OH NO! Former ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8’ star Jon Gosselin, who is currently seeking spiritual help from Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, is in big trouble and might end up losing custody of his 8 children due to a sex tape and allegations of cocaine use, according to the National Enquirer.

Jon’s bodyguard Thomas Meinelt is ready to go to court and testify against the father-of-eight in TLC’s lawsuit. Thomas reportedly saw Jon snorting cocaine several times and even watched his x-rated tape!

“Tom told me that Jon was secretly videotaped having sex with a woman in Los Angeles in October, and he’s seen the tape!” said Stephanie Santoro (photos), Jon’s former flame and family nanny.

“Tom said people close to Jon put a camera in his hotel room, and paid a girl to flirt with Jon and have sex with him. He also told me that he saw Jon snort cocaine on more than one occasion, and that the more Jon got into partying, the more cocaine he used!”

WOW! And we thought there was nothing more horrible than the idea of seeing Levi Johnston totally naked on the cover of Playgirl. Jon is literally screwed! An interesting detail in this story is Hailey Glassman, Jon’s girlfriend, who sold and used cocaine while in college (Hailey Glassman’s mugshot) – all the pieces of the puzzle seem to fall into place!

TLC’s reality star Kate Gosselin opened up during an intimate revealing interview where no topics were off limits with Natalie Morales for TLC’s special ‘Kate: Her Story’ which aired on Monday (November 2) – watch videos below.

Surprisingly, Kate admitted she does not blame Jon Gosselin for the divorce and apologized for the way she treated him but claims the show had nothing to do with what happened. Kate feels TLC gave her an opportunity to earn her money, spend a lot of time with the kids and to take advantage of the trips and experiences the show provided.

“I was very hard on him and I would never deny that,” she added. “I felt very much like a lot of weight rested on my shoulders. I was wrong to treat him that way. Was it good, healthy and wonderful? No. Am I proud of those moments that were captured? No,” Kate said.

Kate also confessed she has trouble sleeping because she can’t really trust anyone. “When you look around, and very close trusted people who would never cash you in, for lack of better words, and those people do that and people leave your house and tell completely different stories, you tend not to trust people,” she said.

The mother-of-eight denies having an affair with her bodyguard Steve Neild (read more details + photos) and still has a difficult time accepting that her ex-husband is dating Hailey Glassman, who she briefly met a couple of years ago. As for the future, Kate wants to stay positive for the sake of her kids, “I have learned to focus on the positive, to take what crumbles around me and find one good thing and hold on to it.”

In conclusion, Kate still has feelings for Jon! He will always be the father of her children. Kate hopes they will overcome the anger and finally be able to talk like adults. “It’s hard to be married to somebody for 10 years and try to say, ‘No, I don’t love them anymore.’ I love the memories we have together, the good times.”

Said Kate, “I would love to get to point where he can put his anger aside… The anger in me isn’t as raw as it once was. I would love to get to a point that we can converse like two adults. I am sure we will get there.” This was an honest interview, we hope Kate and Jon can resolve their issues in private like grown ups.

After Hailey Glassman’s shocking revelations on ‘The Insider’ last week, Jon Gosselin decided to be a better man and publicly apologize to the women in his life for his recent erratic behavior. John also announced he and Hailey are taking a break to re-evaluate their relationship.

“Half the stuff I’ve done, if I look at my moral compass, I shouldn’t have done. I know that but I did it anyway. It’s like fame canceled out conviction,” Jon said.

“I’ll apologize to her [Kate Gosselin] for openly having relationships in the public eye. That was a huge mistake, because if she would’ve done that to me, I would have been extremely pissed off. Not because our relationship is over, it’s almost like a stab in the back. And now that I think about it, it was a very wrong thing to do. I definitely regret it.”

On his relationship with Hailey: “We decided not to take a break, just slow things down, until I get through my divorce and I know everything is settled and okay. I don’t want another failure in my relationships. I don’t want to make the same mistakes I made with Kate, with Hailey. I would just be repeating the pattern over again.”

