksim with the choreography. Incredible!

Erin Andrews and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy danced a redemption Samba with a new choreography to the sound of “Mi Swing Es Tropical” (watch video below). Erin looked incredibly hot in that outfit. Luv it! Len Goodman noted that the improvement since their last samba is fantastic. Maksim gained some points for keeping his shirt on. And our girl, Erin did indeed shake her booty like there was no tomorrow.

Dancing With The Stars 2010 Finale Preview: Winner, Odds (VIDEOS)

Who Will Win Dancing With The Stars 2010? The Final 3, Erin Andrews, Evan Lysacek and Nicole Scherzinger, will take over the dance floor for their final chance to battle for the DWTS champion title on Monday (May 24) and the winner will be crowned on Tuesday (May 25). The contestants had to practice four routines this week to perform during the big season finale of Dancing With The Stars.

LIVE UPDATES: Who Won Dancing With The Stars? Results May 25 (Week 10)

The DWTS season 10 contestants will all return to the dance floor for a final dance on the show. There are a couple of surprises stored for us during the two-night season finale. Jake Pavelka will be performing with his fiancé Vienna Girardi instead of his professional dance partner Chelsie Hightower. And Kate Gosselin promised to go down in style with an incredible performance with her partner Tony Dovolani that will include “flying” (oh boy!).

Our sexy bombshell Pamela Anderson will also make a triumphant return, dancing a romantic Rumba described as the “hottest dance yet” with her partner Damian Whitewood. Pammy will set the dance floor on fire!! We expect nothing less from Dam and Pam. :)

On Monday (May 24), the FINAL THREE will dance two rounds: the freestyle round and the redemption round, in which the contestants will have to dance the style the judges thought they did not do as well with a new song and new choreography. Nicole will dance a Rumba, Erin a Samba and Evan the Viennese Waltz. Seriously? We all know Evan cannot do Latin dances because he is always too stiff to loosen up and be sexy and the judges chose a Viennese Waltz for him? Not fair!

Dancing With The Stars 2010 Final (1st Night)

On Tuesday (May 25), the contestants will be allowed to perform an encore dance of their favorite routine of the season. The top 3 all chose to perform the Argentine Tango. Hotness! One of the contestants will be eliminated and the FINAL TWO will perform the dance-off.

Bumpshack’s Predictions and Odds:

  • Nicole Scherzinger was without a doubt the strongest, most consistent, intense, fierce, energetic, and exciting dancer and performer of this season. She is the fair winner of Dancing With The Stars’ Mirrorball trophy. (2:1)
  • Evan Lysacek is without a doubt one of the best male dancers on the show ever. His technique is incredible, but his performances haven’t been consistent throughout the season. (5:1)
  • Erin Andrews is a perfectionist. She is not the greatest dancer in the world but she worked hard and improved a lot during the competition. We believe Erin is out of the 1st place race but has confidently secured the honorable 3rd place. (10:1)

Who Will Win? Evan Lysacek vs. Nicole Scherzinger. Both Nicole and Evan have the same number of perfect scores, but Nicole has higher scores overall. Nicole has a lot of dancing experience and Evan is not an amateur either. They are both determined to win so let the best dancer take home the trophy on Tuesday night!

Erin Andrews Funky Paso Doble On Dancing With The Stars (VIDEO)

This week the four remaining celebrities had to learn two routines, a ballroom dance and a Latin dance, to impress the judges on the dance floor of Dancing With The Stars on Monday (May 17). Erin Andrews and her partner Maksim Chmerkovsky returned to the dance floor to deliver a Paso Doble to the sound of “You Got The Look” (watch video below).

Maksim is such a show off. I’m sorry I did not like it. I was expecting a Paso Doble to be a Paso Doble… that was like dance music with some attitude. Maksim needs to understand it’s not about him, it’s about Erin, who did a great job with the choreography she was given. She was hot and sexy on that dance floor and her technique has continuously improved through the competition. Erin deserves a place in the finals.

Erin Andrews Beautiful Viennese Waltz On Dancing With The Stars (VIDEO)

This week the four remaining celebrities had to learn two routines, a ballroom dance and a Latin dance, to impress the judges on the dance floor of Dancing With The Stars on Monday (May 17). Erin Andrews and her partner Maksim Chmerkovsky kicked the show with a beautiful Viennese Waltz to the sound of Josh Groban’s “February Song” (watch video below).

The choreography was beautiful but Erin was amazing. Erin was really nervous but she still managed to deliver an incredible performance – her lines were beautiful, lots of flexibility and emotion. Beautiful. Bruno said it was like “symphony in blue” referring to the color of her outfit. Bruno accidently held up the 10 paddle when he said “Nine”. That’s so mean!

Erin Andrews Fun 80′s Rumba On Dancing With The Stars (VIDEO)

There are five celebrities still in the competition and this week they had to learn two routines, a ballroom dance and an era-themed Latin dance, to impress the judges on the dance floor of Dancing With The Stars on Monday (May 10). Erin Andrews and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy danced an 80’s themed Rumba to the sound of John Waite’s “I Ain’t Missing You” (watch video below).

In my opinion, Maksim was kind of lazy since he admitted that he hadn’t put anything 80’s on the choreography besides the wardrobe and song. So choreography wasn’t that incredible but Erin was. She should be in the finals competing against Nicole Scherzinger and Evan Lysacek but Erin isn’t quite there yet because of her insecurities.

Erin Andrews Sensual Argentine Tango On Dancing With The Stars (VIDEO)

There are five celebrities still in the competition and this week they had to learn two routines, a ballroom dance and an era-themed Latin dance, to impress the judges on the dance floor of Dancing With The Stars on Monday (May 10). Erin Andrews and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy danced a very sensual and passionate Argentine Tango to the sound of “Una Musica Brutal” (watch video below).

Elisabeth Hasselbeck Apologizes: Erin Andrews DWTS Skimpy Mean Comment (VIDEO)

This was Erin’s most sensual, fiercest and most beautiful dance on the show! We loved it! And for the first time it was all about Erin and her beautiful long legs instead of being about Maksim showing off some skills or skin. Len Goodman absolutely loved it, called Erin a dirty girl and gave her a 10. Go Erin!
