Adult movie star Jenna Jameson was officially charged with two counts of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, and one count of driving without a valid license following her arrest in Orange County last month.

Former porn star Jenna Jameson has been arrested for a suspected DUI, according to the Associated Press. The booking comes after she drove her car into a light pole in Southern California early Friday.

Jameson, 38, suffered minor injuries but refused medical treatment. According to a police statement, “her field sobriety test showed signs of intoxication.”

In 2010, Jameson’s boyfriend, Ultimate Fighting Championship Tito Ortiz, was arrested after the two got into a violent fight. Ortiz countered that Jameson was battling an addiction to Oxycontin, which led to the argument.

Late Wednesday night, former porn star Jenna Jameson took to her Twitter to release some anger on comedienne Chelsea Handler.

She Tweeted:

“Chelsea handler makes fun of peoples kids… Probably because she’s a dried up old wh**e. Just cuz I say it like it is…… Don’t hate…… She talks massive sh*t.. Ok, whatever….”

And she didn’t stop there. She added:

“Pj and to everyone trying to give me the literal meaning of whore. How do you think she got her job at E!? She dated the president of E!”

Jenna never actually confirmed what she was referring to in her angry Tweets, but she could’ve been referring to an interview Chandler did with Glamour Magazine in December, in which she referenced both Jameson and jokes about children.

In the Glamour issue, Chelsea said:

“I don’t like the word raunchy. I’m irreverent and I say things that a lot of people wouldn’t say, and some of it probably isn’t in the best taste,” Handler said. “But when I hear the word raunchy, to me that describes Jenna Jameson. Look, I’m never going to please everybody.”

“I think talking about children and their looks is not nice. Like, unattractive children. I don’t do that. And I don’t talk about people who are dying. I think that’s inappropriate.”

The Tony-nominated musical features music from popular rock bands like Styx, Whitesnake and Bon Jovi. Jameson, the mom of year-old twins, would be replacing Michelle Mais, who has played the role since 2005.

However, Tito’s lawyer, Chip Matthews also says, “Tito never touched Jenna.” Jenna has reportedly been struggling with painkiller addiction for more than a year, which has led to several suicide calls to 911. That morning she had a relapse “and suffered the consequences of that”.

Jenna, who has a temporary (1 month) restraining order against Tito, said he is lying to save his career. The truth is Jenna got hurt doing their “argument”. Tito emotionally said he hopes “Jenna will be okay.” Tito added, “my parents have gone through addiction and I’m not going to let my family go through that.”

According to Jenna, she said “something very hurtful to his ego” and he reacted, grabbing her and throwing her into the bathtub causing her to tore two ligaments on her shoulder. Tito denies these accusations and simply says Jenna had an “emotional meltdown” when confronted with her addiction.

UFC fighter Tito Ortiz was handcuffed and arrested for felony domestic violence at the home he shares with Jenna Jameson, with whom he has twin boys, after Jenna’s father called 911 to report a “disturbance” at 9:53am on Monday (April 26).

Jenna had visible injuries and Tito was taken to the Huntington Beach jail in Orange County. The 36 year-old former porn star was spotted leaving the couple’s home in Huntington Beach, while fighting back tears and promising to press charges against her babies’ father.

Jenna told photographers (watch video below), “I’m gonna be alright. My babies are alright … everything’s OK. He’s in jail.” A couple of hours later, she has decided to delete her Twitter account, saying, “I can’t take any more abuse from ANYONE… To my sweet fans…thank you.” Stay strong, Jenna!!
