Exotic beauties, Sofia Vergara and Freida Pinto, dazzled in different shades of peacock blue on the red carpet of the 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, California on Sunday (January 15)- more pictures below.

While the 27 year-old “Slumdog Millionaire” actress wore an elegant, classic classy Prada dress, the 39 year-old “Modern Family” star knocked it out of the park by flaunting her curvylicious body in a stunning strapless mermaid gown by Vera Wang.

Fun fact: Freida was wearing some really pretty damn expensive jewelry by Chopard, which forced her to walk the red carpet with a security guard just in case someone tried to get their hands on the borrowed items.

This month, Glamour Magazine has three different cover girls: Ashley Greene from the Twilight series, Freida Pinto of Slumdog Millionaire and Emma Stone from Easy A.

Greene spoke of her relationship with Joe Jonas, which recently ended, telling the magazine it wasn’t love at first sight:

“A friendship developed first, and that’s the most important thing for me. If you are going to be with someone all the time, they need to be your best friend.”

“You need to be able to talk about the difficult things. I don’t want us to talk about our ex-boyfriends or ex- girlfriends. The past is the past. As long as it’s not a mass-murderer past! You’re with the person who you’re with as they are now.”

Pinto, who is also in a highly-publicized relationship, talked to the magazine about her romance with Slumdog co-star Dev Patel:

“When a doctor is performing an operation, his mind cannot be somewhere else. And it’s the same with actors. You have to commit yourself mind, body and soul to a project in order to do justice to it. And temptations are rife in this industry, which is why I think it’s important to know yourself before you try to deal with a relationship.”

Stone, on the other hand, kept things funny when talking about the pressure to be skinny in Hollywood:

“You’re a human being, you live once and life is wonderful, so eat the damn red velvet cupcake.”

Freida Pinto, straight off her success and national exposure at the 81st Academy Awards from Slumdog Millionaire, has been cast by Woody Allen for his next film, which is of present time still untitled.  She will join an all-star cast composing of several Oscar nominees and winners on the project.

Naomi Watts has also signed on to star in the film, joining the already-announced Josh Brolin and Anthony Hopkins.

Mediapro, the Spain-based company behind “Vicky Cristina Barcelona,” is financing the as-yet-titled pic, which will be produced by Letty Aronson, Steve Tenenbaum and Jaume Roures.

Pinto seemingly has a very bright future in front of her and was amazing as Latika in Slumdog Millionaire.

Freida Pinto was probably the biggest breakout star from Slumdog Millionaire.  The film totally took over the 81st Academy Awards on Sunday night bringing home eight awards.

Freida looked marevelous on the red carpet and later on stage with the rest of the actors and crew accepting the awards for Best Picture.

She is rumored to be dating Slumdog Millionaire co-star Dev Patel.
