In the Super Bowl-inspired music video, Nicki and M.I.A. are Madonna’s personal cheerleaders. After watching Lady GaGa push the envelope with wacky music videos for the past couple of years, this one is pretty lame and boring in comparison.

However I’m still amused about how Madonna still manages to rock those skimpy outfits while she keeps calling herself a different kind of girl. Anyhow, Madonna’s “M.D.N.A.” is set to be released on March 26, 2012.

After Madonna had promised there would be no wardrobe malfunctions, rapper M.I.A. decided to creat some buzz for herself as she flipped the bird to the camera when she joined the Queen Of Pop on stage for a performance of the new single “Give Me All Your Luvin’” during Super Bowl XLVI Halftime Show on Sunday (February 5).

NBC, which was responsible for the broadcast of the event, released a statement to apologize for the rude gesture and explained that M.I.A. had not even attempted to pull that stunt during rehearsals.

“The NFL hired the talent and produced the halftime show,” NBC said in a statement. “Our system was late to obscure the inappropriate gesture and we apologize to our viewers.”

“The obscene gesture in the performance was completely inappropriate, very disappointing, and we apologize to our fans,” said spokesperson Brian McCarthy.

Madonna might be extremely upset with her guest star’s attitude, but she has not made a statement about the incident yet. M.I.A. basically stole the show. Instead of talking about Madonna’s incredible stamina and lip-synched performance, we are discussing M.I.A.’s flip.

The Tonight Show host Jay Leno’s embarrassing ring tones are exposed in one of the most awkward elevator rides with Madonna in a commercial that aired during the 2012 Super Bowl XLVI on Sunday (February 5)- watch video below.

Nicki Minaj and M.I.A joined Madonna as she debuted her new single. Madonna was also joined by “The Voice” coach Cee Lo Green and a big choir for a rendition of “Like A Prayer.” At the end of the performance, Madonna simply vanished in a puff of smoke.

After Madonna won the Golden Globe for Best Original Song for her movie W.E.,which she also directed, Elton John‘s husband David Furnish had a bone to pick.

Shortly after the singer’s name was called as the recipient, Furnish wrote on his Facebook page, ”Madonna. Best song???? F**k off!!!”

Madonna beat out John for his song “Hello Hello” from the film Gnomeo & Juliet, and gave an acceptance speech that was less than endearing.

His rant continued after Madonna finished her speech. ”Madonna winning Best Original Song truly shows how these awards have nothing to do with merit. Her acceptance speech was embarrassing in its narcissism,” he wrote. “And her criticism of Gaga shows how desperate she really is.”

In a recent interview, Madonna, who co-wrote and directed upcoming film W.E., told reporters that she wants to make a film about royal newlyweds Prince William and Kate Middleton.

“I think maybe it is too soon to make a film about William and Kate but I definitely would if I could wait a decade first,” she told the Sunday Mirror.

She went on to praise Kate even more. ”I like Kate Middleton and think she’s quite chic and intelligent. I hope she’s a fan of mine, too.”

Madonna is dissing pop superstar Lady GaGa‘s song ‘Born This Way’ for it’s similarities to her 1989 hit ‘Express Yourself’ in the upcoming issue of Newsweek.

“I thought, this is a wonderful way to redo my song ["Express Yourself"],” she tells the magazine. “I mean, I recognized the chord changes. I thought it was… interesting.”

GaGa was asked about copying the famous hit in an interview in an April 2011 interview. Outraged, she responded: ”I’m a songwriter. I’ve written loads of music,” she fumed. “Why would I try to put out a song and think I’m getting one over on everybody?”

She continued: “What a completely ridiculous thing to even question me about… If you put the songs next to each other, side by side, the only similarities are the chord progression. It’s the same one that’s been in disco music for the last 50 years. Madonna and GaGa claim to be friends, complimenting each other’s work. But is it just for publicity?

P.S.- I don’t think GaGa copied anything. And quite frankly, her song is better. Suck it, Madonna.

The NFL confirmed Sunday that Madonna is set to perform at the half time show of the Bridgestone Super Bowl XLVI at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Feb. 5.

Madonna’s performance will be in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil, director Jamie King and “multimedia artists from Moment Factor,” according to the statement.

This performance will reach 162 million worldwide, and will be the perfect way for the pop singer to sample clips from her untitled twelfth studio album due out sometime next year.

I hope she brings out some of her old hits! VOGUE, baby!

The official trailer for the upcoming movie “W.E.” co-written by Alek Keshishian and Madonna, and directed by the “Material Girl”, has been released (watch video below). Madonna’s second directorial venture tells the story of two fragile and determined women separated by more than six decades.

The movie starring Abbie Cornish, James D’Arcy and Andrea Riseborough tells the story of a woman named Wally Winthrop obsessed with the love story of King Edward VIII and American divorcee Wallis Simpson back in the 30’s. Wally finds out their ultimate love story was not as perfect as she thought as their lives unraveled in the following decades.

“W.E.” received mixed reviews after it premiered at the Venice Film Festival in September 2011. The movie will be distributed by the Weinstein Company across the country on February 3, 2012.

Madonna is supper rich, but one of her brothers, Anthony Ciccone, is actually homeless and living under a bridge in Traverse City, Michigan because his family has completely turned their back on him, he claims in an interview for Michigan Messenger.

“My family turned their back on me, basically, when I was having a hard time,” Anthony said. “You think I haven’t answered this kind of question a bazillion times – why my sister is a multibazillionarie, and I’m homeless on the street?”

He adds: “Never say never. This could happen to anybody.”

The 55 year-old has allegedly been living on the streets for a year and a half after losing his job at his father’s vineyard and winery in Suttons Bay, Michigan. Anthony complains about the cold and explains way more than you need to know about frostbites before praising the city for their care for the homeless.

“You have no idea how gruesome it is,” he says. “You get nerve damage. That’s the milder stage. In the severe stage you have tissue damage, that is when you lose parts of your body … A friend of mine lost all ten toes. Several have died of hypothermia.”

“This is a unique system with the churches here,” Anthony says. “You won’t find this in too many places.”

Of course, Madonna is too busy living the life in London and travelling around the globe to care if her older brother loses any of his toes to the cold Michigan weather. Poor Madonna!

The “Frozen” singer probably wants to keep her distance from her family in order to not get back stabbed once again since her younger brother, Chris Ciccone, already made a whole lot of money with his tell-all book titled “Life with My Sister Madonna” back in 2008.
