Sarah Palin sat down and opened up about family, politics and Levi Johnston in an interview for Oprah on Monday (November 16). Sarah claims the Republican Party lost the election not because of her not being determined or prepared enough for the Vice Presidential seat but because Americans wanted a change, a different path.

“They were quite concerned about the road that America was on with our economy. They did not want more of the same. They did not want status quo. And I think, unfortunately, our ticket represented what was perceived as status quo,” she said. “I don’t think I could be blamed for losing the race any more than I could be credited with winning the race had I done a better job as a candidate,” Palin added.

Palin made sure to tell Oprah she does not know if she is going to run for President in 2012 but she clearly didn’t close the door to that possibility. “I’m looking forward to affecting positive change between then and now. I don’t know what I’m going to be doing in 2012, it’s not on my radar screen right now, as I am dealing with so many issues that are important,” Palin told Oprah.

Oprah and Palin also discussed her memoir book ‘Going Rogue’, which is why she was there, family issues and, of course, her grandson Tripp’s daddy Levi Johnston. “We don’t have to keep going down this road of controversy and drama. We’re not really into the drama, we don’t really like that. We’re more productive we have other things to concentrate on,” Palin said.

On Levi’s porn career and nude photo shoot for Playgirl, Palin defined it as ‘heartbreaking’ and wants us all to pray for the teen’s soul. Palin says Levi is using a new name and wants to be called Ricky Hollywood: “I don’t know if we call him Levi. I hear he goes by the name Ricky Hollywood now. So if that’s the case, we don’t want to mess up his gig he’s got going.” Who would have thought Sarah had such a great sense of humor?!?

Sarah Palin’s grandson daddy, Levi Johnston, has finally finished his three-day photo shoot for Playgirl Magazine. Levi doesn’t mind if posing for the magazine turns him into a gay icon, on the contrary, he thinks it’s a compliment.

“The shoot is going well,” Levi’s manager and bodyguard, Tank Jones, tells Life & Style. “Levi is standing naked right now — he’s got one hand down there. In terms of props, he’s used a hockey stick. That’s the only prop in the shoot,” he adds. “You’ll see what you need to see in these photos.”

Levi, who was the winner of the Porn Crossover Award at the 1st Annual Fleshbot Awards, really wants to be famous but he knows his 15 minutes might be over soon. “I could go out and do movies, maybe one day even end up as a celebrity,” Levi says. “If it doesn’t work out, I’ll just go back to being a licensed electrician like everyone else in my family.”

The Johnston family really needs another real good electrician because he will never become a good actor or model. Seriously, we will just do our best not to puke when we finally get to see Levi’s completely nude Playgirl spread for the first and hopefully the last time!

Levi Johnston, best known for having unprotected teenage sex with Sarah Palin’s daughter, is officially taking off his clothes for Playgirl. Levi already signed a lucrative contract of more than the $25,000 with the magazine and he has been working out real hard (Levi workout photos) for the shoot that will take place in the next couple of weeks in New York.

And our worst nightmare is going to become a reality because there will be full frontal nudity!!! Tank Jones, the manager, claims Levi is “fearless” and he’ll “do what he wants to do” and that he’s “90% sure there will be nudity…I’m talking the front. Letting the whole thing hang out.”

Eww!! We hope Levi uses the money to buy some diapers for his baby Tripp and disappears but no such luck. Levi Johnston, best known as Bristol Palin’s baby daddy, is working out hard in the gym to look his best for a nude photo shoot for an upcoming issue of Playgirl Magazine that will most probably come out before the end of the year.

The 19 year-old, whose biggest concern is whether to show “the front or the back”, is taking this seriously and even hired a personal trainer. “Team Levi is in the process of preparing for his Playgirl appearance,” his lawyer Rex Butler said “He is in the gym six days a week for the next three weeks.”

Yep, we still cannot believe someone is actually paying for Levi to take off his clothes! I’d rather see him fully clothed or just not see him at all (I bet Sarah Palin feels the same way!). It was difficult enough to see Levi shirtless while holding baby Tripp in a tacky photo shoot for GQ (photos here) or watch his Get Crackin’ commercial (watch video here).

