Actress Kate Hudson is the hot cover girl for the latest issue of ELLE Magazine (December 2009). The 30 year-old did not escape questions about her relationship with Alex Rodriguez (details + photos) but claims the engagement rumors are absolutely ridiculous.

She told Elle: “Did you know that it was this one, on my right hand? I hear about this and I’m like “Why would I even respond? What would I say if you’re going to lie about something ridiculous?” And if you really did your job, you’d look at the pictures taken that day and realize [the ring] was on my right hand.”

Kate revealed she completely stopped drinking, something she enjoys, to lose weight for her new movie project, in which she plays a terminally ill woman who falls in love with her doctor: “I love my glass of wine. I love tequila. To be in New York for two weeks and not have one beverage, I’m not sure I’ve ever done that!”

The actress also admits to love being a girl, dressing up, the rituals of facials and body treatments plus she is not afraid of Botox. As an actress we think Kate should avoid the expressionless Botox face, but for her it is more like a gift from the cosmetic gods. Kate said, “Everyone’s so obsessed with who gets Botox, but it’s great! Are you kidding? The fact that women can avoid going under the knife and get a little Botox treat and not have to worry about it? I’m glad it’s there for when it’s time.”

Actress Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez are reportedly ready to take one giant leap in their short relationship and get married. The romantic Yankees star wants to tie the knot till the end of the year and even asked for Goldie Hawn and her partner Kurt Russell’s blessing.

“Alex called Goldie and asked if she and [her partner] Kurt Russell would give their blessing to his asking Kate to marry him,” the pal tells OK!.

“Alex is planning on doing it around New Year’s. Usually Kate goes away with her family to Aspen, and Alex thought it would be romantic to do it front of a fireplace while snow was falling outside.”

Kate and A-Rod have been behaving like a married couple and have been playing house with the kids (Ryder, the actress’ son with Chris Robinson, Natasha, 4, and Ella, 17 months, Alex’s daughters with ex-wife Cynthia).

In fact, Kate is rumored to be pregnant, which was quickly denied by her rep, but her friends are really worried about her moving too fast. “She did it with Chris, Owen Wilson and now Alex,” notes another insider. “[Kate's] a hopeless romantic. She always jumps in head first and ignores all the red flags.”

Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez were seen out on a date at the Mustang Grill on Friday night after the actress cheered on the Bronx Bombers at the new Yankee Stadium in New York.

A source said the bartender “was asking patrons not to go in the back room around 1 a.m. because A-Rod and Kate Hudson were back there making out.”

A-Rod definitely got an upgrade after secretly dating Madonna. And Kate just broke up with Owen Wilson for the hundredth time and apparently no other B/C-list celebrity was available to date her. Kate and A-Rod actually make a cute totally random couple!!

Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson attended the French premiere of their latest movie “Marley & Me” at the Bristol Hotel in Paris. Jen and Owen make such a cute couple on screen while off screen they look like they are actually good friends. Not easy to get along with a co-star. Just ask Kate Hudson.

Speaking of Kate Hudson, it seems like Owen is giving her another chance since the two were seen enjoying some super intimate time together in France prior to this premiere.

“They were like any normal young couple,” one staffer tells PEOPLE. “She held his hand and they were very nice, no pretensions.”

Following a one hour-plus lunch, the pair drove over for a lengthy walk around the shops and galleries lining the 18th century port of Honfleur befor returning to Trouville for dinner at L’Inattendu, a small French backstreet restaurant.

“They were very comfortable with each other,’ says a diner who recognized Owen under his black ball cap when the couple arrived around nine. “There was lots of talking going on between them, laughter.”

We wonder why Kate just didn’t escort him to the red carpet and let Jennifer do it instead. They are probably trying to keep things quiet… unfortunately we don’t see a future to this relationship! It’s like Owen is Kate’s rebound guy, he sure needs to break free and find the real love of his life!

Actress Kate Hudson is the new cover girl for the February issue of UK InStyle. In the interview Kate touches on some controversial subjects like girls being mean to each other (Kate and Anne Hathaway reportedly have a difficult relationship!), being single (for like a second before she got her claws on a new man!) and her “nearly nude” lingerie.

Kate is one funny girl. I bet she has a blast doing this type of interviews and the photo shoot is breathtaking. Here are some highlights from Kate Hudson’s InStyle UK interview:

On girls being mean to each other: “Most of us have been in a situation where women are very threatened by other women. I’ve been in situations where just being happy was a threat to others. But I’m not like that. I was raised to root for other people. And I think we need that”

On being a single mom: “Being a single parent can be difficult, but I don’t feel I am one. Chris and I are co-parenting and traveling is where it gets difficult. Chris [Robinson] is on the road and I’ve had a busy last year, so I am going to take a break in 2009. I want to soak in every little part of who Ryder is.”

On being single: “I’m enjoying being single because I really never have been…I feel good in relationships. I enjoy them, so I feel my best when I’m in something solid. But it’s the first time I’ve taken a step back and gotten a new perspective. I’ve made a conscious decision to try to stay single as long as possible.”

Kate on her own style: “Sometimes I feel a bit schizophrenic, like I have no idea! When I’m going somewhere and I’m tired and not thinking about it at all, what I end up wearing is what I would say my style is. I like things that are comfortable and flowy – and lots of jewelery”

Kate on underwear: “I discovered these great undergarments I can’t live without called ‘Nearly Nude’…They’re so great. And you can wear them under any dress; they’re really thin. Also, Wolford makes a kind of slip that holds you in. It’s a little expensive, but women should invest in that! I don’t go anywhere without Calvin Klein strapless bras, and since I wear a lot of short skirts, I always have…my little boy-shorts to wear under the minis.”

