Country star Keith Urban and his wife Nicole Kidman have a newborn daughter named Faith Margaret, their second child, who was born via a surrogate. The proud daddy was happy to show off the first picture of their little miracle on the red carpet of the SAG Awards over the weekend.

Why Did Nicole Kidman And Keith Urban Keep Baby Faith Margaret A Secret?

The 43 year-old happily displayed the iPhone picture of the bundle of joy in the arms of momma Nicole (picture below). Keith asked, “She looks just like [Nicole], don’t you think?” Both Nicole and Keith, who also have a 2 year-old daughter named Sunday Rose, were happy to answer all the questions about the new baby.

Nicole confessed to be thrilled and explained why they chose the name Faith for the baby. “We needed to have that through the whole pregnancy. That’s what it required — a lot of faith,” she said.

Faith Margaret is absolutely cute. And just like big sister Sunday, Faith’s second name is the name of a flower. That was a beautiful choice by the parents! There is just one thing… I seriously cannot understand why “Sunday”? Awful name.

Tonight on cable channel Great American Country (GAC) they are holding a fundraiser to raise money to aid victims from the historic floods that encompassed much of Nashville, TN and the surrounding area three weeks ago.

The concert/telethon is taking place at the historic Ryman Auditorium in downtown Nashville.  The original home of the Grand Ole’ Opry.  The current home of the Opry, on Briley Parkway was submerged under several feet of water and suffered immense damage.

Performing tonight will be Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley, Rodney Atkins, Kellie Pickler, Martina McBride, Keb’ Mo, CeCe Winans, Randy Montana, Will Hoge and many more.  The telethon is being hosted by Kimberly Williams-Paisley and James Denton.

Keith Urban was pranked on stage last night when opening act Taylor Swift (and three others) donned KISS make-up and costumed and walked on stage while Keith was singing ‘Kiss a Girl.’  Taylor was dressed up as original KISS guitarist Ace Frehley.

The prank too place at Urban’s show in Kansas City, Missouri.  Swift posted the photo above on her Twitter @taylorswift13

Keith Urban and actress Nicole Kidman just couldn’t keep their hands off each other at the 44th annual Academy Of Country Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Hotel Casino in Las Vegas last night (April 5).

It’s sickly adorable how these two seems to be so attached emotionally and physically, while still managing to look natural… Keith lost the most important ACM award of Entertainer of the Year to Carrie Underwood but he and Nicole surely won the most glamorous couple to walk the red carpet!

Proud daddy Tom Cruise spent some quality time with his son Connor as the two watched from the first row the Daytona 500 held at Daytona International Speedway in Florida. Ironically mommy’s new husband Keith Urban kicked off the event with a surprise two-song performance as both Tom and Connor applauded.

Connor Cruise wants to be an actor just like daddy and he made his debut in a Will Smith movie “Seven Pounds”. Connor didn’t need daddy’s help to get the role, he reportedly did it all by himself and because he has talent. Anyone has seen “Seven Pounds”?? What did you think of Connor’s debut??

In the December’s issue of Glamour magazine, actress Nicole Kidman has some emotional revelations that are surprisingly incredible for a woman who looks cold and detached. I guess motherhood does miracles!

The actress says they’ve agreed never to be apart [from hubby Keith Urban] for more than a week. “We reduced it even more. I have reached a stage in my life when I want to be with the ones I love,” says Kidman. “I used to be willing to do two weeks. And that is too much now; my heart aches.”

About daughter Sunday Rose: “Keith! It’s fine by me, having a little Keith-ette. When he goes away, I can look at her and see him.”

This is one of the most beautiful, sickly romantic things I ever heard anyone say. I guess when you love someone so deeply, it does make sense…
