Ghost Whisperer star Jennifer Love Hewitt finally breaks the silence to deny the latest rumors that her funnyman Jamie Kennedy is cheating on her with his ex-girlfriend Shannon Funk (details + photos) and that their relationship is on the rocks.

“I’m not going to lie – it’s not annoying, it’s hurtful. It’s really hurtful that people say that because he is like the most awesome person,” Jennifer told People on Saturday (October 17) at the Children’s Institute Hosts Poker for a Cause in Commerce, California, to benefit co-star Camryn Manheim’s charity (photos below).

Jennifer continues,  “I really hate that people would make it seem like he’s not really a good guy, and not treating me well. He treats me very well. We are just trying to be really happy,” Hewitt says. “It makes it hard to do that when everybody is putting negative energy out there.”

Kennedy, who stood beside Hewitt, added: “I am lucky to be with her. And I love her very much.”

Jennifer and Jamie are happily in love! In fact, Jamie also recently denied the affair rumors, saying the story had been fabricated by an angry former employee who was terminated for cause.

Actor Jamie Kennedy is reportedly cheating on Ghost Whisperer co-star Jennifer Love Hewitt with his ex-girlfriend, Shannon Funk. The 23 year-old Shannon had her 15 minutes of fame when she got a job as Britney Spears’ assistant and photos of the two alleged lesbian affair were splashed all over the tabloids back in 2007.

The 30 year-old confessed her boyfriend has inspired her to keep a good diet (who would have thought Jamie liked his greens!?!): “He’s inspired me to improve my diet,” she says. “He has a salad with every meal, plus lots of fruit, fish, and vegetables.”

The actress is still ‘haunted’ by those bikini pictures (photos here) that were taken by the paparazzi while she was on vacation back in 2007. Jennifer revealed, “For the most part, yeah, I’m happy with my body, but there are days when I’m like, ‘Ugh! Really? Why is it so hard to fit into my jeans?’ That’s when I say to myself, ‘I look this way because I’m supposed to. If we all looked the same, we’d be boring.’ ”

Ghost Whisperer star Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jamie Kennedy got spontaneously engaged while he was performing on stage at the Laugh Factory in Long Beach on Saturday night (July 18).

Jamie reportedly pulled Jennifer on stage to show her vocal skills when an audience member screamed “Marry her!” Jamie quickly got down on one knee and proposed. How romantic!?! Of course, a grinning Jennifer immediately said “Yes!” and the crowd gave the lovebirds a standing ovation!

Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt, who just recently broke up with her fiancé Ross McCall but is already happily dating comedian Jamie Kennedy, is possibly pregnant, according to Star Magazine.

The 30 year-old was recently seen buying a pregnancy test at a CVS Pharmacy in Studio City on April 29 and she has been wearing flowy, high-waisted dresses so the natural conclusion is Jennifer must be expecting!

“If she is expecting, then it was totally unplanned and would come as a shock,” says a friend of the couple. “Jennifer has always said she wants kids, but she was definitely thinking later rather than sooner.”

Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt, who has been battling weight issues lately, poses for Maxim Magazine (May 2009) for the third time and she is using it as a self-esteem booster.

Ghost Whisperer star Jennifer Love Hewitt is still recovering from the break up with her long time boyfriend and fiancé Ross McCall and trying to keep up a normal lifestyle after she got a restraining order against a creepy stalker.

Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt was finally granted a 3 year restraining order against a 62 year-old man named David Nolte, who she accuses of stalking her. According to TMZ, Jennifer got scared when she started receiving graphic letters describing violent sexual fantasies and when he showed up at her mother’s house in December. Jennifer also believes this man sold his home in Colorado so he could move to LA to be closer to her.

David is now banned from going to the Universal Studios in Los Angeles, where Jennifer shoots the “Ghost Whisperer” and was also ordered to stay away from her family and ex-fiancé Ross McCall. Jennifer and Ross just broke up over the holidays.

Jennifer Love Hewitt tells ‘Health’ magazine how she winds down after a hard day at work so she can sleep at night.

I’m not a great sleeper. My mind is always going, so one way I’ve found to calm my head down is to cook dinner when I come home from work, which gives me between a half-hour and 40 minutes to completely decompress. If I can do that, most nights I sleep well. I think decompressing is one thing people don’t do enough of. Also, baths are big, big deals. I have to take a bath every night before I go to sleep.

The BumpWife has a list of about 17 things that must be checked off to wind her down for sleep. Men are different. I can almost always be asleep within three minutes of deciding to sleep.

Supermodel Petra Nemcova, actresses Rosario Dawson and Anne Hathaway are opening up to PEOPLE magazine about the controversy Jennifer Love Hewitt started with her MySpace blog in response to photographs taken of Hewitt in a black bikini while vacationing in Hawaii.

• Model Petra Nemcova: “There are different angles that everybody, even if you’re in great shape, can look bad in a photograph. And printing these images is definitely influencing people’s minds – the stars themselves, but also the people who are reading and looking at the images, the teenagers. It’s definitely good that she spoke out.”

• Rosario Dawson: “They’ll make a whole story about it if someone gains 5 lbs. … It think there is a huge obsession with size-zero jeans, and it’s just really scary. I don’t really know where that comes from. We’re not really in the Twiggy era anymore. It makes me really nervous, because I don’t know how in the world we’re supposed to be that thin unless we’re totally starving and drugging up.”

• Anne Hathaway: “[As an actress], most of the year, your body is your own. But to be ridiculed for it is upsetting. But to also have to defend it or explain it or rejoice in it or put it down, or to be expected to have a public opinion about it … I don’t understand when that happened. I don’t think women should only be defined by their bodies and their weight. It’s a cycle we’ve been in for some time, and I don’t really like it.”

Petra you didn’t really go to bat for JLH. You sort of skirted the issue and said everyone can take a bad photo. Rosario and Anne, way to go to bat for your homegirl.  Personally I don’t think the photos were her best but they weren’t horrible either.  In direct sunlight the camera can be a mean beast.

Jennifer Love Hewitt is in the middle of a small controversy over bikini pictures of her backside that were taken last week while she was on vacation. She is fighing back against those that were poking fun of her in the tight black bikini and claims she is a size 2 and proud of it.

She might be a size 2 but women’s clothing makers are well known nowadays for tagging their clothes with smaller sizes than they actually are to make the woman happy that she can fit into a ‘2′ or whatever.
