Gwyneth Paltrow Bares Breast in ‘Two Lovers’

Mother of two Gwyneth Paltrow bears a single breast (left) in her film Two Lovers which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival yesterday in France according to Roger Friedman.

But in her new film, “Two Lovers,” which debuted at the Cannes Film Festival Monday night, she quite surprisingly bares a single breast. The shot is, shall we say, head-on into the camera. And it’s for more than a couple of seconds. This is no wardrobe malfunction. It’s on purpose. (To paraphrase a great “Seinfeld” quote: “They’re real … and they’re spectacular!”)

Of course, this moment — it’s the left breast, by the way — is meant to be part of the story; it’s exactly what her manipulative character would do to land her man, in this case a character played by Joaquin Phoenix. In “Two Lovers,” Phoenix plays a mentally jumbled lonely guy who tries to juggle romances with both Paltrow’s selfish car crash of a mistress and Vinessa Shaw’s girl next door.

‘Two Lovers’ = 1 breast so I assume it will take ‘Four Lovers’ to see the set.

Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day: Gwyneth Paltrow

Worst Dressed: Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth Paltrow is our ‘Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day‘ for this super short black dress/jacket combo.  The dress says take me home I am easy, while the jacket says never mind I am pretty darn boring.  A medium tan would help her with being so washed out and could possible save this dress.

Gwyneth Paltrow Discusses Post-Partum Depression

Gwyneth Paltrow in the new issue of US magazine discusses dealing with post-partum depression after the birth of her son Moses.

“I didn’t know I had it until after it was over,” the actress, 35, says. “I just didn’t know what was wrong with me.”

She suspects her depression stemmed from scaling back on her usual pre-baby treatments like acupuncture.

“I felt really out of my body,” Paltrow says after giving birth. “I felt really disconnected. I felt really down … I felt pessimistic.â€?

I think it’s great Paltrow is speaking out now about her PPD.  It is good for mothers to hear from celebs like Paltrow and Brooke Shields about their battles with this common depression.
