Actress Nicollete Sheridan has sued Marc Cherry, the creator of ABC’s Desperate Housewives, for $20 million dollars.

Sheridan claims that Cherry created a hostile work environment from the get go, “behaving in an extremely abusive and aggressive manner toward the individuals who work on the show.”

The sexy blonde is suing Cherry for assault and batter, gender violence, and wrongful termination.  Sheridan stated in the suit she immediately reported the incident to ABC, but they failed to take action or look into her allegations against Cherry.

Desperate Housewives made Sheridan an international superstar.  Sheridan appeared on the popular soap from 2004-2009.

Sheridan’s lawsuit isn’t the only claim of Cherry abusing his power with those involved with the show.

Actress Nicollette Sheridan, who plays the sexy single housewife Eddie Britt in Wisteria Lane, is officially leaving ABC’s hit show “Desperate Housewives“.

Show creator Marc Cherry revealed that Sheridan’s character would be crossing a moral boundary that “will have have devastating consequences for her and lead to a shocking conclusion to her time on Wisteria Lane.”

Eddie was the fun housewife! They can’t just kill her like that. We know the only way she can leave Wisteria Lane is if someone kills her or if she actually commits suicide, which we doubt. So who is going to kill Eddie?? I bet on Gabrielle Solis (Eva Longoria)!

Nicollette insists she wasn’t fired. It’s more like the nature course for the role she plays. Bye Bye Nicollette!!

Looks like little man comedian David Spade has landed another Hollywood hottie, Nicolette Sheridan.

Celebrating her birthday at new L.A. hot spot Luau with Desperate Housewives costars Felicity Huffman, onscreen husband Neal McDonough and Kyle MacLachlan, the newly single Sheridan at first played it coy with her man of the evening.

“They arrived separately and even started dinner at different booths,” says an onlooker. It was a familiar scene: The duo were spotted a couple of weeks ago at the restaurant’s opening, where they spent the night in deep conversation. This time, though, things got a little more intimate.

“They cuddled and kissed,” says an onlooker. “They were full-on making out in a booth.” Adds the onlooker, “David winked at her and stood by her side while she blew out the candles on her cake.”

If it’s true, David Spade and Criss Angel must be swapping tips on how to get women way out of their league.

Actress Nicollette Sheridan and singer Michael Bolton have ended their engagement according to Sheridan’s representative.

“Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton have amicably ended their engagement,” said Nicole Perna. “They appreciate your respect for their privacy in this matter.”

The couple’s relationship originally started in 1992, and lasted for five years.

The couple had been dating steady since 2005. They announced their engagement in December of 2006.

Sheridan was previously married to actor Harry Hamlin. Bolton has three daughters from his fifteen year marriage to Maureen McGuire.

All’s well that ends well. A nearly three year engagement for a couple in their late 40′s sends up enough red flags that either one or both party has serious reservations.
