Of course, Fergie completed her look with black lingerie (bra and granny panties!). What the hell was she thinking? First, that color makes my eyes bleed. Second, neon and see-through is never a good combo. And I could go on about how wrong that dress is.

According to Josh Duhamel’s wife, who brought her mom as her date to the awards ceremony, the dress was actually the safe choice, which makes me wonder what would have been Fergie’s “not safe” choice for the evening. Hopefully, we will never know.

The 36 year-old singer is currently taking a break from her crazy schedule with the BEP and rumored to be ready to start a family with Josh. Fergie’s impending motherhood might dictate her future in the band.

The 36 year-old wife of actor Josh Duhamel confessed she cannot wait to take a break because she has been working hard with the BEP for years, and talked about being a true Miami Dolphins fan. Here are some highlights:

On Black Eyed Peas hiatus: “A final concert before we go on our big hiatus. That everyone assumes that we’re on right now. We’re not. [I won’t miss] sleeping in different hotel rooms all the time. I want to be home, because I moved into my house but I haven’t really been able to decorate it fully— just going to museums, going to art galleries, picking out art, things like that that I haven’t been able to do lately. I’ll be excited to be in my own bed at night.”

On being a Miami Dolphins fan: “When you fall in love with a team and you have those highs and lows, it becomes part of your heart as a sports fan. It’s just like that Hootie & the Blowfish song. ‘I’m such a baby ’cause the Dolphins make me cry.’ I can completely relate to that. There are games where I have shed tears. And so when you grow up like that with a team, it’s just that loyalty [that endures].”

Josh Duhamel is currently pushing his new film, The Romantics, where he’s stuck in a love triangle with Anna Paquin and Katie Holmes.

He told reporters at a NYC press conference on Tuesday that his role in the movie makes him really appreciate his wife Fergie.

“It makes me appreciate my wedding,”

“It makes me appreciate that I knew going in that I was with the one that I wanted to be with.”

Josh and Fergie were married in 2009.

The Black Eyed Peas saucy lead singer is commonly known for her lovely lady lumps, but Josh says he’s all about what’s underneath them.

“You grow up and you realize it isn’t just about the aesthetic,”

“It’s about whether or not that person makes you better and whether or not that person makes you happy. You’re lucky if you can find it.”

Unlike his character in the movie, Josh is certain he’s got this love thing down with the right lady.

“The scary part is the idea of not knowing for sure. My character didn’t know whether or not he was going to go through with it, and that’s the biggest nightmare you could have, especially for a groom-to-be.”

It’s really refreshing to know that true love can exist in Hollywood!

The band is touring the world all through summer and is already planning a new tour for early 2011, but Fergie is reluctant to do it, especially because she apparently can’t stand Will.I.Am and she also has other plans – she wants to have a baby!

“Fergie is saying she wants out of the band and the second half of the tour isn’t confirmed for early next year,” the source said. “Things have gotten really bad with Will.i.Am. The Black Eyed Peas were formed in Los Angeles back in 1995. They have sold an estimated 35 million albums worldwide and 41 million singles. Before Fergie came along, Kim Hill was BEP’s female singer, who also left the band over a major ego clash with the BEP’s frontman.

“Kim Hill was once a big part of the Black Eyed Peas,” according to a source close to the Grammy winning group. “She was part of their ‘family’ and wanted to be treated better and promoted as the valid part of the group that she was.

“But she started having a hard time with will.i.am. His ego was getting bigger and he was moving away from caring about their original sound and got more interested in becoming famous.”

Kim left the group in 2000. A year later, Fergie was given a big role in the group, something that Kim had begged for the previous five years. A source says, “Kim and Fergie couldn’t be more different and Fergie ended up getting everything Kim was asking for and more.”
