Jay Leno & Madonna Awkward Elevator Ride In Super Bowl Ad (VIDEO)

The Tonight Show host Jay Leno’s embarrassing ring tones are exposed in one of the most awkward elevator rides with Madonna in a commercial that aired during the 2012 Super Bowl XLVI on Sunday (February 5)- watch video below.

Jay reveals he’s a fan of the Queen Of Pop’s cheesiest music as his cell phone rings to the sound of “Lucky Star.” Madonna eyes him suspiciously before asking “Really?” Even more embarrassing: “Vogue” is the next call ring tone.

I have no idea how this is suppose to make me want to watch The Tonight Show with Jay Leno every week night on NBC, but it was kind of funny in a very awkward way.

Actor Jerry Seinfeld is the star of another car company Super Bowl XLVI commercial, “Transactions”, as he desperately tries to be the first in line to get the brand new Acura NSX, but ends up being blindsided by the appearance of a special guest star.

The hilarious commercial to air during the Super Bowl XLVI on Sunday (February 5) features several “Seinfeld” references, including the return of the Soup Nazy. So who is the celeb guest star? None other than Jay Leno, another well known car collector.

Seinfeld’s last living Munchkin and dancing holographic monkey offers were quickly outbid by Leno’s jet pack flying squirrel suit. At the end of the day, the real question is who’s got the best Super Bowl commercial: Matthew Broderick or Jerry Seinfeld?

Deena Cortese Gives Ed Helms a Jersey Turnpike

During a recent appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Jersey Shore’s Deena Cortese got down and dirty with The Office’s Ed Helms and it was everything an awkward, live television moment should be – and more.

The uber-uncomfortable moment went down when Deena, who was dressed in a ultra-short little black dress that hit just-so-tastefully eight inches above her knees, was at a loss for words when Jay asked her to describe her “Jersey Turnpike” dance move.

The “Blast in a Glass” was tongue tied?  I don’t know who’s more surprised about that one, me or Snooki…  HEY-O!

Thankfully, Ed Helms was on hand to lend a – well, lend a crotch and Deena was able to give The Tonight Show audience a little “show”.

Helms was a good sport, but appeared politely appalled at Deenas “gyrations” – and that’s coming from a guy who’s spent a substantial amount of time with Zach Galifianakis in his underwear.

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino Picks Up Jesse Eisenberg on Leno

Jersey Shore star, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino made his 2011 debut appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno last night and quite frankly, could not have looked like a bigger, excuse my French, D-bag.

Sitch was the follow up act to Leno’s first (real) guest, The Social Network star, Jesse Eisenberg and received a standing ovation from the crowd as he waltzed on stage donning some sort of glittery sports jacket and more moose in his fohawk than a team of 1980′s cheerleaders.

After asking about Sorrentino’s authentic Italian roots, Leno moved on to the question that was burning on everybody’s mind: How does one pick up chicks in Italy?  Oh, and he threw Mr. Eisenberg completely under the bus for this one.

Let’s say Jesse is an attractive Italian woman, sitting there minding his own business, having a drink at the bar, what would you say?

For those of you with weak stomachs, you may not want to stick around for this.

Sitch opened with,

Well, you know, I would have to say, ‘Ciao, signorina’– that means ‘hello, miss’ in Italian…

To which Eisenberg quipped, “I don’t think I would respond to that.”  That’s what happens when you make an “A List” actor share the couch with an MTV reality star – the claws come out!

Mike quickly countered with,

Then I’d proceed to go in for some kind of compliment… I would say, ‘siete dolci’ — you are sweet. From that particular point, I’m ‘andiamo alla casa’ — let’s go to the house.

At that point, Sitch started explaining the concept “twinning” and I just couldn’t take anymore.  Can you blame me?

Bailed-Out Lindsay Lohan Applauded On Jay Leno (VIDEO)

Actress Lindsay Lohan, who was just bailed out of jail after being sentenced to 120 days for a probation violation, sat down for a very open and honest pre-taped interview with Jay Leno for The Tonight Show, which will air tonight (watch video sneak peek below).

Lindsay Lohan’s “Theft” Surveillance Video Photos Leaked

The actress unexpectedly received a standing ovation from the audience when she entered the set to talk to Jay. They were most probably paid to do that because I cannot even begin to understand how is Linds worth a standing O.

Lindsay told Jay she was shocked and totally numb when she heard she would be sent to jail for 120 days. So Lindsay was definitely not expecting to pay for her mistakes. Of course not… LiLo is 24 years old and she does whatever she wants!

Leno asked Lohan, “At what point did you realize, ‘Oh my God, I could lose this, this could slip away from me?’”

“I think that when, you know, being young and being in the position I was in, you don’t really take the time to appreciate what you have and it’s all kind of a whirlwind, and people make decisions for you. But I’m not a kid anymore – I’m 24, I’ve made a lot of mistakes and I recognize that. I’m in the clear now, and as long as I stay focused, I can achieve what I want to achieve.”