Levi Johnston, who is Bristol Palin’s baby daddy and recently posed for a controversial photo shoot with baby Tripp for GQ (photos here), said about his date: “She’s beautiful and funny. She’s the star of the night.” Kathy added, “Miley, try to top this!”

It’s love for Kathy and Levi! Love for fame, exposure and a big publicity stunt for both. Yesterday Kathy posted a photo of herself with Levi on Twitter with the caption: “There’s a new love in my life. Bristol Palin’s baby daddy, Levi Johnston, claims to know why the Grandmother of his son, Sarah Palin, resigned to cash in on her fame and some irrefutable deals. Levi claims he overheard the former Alaska Governor say how nice it would be to be able to take advantage of the lucrative deals offered to her, especially the book deal.

“She had talked about how nice it would be to take some of this money people had been offering us and you know just run with it, say ‘forget everything else,’” Levi said. “I think the big deal was the book. That was millions of dollars.”

When asked about Sarah Palin running for President of the United States, Levi said: “I think she’s a great lady, but after seeing what she did now, you know, leaving Alaska, I would have to say, ‘no.’ Obviously she’s stressed out as governor. I mean moving up to the vice president or president is huge. I just don’t think anymore that she’s cut out for the job.”

Levi, who wants to become an actor, is now using Sarah’s image to promote himself. He should be more concerned with maintaining a good relationship with his baby’s family instead of trying so hard to be relevant.

Palin’s response to Levi’s comments, via her spokeswoman Meghan Stapleton: “It is interesting to learn Levi is working on a piece of fiction while honing his acting skills.” You gotta love it when they all wash their dirty laundry in public.

In the interview, Levi talks about the pressure to get married that might set Levi and Bristol apart and confessed the two were really in love.

Levi said: “I know that her parents didn’t want us together. So they probably put a little pressure on her. But at the same time, they told us they wanted us to get married when they found out Bristol was pregnant.”

“I think we were in love, I wasn’t one to stick with a girl for three years if I wasn’t. I’m pretty sure you can call it love, but it’s just amazing how fast it can change like that.”

Levi Johnston, father of Bristol Palin’s baby, gave his first interview after breaking up with his baby’s mother and spills the beans on their short intense teenage relationship. Levi talked about how hard it was to be dating the daughter of the Alaska Governor Sarah Palin during her vice presidential campaign.

Levi also made some controversial affirmations like he and Bristol had safe sex “most of the time”, which is clearly not enough to prevent an unwanted pregnancy. Levi went further saying Sarah Palin knew they were having sex under her roof. Palin’s family already released a statement about Levi’s appearance on Tyra:

“Bristol did not even know Levi was going on the show. We’re disappointed that Levi and his family, in a quest for fame, attention, and fortune, are engaging in flat-out lies, gross exaggeration, and even distortion of their relationship,” says the statement from the Palin family rep, Meghan Stapleton.

“Bristol’s focus will remain on raising Tripp, completing her education, and advocating abstinence,” the statement continues. “It is unfortunate that Levi finds it more appealing to exploit his previous relationship with Bristol than to contribute to the well being of the child.”

The statement ends, saying, “Bristol realizes now that she made a mistake in her relationship and is the one taking responsibility for their actions.”

Levi’s mom and sister were also there to support the young dad and say the Palins don’t let them see baby Tripp and that Bristol hates Levi’s sister because she is friends with Levi’s ex-girlfriends. Oh, it’s not easy being a teenage mom and having to deal with all these stupid teenage feelings and problems, while trying to raise a child!

Tyra Banks made sure to announce the Johnston family wasn’t paid to come to her show and speak their own version of the truth. I loved this interview, it’s like going back to high school!!

Bristol Palin, daughter of Sarah Palin, and the father of her infant, Levi Johnston, have broken up according to People magazine.

The split happened “a few weeks ago,” according to a source close to the couple, but it’s unclear what precipitated it. “It was a mutual thing,” adds the source.

“It kind of just happened,” says the source, referring to the split. “I thought they would stick it out. But I think they can work together to raise Tripp.”

“I’m not sure what caused [them to break up] – it’s common knowledge,” says another source who knows the family.

Bristol gave birth to Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston back on December 28th of last year.  She is currently taking classes in hopes of finishing her high school education.
