Clint Eastwood’s Mesmerizing RNC Speech with President Obama (video)
The mysterious guest at the Republican National Convention in Tampa on Thursday night was legendary film actor/director Clint Eastwood.
The famed actor came out to a loud applause and received many laughs during his speech…or was it a performance?
During the ‘performance’ he interviewed an invisible President Barack Obama in a wooden chair that was positioned next to him on stage.
Eastwood went on to ask him several questions that naturally had no audible answers, but Eastwood would occasionally restate something as if the President had spoken it.
At one point he replied to ‘the President’ that “What do you want me to tell Romney. I can’t tell him to do that. He can’t do that to himself,” implying that Obama had told him to tell Romney to go f*** himself.
He later responded to invisible Obama with, “I can’t do that to myself either!”
It got several astonished laughs and responses from the Conservative crowd.
Several political pundits bashed the performance while a select few took it for what it was, a legend kind of doing whatever he wanted to do on stage before a massive audience.
The actor likely had no impact on Mitt Romney and his candidacy either good or bad.