Lindsay also confirmed that she will indeed play the role of John Gotti Jr.’s wife, Kim, in the upcoming Gotti biopic titled “Gotti: Three Generations”, also starring John Travolta.

VIDEO: Barack Obama vs. Jay Leno At 2010 White House Correspondents Dinner

President Barack Obama delivered one killer stand-up comedy act speech, which included an F-bomb Joe Biden style, to kick off the 2010 White House Correspondents held at Washington Hilton Hotel in Washington DC on Saturday (May 1). Jay Leno took over but completely disappointed with one-line jokes for 20 excruciating minutes (starting on 17 minute mark).

The President killed it! That was one funny speech with many highlights. Obama ended his speech with a tribute to the journalists who only seek the truth and contribute to a “healthy media, vibrant media.” Funny! Obama is certainly not talking about The National Enquirer and the Obama Cheating Scandal headline

Kevin Eubanks Leaving Jay Leno and Tonight Show

Leno's 'Tonight Show' Termination Set for May 29, 2009

Tonight Show band-leader Kevin Eubanks is splitting company with Jay Leno and The Tonight Show after fifteen years leading the band.  He has been on the show since Leno took over in 1992 as lead guitarist.  Eubanks took over as band-leader when Branford Marsalis left the show in 1995.

Mr. Eubanks has told colleagues on the show that he will definitely leave his post as leader of what will be a reconstituted “Tonight Show” band (after their brief run as the “Prime Time Band” while Mr. Leno had his 10 p.m. weeknight show) after an interim transition period starting March 1.

Leno and Eubanks have always had great chemistry. It will be interesting to see how long it will take Leno to find that same chemistry with a new Tonight Show band leader.

The ultra secret 10-second commercial for CBS’ The Late Show with David Letterman also stars two of the greatest in TV, Oprah Winfrey and the now very controversial Jay Leno, who is coming back to The Tonight Show on NBC after Conan O’Brien stepped out.

The commercial aired during the 2010 Super Bowl XLIV on Sunday (February 7)– watch video below. There is an obvious tension between David Letterman and Jay Leno but it’s amazing that they can actually be in the same room together… no, Conan O’Brien was not there!

Jay Leno On Oprah (VIDEO)

Jay Leno On Oprah PHOTOS

Former/future Tonight Show host Jay Leno sat down for a difficult interview with Oprah for The Oprah Winfrey Show on Thursday (January 28) – watch video below. At the moment everybody hates Leno and Oprah asked some tough questions so we should all give the guy a break.

It’s ridiculous! It was not Jay’s decision to give Conan O’Brien the Tonight Show and take it away… the truth is Jay kicked butt while he was the host. He was #1 until NBC decided they didn’t want to lose Conan so they offered him The Tonight Show. NBC created this uncomfortable situation between two of the most funny (that’s debatable of course!) guys in the business so blame NBC!

Jay Leno Body Slams David Letterman

Jay Leno Monologue NBC The Tonight Show

Jay Leno, obviously a bit fed up with David Letterman taking numerous shots at him the past two weeks, responded in kind, Wednesday night, when he went after Dave and his philandering ways.

“Letterman has been hammering me every night. Going after me … Hey Kev, you know the best way to get Letterman to ignore you? Marry him. He will not bother you. He won’t look you in the eye.”

Ouch!  Letterman has always been bitter towards Leno and no doubt fears Leno returning to his old time slot to compete against him again. Leno beat him in the ratings for a solid decade.  Letterman had claimed the top spot since Conan O’Brien took over for Leno last fall.

Leno will be back on The Tonight Show on March 1st.

Conan O’Brien Strikes A Deal, Jay Leno Back On Tonight Show

Conan O'Brien & Jay Leno PHOTOS

NBC and Conan O’Brien seem to have finally reached a deal that was carefully analyzed by his lawyers and should be finalized on Saturday (January 16). Conan is reportedly leaving the network and Jay Leno gets his “The Tonight Show” back for a full hour between 11:35 pm to 12:35 am. Seriously this situation needs to be solved quickly, the whole “let’s bash NBC and take shots at each other” is getting old.

Jimmy Kimmel On Jay Leno Ten@Ten (VIDEO)

Jimmy Kimmel Rips Jay Leno On His Show Photos

After a “cruel” impression of Jay Leno during one of his shows (watch video here), Jimmy Kimmel was invited for a special Ten@Ten on The Jay Leno Show Thursday (January 14) – watch video below. No need to say Jimmy was vicious once again and completely ripped Jay on his own show!! Hilarious!!

To the best prank question, Jimmy responded, “The best prank I ever pulled was I told a guy that—five years from now—I’m gonna give you my show. And then when the five years came, I gave it to him, and then I took it back almost instantly.” Jimmy ended the Ten@Ten with a special message (LOL), “Conan and I have children. All you have to take care of are cars. We have lives to lead here. You’ve got $800 million for God’s sake. Leave our shows alone.”
