NASCAR great (yes, it pains me to say or even admit that) Jeff Gordon wed Belgian supermodel Ingrid Vandebosch in a secret ceremony in Mexico earlier this week.

The newlyweds will “honeymoon” in Phoenix, Arizona, and Miami, Florida – the site of the final two events of the 2006 NASCAR season — before attending the NASCAR Nextel Cup Banquet in New York this December. Their official honeymoon will take place in an undisclosed location once the season ends.

Vandebosch, 37, began modeling at age 16 and has appeared in magazines like Elle, Marie Claire, Vogue, and Glamour. The aspiring actress has had bit parts in films such as Going Greek and Taxi, in which Gordon also had a cameo.

It is the second marriage for Gordon. He was married for nine years to Jennifer Brooke Sealy. They divorced in 2003 when she took Jeff to the cleaners.

Ingrid Vandebosch is NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon’s wife. They married in a private ceremony in Mexico this week.

NASCAR great, love him or hate  him, Jeff Gordon has announced his engagement to Belgium model/actress Ingrid Vandebosch.

The two started dating in 2004 and appeared together in the movie Taxi, in which Vandebosch played a bank robber and Gordon made an uncredited cameo appearance at her invitation.

They began dating about a year after Gordon’s much-publicized and expensive divorce from Brooke, his wife of seven years.