Actresses Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson aren’t exactly best friends and there might have been some cat fighting on their latest movie “Bride Wars”. According to sources, their rivalry didn’t end when the cameras stopped filming. We have all heard how Kate accidentally punched Anne in a more heated scene but a production staffer confirms things got really nasty between the two stars.

A production staffer who worked on the film claims the nastiness in many of the actresses’ fight scenes ”didn’t require all that much acting. … They really didn’t get along all that well.”

”I think these are two such different women. Anne is more of an intellectual and Kate comes off as something of a dizzy lightweight. … It’s hard to believe those two would have anything in common,” also claiming she overheard both women making catty comments about the other.

If you have two talented and beautiful women together in one little movie set, there will be trouble. It’s bound to happen when they start comparing who gets the cutest wardrobe, best makeup, best light, more screen time… the list goes on.

Of course, these rumors were promptly denied by Hathaway’s spokesman, Stephen Huvane: “There was absolutely no tension between the two. They are great friends and it is a shame the media always does this to women.”

Actually I think both Kate and Anne are having a lot of fun competing and fighting for attention. At least that’s the impression we get from the various photos at red carpets the two have hit together!!

Actress Kate Hudson has no problem stripping off for the camera. She actually thinks it’s fun doing nude photo shoots and considers it an art.

Kate told MTV.co.uk: “I love doing them and I will do more. It’s fun. Also, I’ve come to appreciate the skill of the photographer. It’s a real art. I’m very interested in that side of it.”

I can’t really remember any remarkable nude photos of Kate and this InStyle cover is so badly Photoshopped that it doesn’t even seem like Kate’s body. Not really an art, is it Kate??

Actress Kate Hudson, who is currently single, was seen with new friend, golfer Adam Scott at the beach in Hawaii. The 28 year-old is considered one of Australia’s most eligible bachelors after splitting with his long time girlfriend Marie Kojzar last year. Adam didn’t confirm or deny the relationship with Kate, he just said they met through a mutual friend.

Adam says: “I’m not here with her but I know Kate. We met here [for the first time]. We have a mutual friend so we met through him.”

Kate’s vow to stay happily single didn’t last for long. Some people just can’t stay single, they need a relationship to feel good with themselves and be happy. It’s not a bad thing but Kate could be a little more careful with her very public relationships. Kate recently broke up with Owen Wilson, got into an intense relationship with Lance Armstrong just to break up again after a couple of months.

‘I feel good in relationships. I enjoy them, so I feel my best when I’m in something solid. But it’s also the first time I’ve ever taken a step back and gotten a new perspective.’

Kate said at the time: ‘I’ve made a conscious decision to try to stay single as long as possible.’

The duo had a great time at the beach and it seems like they can be a little more than just friends. Or they are just pretty close friends getting to know each other for a possible colorful relationship in the future… something is going on between Kate and Adam that’s for sure!

The 35th Annual People’s Choice Awards happened yesterday at the Shrine Auditorium and the biggest winners of the night were Carrie Underwood, who won People’s Choice Awards for Female Singer, Country Song (“Last Name“) and Star 35 & Under; and Hugh Laurie (love him!) who won the awards for Best TV Drama (“House“) and Male TV Star.

Actress Kate Hudson won People’s Choice Award for Leading Lady in the movies and Christina Applegate, who is now cancer free after a double mastectomy, won People’s favorite Female TV star.

Actress and serial dater Kate Hudson makes an extraordinary revelation to ELLE Magazine (February 2009): She loves boys!! Currently single and apparently not looking to get into another relationship any soon, Kate also talks about her career and the importance to keep a healthy happy relationship (practice makes perfect!).

Kate and Anne Hathaway premiered their new movie “Bride Wars” this Monday in New York. Here are some highlights of Kate Hudson’s ELLE interview:

On being boy crazy: “When I was a teenager, like, when I turned 16, I loved boys. That was just my thing. My mom was like, ‘Oh boy, she loves boys!’ I always loved boys. I still love boys. First of all, I always had a boyfriend. This is the first time I’ve been single since I was 16!”

On dating: “I’ve been on so many bad dates. I went on one where I just left because he was so boring. I felt really bad, and I didn’t want him to pay for dinner. It’s like, ‘It’s really nice to meet you’ – moving on! Then you call your friend and you’re like, ‘Really? Really? Is that who you think I would have a great night with?!’”

On the paparazzi: “They’ve become an entity to themselves. But eventually they’ll implode. They’re creating a house of cards that will inevitably fall. These are not nice people. When you’re taking your child to school, and they’re trying to get on school property to take a picture, it literally makes you just want to smack them.”

On her wedding: “The dress was all I cared about. I really wanted the princess gown. The young bride, full Scarlett O’Hara gown. The only other thing I wanted was a raw bar and my mom was like, ‘No,’ and I was like, ‘All right.’”

On the importance of keeping her man happy: “People think that you can put your sexual life on hold, but you have to find time for it. Without that relationship, our family is broken. My mom really implanted that in me when I was pregnant.”

On the movie industry: “No matter what people like to say, it’s very hard to get female-driven movies made, it’s not even, like, feminist so much as it’s hard to get boys into the theater. It’s a business. That’s just the way it is, unfortunately for us ladies. So what you need is a high concept, a movie that women want to see that men don’t feel like you’re twisting their arm to see.”

Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson are extremely competitive girls on and off screen, even when it comes to fashion. Rumors say the two actresses didn’t exactly like each other and there might have been some cat fighting involved cause of Anne’s douche ex-boyfriend Raffaelo Follieri.

The two actresses attended “Bride Wars” premiere at AMC Loews Lincoln Square in New York and wowed and shocked with their outfit choices for the red blue carpet.