“I will forever love Hailey. I see how all this has truly hurt her. She has not been happy and hates the media light that she has been put in. She is in no way a homewrecker.”

Jon is trying to deal with his issues with the help of Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, who is giving him “regular study sessions and counseling” even though Jon is not Jewish. Rabbi Boteach is best known as the late Michael Jackson’s spiritual adviser and hosting TLC’s “Shalom in the Home” series.

Honeymoon is over for Hailey Glassman and Jon Gosselin! In a recent interview for ‘The Insider’ (watch video below), Hailey revealed that when she met Jon her life completely changed and not for the better. The 22 year-old also confessed Jon is emotionally abusive when he has his own ‘mantrums’.

“I met Jon in a bubble,” she says. “I’d never seen the show. I had no idea. People judge me before they meet me. I get threats every day. I get called a home wrecker and a fat whore. People will stare or point. It gets worse every day.”

“He’ll call me and take his anger out on me,” Glassman, 22, says in a two-part interview scheduled to air on The Insider beginning Thursday. “He has ‘mantrums.’ I shouldn’t have to put up with being emotionally abused. I cry and say, ‘Why are you so mean to me?’ ”

“Sometimes he has trouble with the truth,” she says, “and he will dance and dance around his lies. He’s like Jekyll and Hyde. But I still love him.”

Despite their difficult relationship, Hailey still says Jon is the man of her life (watch video) – she loves him and doesn’t want to leave him. “I don’t want to leave him all alone,” she says. “At the end of the day, I love him but I dislike him at times. When I love someone I would never hurt them.”

It seems like Jon actually wanted Hailey to give this interview and try to clean her name in the media, which is a very difficult thing after all that has been written about them both. A source says, “He [Jon] has a lot of on his plate and he gets frustrated but he’s supportive of her.”

Former ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8’ daddy Jon Gosselin is being sued by the TLC network for a breach of his contract when he accepted to make several paid and unpaid TV appearances without the network’s permission.

“The network has been trying privately and patiently for months to get Jon to honor the contract he signed and to comply with his obligations relating to public appearances and statements,” reads a statement released by the network. “Those efforts have been unsuccessful.”

The papers filed for the lawsuit reveal that the same day TLC announced the show would be renamed ‘Kate Plus 8’, Jon’s lawyer demanded that they release Jon, who was still getting a full paycheck, from the “exclusivity contract” and threatened that if they didn’t Jon would block the filming of the show on grounds it was “detrimental to his children.”

The “Jon & Kate Plus 8” drama will finally come to an end in November. Jon Gosselin has prohibit TLC from filming his eight kids claiming the show was harming to them after it was announce he had been cut off the show, which would have been re-titled “Kate Plus 8”.

TLC will use existing footage to make a couple more episodes. Jon has completely cut off his wife Kate Gosselin’s only source of income with the end of the show. The mother-of-eight says the kids have been crying since the film crews left and wants to continue for the sake of the kids’ college fund. In my opinion, this show should have been cancelled a long time ago when they announced their divorce.

CNN Headline News anchor Nancy Grace viciously attacked former “Jon & Kate Plus 8” star Jon Gosselin for his recent inappropriate and completely irresponsible behavior. The father-of-eight was not prepared for some straight to the point questions and not even his lawyer Mark Jay Heller was able to save him.

When Nancy asks him about the kids’ future and their emotional health, Jon starts talking about his hard childhood and that completely sets her off. “Why is this always about you?” she interrupts. “Why does it always get back to you?”

Kate Gosselin was on the ‘Today Show’ this morning claiming that estranged husband Jon Gosselin emptied (stole) $230,000 from a joint account, that he was not legally entitled to withdraw.

Kate, as expected, breaks down into tears about half-way through and comes across almost as sincere as Jon did on Larry King last week. Kate seems to strongly believe that doing the show is the only source of income she can earn.

