Actress Jennifer Aniston and her boyfriend of more than a year, actor and screenwriter Justin Theroux, are engaged, his rep has confirmed.

“Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday on Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage,” his rep told reporters.

The two, who appeared in the movie Wanderlust together, were first spotted as a couple in May 2011.

This will be the first marriage for Theroux, 41, and the second for Aniston, 43, who married actor Brad Pitt in 2000. The couple separated in 2005.

In February, Aniston and her boyfriend Justin Theroux, 40, purchased a Bel Air, Calif. mansion for $21 million. So don’t worry, she has a roof over her head, people.
