Girl Next Door Holly Madison gives a revealing interview for the latest issue of Life & Style. The 29 year-old former Playmate, who says living with Hugh Hefner was not good for her self-esteem, openly talks about her insecurities and admits to had had extensive plastic surgery (before and after photos below).

Here are some highlights from Holly Madison’s Life & Style interview:

On her pre-plastic surgery body: “I always stuffed my bra. In fact, I had a boyfriend for years, and we moved so slowly. We didn’t have sex for a long time because I had to gradually bring down my bra size so he wouldn’t find out I stuffed my bra!”

On her issues with confidence: “Living with Hef brought down my self-esteem a lot. I was comparing myself to the other girls… You have to look a certain way at the mansion. If you look at Hef’s girlfriend now, she basically looks like a clone of me. It’s kind of weird.”

On going under the knife: “When I was younger, I was the first person in my class to start getting boobs, so I thought I was going to be huge. But I stopped growing before everybody else started. That was a big letdown… I compared myself to those [Playboy playmates]. I knew what I wanted to look like and was kind of disappointed. I had a butt and no boobs. Plastic surgery made it easier for me to get things I wanted in my career. Without it, I wouldn’t be where I am today… My nose photographed really big in front of my face. If I wanted to do anything in the entertainment industry, I needed to get it fixed. I was definitely happy with the results. It made me more confident. And a lot of doors open when you look a certain way.”

On future enhancements: “I wouldn’t consider more surgery - unless my body implodes after I have kids! And I’m scared of getting stuff [like Botox] put into my face. It makes you look like you have a rubber mask on. Beauty is truly on the inside. Looks don’t define you - they’re just a tool to get what you want.”

Former Girl Next Door Holly Madison attended the 70th anniversary of “The Wizard of Oz” at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on Tuesday (June 2).

To commemorate 70 years of lucky ruby slippers, Holly, who was totally in character wearing her sexy red shoes and pigtails tied with red ribbons, presented the sparkly ‘Ruby Slipper Collection’.

“The Girls Next Door” and former Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends, Kendra Wilkinson, Bridget Marquardt and Holly Madison grace the cover of a very special issue of Playboy Magazine. This will probably be the last time we will see these girls exposed on the pages of the famous men’s magazine.

Aren’t we a bit disappointed they are actually very composed for a Playboy cover? I was expecting more exposure… bikini’s are something that could make any other magazine cover! Holly is showing a bit more skin but I think who wins the best Playboy cover award for February 2009 is Kendra. She looks fabulous and has a rocking body!

Criss Angel did give Playboy playmate girlfriend Holly Madison a diamond ring for her birthday, but it wasn’t an engagement ring… Not yet, at least.

“Everybody is going to think the ring is an engagement ring when they see it. Don’t let all the rumors start… when I do get engaged, I’d have a much bigger ring that would really be bank-busting expensive.”

Thanks for clearing that up. He does say “when I do get engaged” which leads us to believe it will happen.  It took Hank Baskett only a couple months from start to finish to get the ring on Kendra Wilkinson’s finger. I give weirdo Criss Angel about 6 more months til he pops the question to Holly Madison. Guess those chicks were really ready to move on from The Girls Next Door and geriatric Hugh Hefner.

Kendra Wilkinson, Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt were all on hand yesterday for The Girls Next Door book launch at the Forums Shops at Ceasars Palace in Las Vegas. Yes, you read that correctly. These girls have a book. But don’t worry, it’s mostly pictures of them and commentary about every single episode of seasons 1-3. If you aren’t looking for a good read but like pictures of naked girls, pick this one up.

The only present that Criss Angel wants to unwrap on Christmas morning is girlfriend & Playboy Playmate Holly Madison. The duo celebrated both of their birthdays together at Las Vegas’s LAX Nighclub Friday night and had this to say about their love affair.

I don’t want anything for Christmas,” Angel, 41, told PEOPLE. “I just want Holly, love, health and happiness, and I have all of those things.” As for his birthday request, he said, “I’m hoping Holly will just put a bow in her head and that will be my present.”

The birthday girl seems to want a similar gift. “I just want you,” Madison, who actually turns 29 on Tuesday, told him. “I’m in love and I’m so happy.”

Though keeping a relatively low profile since her break-up with Hugh Hefner, Playboy playmate Holly Madison is about to catapult herself back into the spotlight again.

It was just announced that Holly and her magician beau Criss Angel are set to co-host a “Madifreak” Las Vegas birthday bash on December 19.

Celebrating together at LAX nightclub in the Luxor Hotel, Madison will be turning 29-years-old on December 23, while the Mindfreak magician will celebrate his 41st birthday on the actual party date.

The on-screen friendship between Girls Next Door Playboy playmates Holly Madison and Kendra Wilkinson is not just a ploy for television. Kendra has asked Holly to stand with her as a bridesmaid at her wedding to Eagles wide receiver Hank Baskett. The festivities are set to be held at the Playboy Mansion, with former lover, and somehow father figure, Hugh Hefner giving Kendra away (um, ew?!). Here’s what Holly had to say about it all:

“I’m really excited about it,” Madison said. “If she needs any help planning, I’ll pitch in. It’s going to be a really great event – it’s going to be amazing.”

“Ever since they met, I’ve just seen a difference in Kendra: she’s matured, she’s a more compassionate, considerate person,” said Madison. “She’s just grown up so much and just to see what he brings out in her is just amazing.”

Holly has also dumped Hef and found a new love- disgusting “magician” Criss Angel.

“I’m really, really happy,” Madison said about the rumored ex-lover of Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Cameron Diaz and others. “He’s really, really fun, really sweet – he’s so amazing to be around.”

Hugh Hefner’s ex-girlfriend Holly Madison is photographed here ‘Bowling for Boobies.’  I am not sure how that operation works, but I would have loved to have participated in college. It sounds simply amazing and that bowling alley must be getting filthy rich.  What? Do you bowl a strike and get to take a nice set of double D’s home with you?