I chuckled when she said that Jon “plays to the media.” Well if that is not the pot speed dialing the kettle.

She continues to go on every talk show she can and insist on another season of the show, even as they go through a nasty and very public divorce. Both Gosselins let money, fame, and even tabloids go to their head. It is truly sad that neither of them has put the kids first throughout most of their public life.

Hopefully they can reconcile enough so they can get along, make smart decisions, and do the best they can for their children.

“Jon & Kate Plus 8” former nanny Stephanie Santoro decided to break the silence and tell all about her steamy affair with the father-of-eight, who she claims to have had sex with while the kids were sleeping during her month as a babysitter.

Stephanie claims it all started when Jon Gosselin innocently asked for a massage and then offered one too, asking her to kiss him. That same night they ended up in the bathtub (very romantic scene!) and Jon warned her, “Whatever you do, don’t fall in love with me, because it’s going to be impossible for me not to fall in love with you.”

Overall Stephanie only has nice things to say about Jon. She claims he cared about her and feelings. They had sex “nine times.” Jon “wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t the best I ever had,” says the 23 year-old nanny.

According to Radar, Jon asked the nanny to lie about their relationship because his girlfriend Hailey Glassman found out. Apparently Jon isn’t completely totally in love with Hailey as he wants us to think.

“He told Stephanie that he cared for Hailey, but he didn’t see her as the person he wanted to spend his life with,” Santoro said. “He didn’t see her as a stepmother figure for the children, but he said that he couldn’t end it now because there was too much stuff, like the clothing line, that Hailey was involved in. He had to be careful how he handled everything.”

Jon denies Stephanie’s story via a statement released by his attorney, Mark J. Heller: “The content of the story is shocking, especially in light of the fact that a non-disclosure agreement purportedly prepared by the production company had been signed by the nanny before she started working with the Gosselin family.”

Jon needs to slow down and think about his family! First Deanna Hummel, then Hailey Glassman, Kate Major and now Stephanie Santoro!?! What do these women see in that guy?? It can’t be the money! Jon has eight children and just got a divorce so he is bound to live paycheck to paycheck.

“The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg basically slammed Kate Gosselin, the guest co-host, when she tried to explain the couple’s recent custody spat, which led to the cops visiting their home, because of a certain nanny, Stephanie Santoro.

“When you go in to a custody thing with someone you have your specific time and [they have] their specific time and you’re not supposed to walk on [that],” Goldberg began. “And I’m sorry that’s the law.”

Over interjections from co-host Sherri Shepherd and Gosselin herself, Goldberg shouted, “And you could have gone to jail!” Goldberg repeated herself, looking straight at across the table at Gosselin, “You could have gone to jail, do you realize that?”

TLC’s “Jon & Kate Plus 8” sexy mother-of-eight, Kate Gosselin, was offered the astonishing amount of $400,000 by Hugh Hefner to strip off her clothes and pose naked for a tasteful Playboy photo spread.

Kate was reportedly totally horrified with the idea and is not even considering the possibility. A source told Star magazine, “Hugh sent her a letter, but Kate was totally mortified and threw it away! She didn’t think it was appropriate because of the children.”

“Jon & Kate Plus 8” star Jon Gosselin decided to tell all in the first TV interview after the divorce announcement with ABC’s Chris Cuomo in a Good Morning America and “Primetime: Family Secrets” special to air on Tuesday (September 8).

Jon claims he was constantly verbally abused and beaten down by his wife Kate Gosselin and confesses he cannot even sit by her side on the couch anymore because she became someone he despises.

“Our relationship will never be fixed,” Jon said. ” … I don’t trust her anymore. I was abused … I was beaten down … I’m not going back to that life style.”

The father-of-eight accuses his estranged wife of not making an effort to try to save their marriage when she refused to go to counseling. On the other hand, Jon says he is glad to finally be himself again and feels things can only get better with his new love, Hailey Glassman.
