Hilarious! Michael fell into a tree while trying to escape the police, which just proves Michael is even more delusional and dumber than we could have ever imagined. The cops rescued and arrested him for violating a condition of his pretrial release (not contacting the victim) and resisting arrest without violence.

Lindsay Lohan’s daddy, Michael Lohan, was arrested for suspicion of domestic violence once again after another heated argument with his on-and-off girlfriend Kate Major at around 1:10 am in Tampa, Florida on Tuesday (October 25).

When he was taken into custody, Michael complained of chest pains and the nice police officers took him to a hospital instead of jail, where he was treated before he tried to sneak out. An officer spotted Michael and hauled his sorry tail down to jail to book him for domestic violence.

In March 2011, Michael was arrested for a similar incident involving the same woman. Kate revealed they started fighting because she refused to perform oral sex and Michael threatened to “slit both his wrist and her wrist” and even said he would throw her off the balcony.

Kate also told the police officers Michael had come to her apartment and threatened her the night before. Their argument turned physical and he actually banged his head on a door until he was bleeding from his forehead, claiming he would blame her if she dared to call the cops.

Michael thinks Lindsay needs more than community service. He thinks his daughter needs to enter another rehab facility. ”Instead of doing community service in the morgue, she’s going to wind up in the morgue!” he said.

Wedding bells may be in store for pseudo Real Housewife of New Jersey Kim Granatell.  Granatell, who played second fiddle to ousted RHONJ, Danielle Staub last season, has been caught canoodling with Lindsay Lohan’s dad, Michael Lohan!  And no, she hasn’t met the troubled starlet yet.  Lindsay’s been a little busy.

In an interview with The New York Post Grantell swooned, ”I just got back from making out with Michael Lohan in Florida,” and claimed that the two had been dating since the beginning of the year.  That’s odd.  Apparently Kim G. doesn’t keep close tabs on her men. Lohan tweeted about his new girl friend, Bernadette just last month.

Granatell also told The Post that she and Lohan are working on a “teen rehab” project together in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  I’m sorry, is Lohan really the authority on getting teens clean and sober?

If the rumors are true, this will be the second Real Housewife…named Kim, that Lohan has dated.  in 2009 Lohan was seen spending quite a bit of time with Real Housewife of Atlanta, Kim Zolciak. Both parties claim their relationship was strictly business, but we all know how these reality stars like to mix business with pleasure.

The 50 year-old fame-wh*re is basically trying to make his ex-girlfriend, Kate Major, who claimed he assaulted and threatened her, jealous or prove a point. Michael gushed about Bernadette and said she was the complete opposite of Kate.

Lindsay Lohan’s unstable daddy, Michael Lohan, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence after a heated argument with his ex-girlfriend Kate Major turned physical in Los Angeles, California at around 9:30 pm and 10 pm on Monday night (March 21).

According to reports, Michael went to the apartment he once shared with Kate and when she saw her packing her stuff for good he just went ballistic. Kate turned her back on him and he allegedly grabbed her and threw her across the room.

When she threatened to call the police, Michael grabbed a towel and started to strangle her. Michael then threatened to cut himself with a razor blade and tell the cops she did it. Kate managed to escape and went straight to the police station, where she was photographed with “visible injuries”.

Cops went out to look for Michael. Before getting arrested, Michael was taken to the hospital to be checked for a medical condition unrelated to the alleged violent domestic dispute after complaining of chest pains.
