Country star Kellie Pickler made her first public appearance after marrying her beau Kyle Jacobs late last year and showed off her wedding ring on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday (February 23).

The 24 year-old newlywed spoke about her ultra private and unplanned romantic wedding in Antigua on the Caribbean Sea and revealed what she had engraved on her husband’s wedding ring. Kellie confessed the inscription reads, “Put it back on.” LOL.

On why she and fiancé ran away to get married…
Ellen: You ran away because you were going to have a bigger wedding, right?
Kellie: Yeah, we were almost finished with the wedding planning. We had already done the cake and the flowers and all that. And every time we got to the guest list, it was like, “Oh my God, I hate half these people.” Nothing personal. Laughs

On her spur of the moment nuptials…
Kellie: It was perfect because we didn’t plan anything. All we did was I packed the wedding dress and packed him an outfit. We flew there and we didn’t know what kind of cake we were going to get. We didn’t know what food we were going to have. We totally just put faith in God that it was all going to work out and it did and it was the most incredible day of my life.

On her husband’s wedding ring inscription…
Ellen: You inscribed something on his ring that is so you. That is so perfectly Kellie Pickler. What did you inscribe on the ring?
Kellie: I put our wedding anniversary, 1-1-11, and I put “Put it back on.” Get it? Get it? It’s not that funny. Let me explain. So if he takes if off and he looks at it, it’s going to say “Put it back on!” Laughs.

“When two people get married, it’s not about the glamour,” Pickler, 24, tells PEOPLE. “It’s about the bride and groom and God.”

“We didn’t have anything but us and God and our minister,” Pickler says of the ceremony, “and I can’t think of a word that can quite describe how perfect it was.”

Kyle and Kellie refused to have the glamorous, big wedding ceremony in Nashville, Tennessee for something more real, spiritual and absolutely romantic. Congratulations to the happy newlyweds!!

Country star Kellie Pickler and her boyfriend, songwriter Kyle Jacobs are officially engaged to be married. Kyle decided to propose on a Florida beach at sunset on June 15, a day marked by sadness for the singer since it was the birthday of her late grandmother, Faye Pickler.

“It turned out to be the most amazing day of my life,” the fifth-season American Idol star, 23, tells People. “My whole world changed. We both feel like we got my grandmother’s blessing.”
“I remember saying to Kyle, ‘Baby it’s like I’m dreaming – but if this isn’t real, I’m going to be very upset!’ ”

The two shared a very special day on the beach. “Afterward, we just held each other and had the most beautiful prayer,” Jacobs says. “We had a little champagne and talked and laughed and cried.”

Kellie and Kyle met through mutual friends almost three years ago. The singer thanks her fiancé for being “in the happiest place I’ve ever been” as she renewed her relationship with her now sober father, Clyde Pickler. Kellie was raised by her grandmother after her mother left and her dad went to jail.

Country star Brad Paisley decided to prank his tour mate, Kellie Pickler, by doing a short clip to expose her secret breast enhancement cosmetic surgery (photos below). YES! Kellie “had” a boob job! GASP! [watch video below]

Brad reveals, “It was her last show, so we produced a video. We called it, ‘You be the judge.’ We showed photos of her before and after American Idol and just asked if anything was different. As most of you know, cosmetically, something is different. She had to walk out onstage to it (the photos).”

Kellie has denied commenting on such a personal subject but Brad thinks a lot has changed, especially in her chest area, since the former “American Idol” first toured with him back in 2008. Brad might be onto something!
