Wyatt Gallery spoke up to defend his girlfriend Miss Trinidad and Tobago, saying the released threesome sex tape is part of a plot to ruin Anya Ayoung-Chee’s career (sex tape details and photos). Wyatt also reveals that the other woman initially identified as Miss Japan is not Hiroko Mima but a really close friend of the couple.

Gallery says, “I feel horrible and embarrassed for Anya, her family and myself … because this was a private moment that was never supposed to be made public.” He adds, “This was an intentional, malicious sabotage against Anya and her career … and I feel stupid for not deleting the files off of my computer.”

The x-rated tape was reportedly stolen from Wyatt’s laptop when he took it to a computer shop for repairs during his stay in Trinidad. Anya and Wyatt have plans to sue anyone who continues to distribute the infamous s3x tape.

Former Playmate Shauna Sand, who was also recently involved in a legal dispute with Vivid Entertainment over the distribution of her own sex tape, sent former Miss California Carrie Prejean a letter, advising her to work out a very profitable deal with the porn company.

Shauna tells Carrie it is not worth spending thousands of dollars to fight the release of her leaked solo sex tapes (8 sex tapes, 30 nude photos), which will happen whether she likes it or not and with or without her permission.

Carrie’s lawyer, Charles LiMandri, has already threatened Vivid with a lawsuit that includes invasion of privacy, misappropriation of her likeness, public disclosure of private facts and another claim for emotional distress. The lawyer also adds that his client was only 17 years old when some of the videos were shot, which is most likely a big fat lie since the boyfriend who she sent those videos to claims is was of legal age when they met.

UPDATE: Miss Universe S3x Tape Plot To Ruin Miss Trinidad & Tobago’s Career

Former Miss Universe contestants Hiroko Mima (Miss Japan 2008) and Anya Ayoung-Chee (Miss Trinidad and Tobago 2008) were caught on tape while engaging in a hardcore threesome with an alleged professional photographer and reportedly Anya’s boyfriend at the time, Wyatt Gallery (photos below).

Former beauty queen Carrie Prejean, who recently admitted making a sex tape was the biggest mistake of her life, has other seven very explicit solo sex tapes and over 30 very compromising photos in different states of undress. Carrie’s ex-boyfriend had mentioned something like 15 to 20 x-rated videos (details and racy personal pictures).

According to Radar, on one tape Carrie is wearing just a flowing white blouse as she touches her own body in an alluring manner. Carrie can be heard moaning on a few of the tapes. And there are 30 photos of Carrie, most topless, some showing everything, and most taken by Carrie using her reflection in a mirror.

But these new details about Carrie’s dirty past are just the smallest of her problems because Vivid Entertainment got their hands on the original sex tape and want to release it as soon as possible.

Vivid Prez Steven Hirsch tells TMZ, “The third party that brought the tape to Vivid affirmed that she was over 18 years of age at the time it was made.”

Despite obtaining the tape legally, Vivid wants to offer Carrie a chance to make a good amount of money off it by signing on the dotted line. So will Carrie sign, earn a few bucks and lose the self-righteous attitude or will she refuse to sign it and file a lawsuit against Vivid?

Former Miss California Carrie Prejean, who is currently promoting her tell-all book “Still Standing” (details and videos), completely lost it when Larry tried to ask about the why she and the Pageant organization agreed to settle the lawsuit on ‘Larry King Live’ on Wednesday (November 11) – watch videos below.

Carrie is handling the consequences pretty well – she is using it all to promote her book now! There is no bad publicity for Carrie. Even the former beauty queen’s mother was completely shocked when she saw her solo X-rated tape.

In her tell-all book, Carrie basically blames a naughty society completely obsessed with porn for her “dirty” behavior – nude photos, nipple slips, etc. Carrie distinguishes between mainstream porn (e.g. nipple slips, topless photos) and hard-core porn (e.g. sex tapes!) but we believe Carrie has done both. I don’t think society says it is OK to be a porn star, even homemade porn star or does it?

Carrie wrote, “Unfortunately, pornography has become mainstreamed — it rushes at us through big screens, portable screens; soft-core porn is on mainstream TV cable stations, hard-core porn is just a mouse click away on the internet, and the envelope of what seems acceptable seems to get pushed farther and farther as more and more people are exposed to this material.

The result is that girls grow up in a culture where it is hard to have an innocent, healthy, normal view of themselves, how they should behave, how they should act, and how they should dress.”

Carrie then addresses the topless pictures directly, and states, “Our bodies are temples of the Lord. We should earn respect and admiration for our hearts, not for showing skin to look sexy … I have since learned that your outer beauty can only get you so far in life.”

Now if only Carrie actually followed her own advice instead of flashing too much skin… we just hope she learned something from her own experience. It’s easy to preach when it only applies to others and you put yourself at a higher level.

The 22 year-old Reka Urban was crowned the 2009 Miss Plastic Hungary, a peculiar beauty pageant to promote the benefits of plastic surgery in the country. To qualify for the competition, the girls had to prove they got under the knife because mere Botox or collagen injections did not count (can you believe this??).

“I think this competition is long overdue,” said photographer Marton Szipal, one of the pageant judges. “Hungarians used to laugh about plastic surgery but it’s time for Hungarian women to care more about their appearance. They are the most beautiful in Europe.”

“This about restoring harmony … eliminating asymmetries and giving women the opportunity to have normal features,” Rozsos said. “Plastic surgery has a bad reputation in Hungary but it’s mostly due to the exaggerations.”

The plastic beauty queen, who was chosen because she represents “a perfect harmony of body and soul”, won an apartment in Budapest, first runner-up Edina Kulcsar was given a new car and second runner-up Alexandra Horvath took home diamond jewelry worth 2 million forints ($10,800). Their plastic surgeons also received awards.

Miss Venezuela Stefania Fernandez was crowned Miss Universe 2009 in Nassau in the Bahama Islands on Sunday (August 23). Stefania received her crowd from the former Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza (check out her topless Maxim spread), also from Venezuela, and accidentally drops her precious tiara before picking it up, putting it on and smiling to the audience.

The 18 year-old new Miss Universe beat two first runner-up contestants who tied for second place, Miss Dominican Republic Ada Aimee de la Cruz, and Miss Australia Rachael Finch. The second runner-up was the Miss Kosovo Gona Dragusha.

The highlight of the night for the worst possible reasons was Heidi Montag’s performance of the new single “Body Language” (watch video here).

The Venezuelan Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza is getting ready to retired and give up her crown to a new pageant beauty later this month but not before she stripped off her clothes and modesty to pose naked for Maxim Magazine (September 2009).

I saw all these Venezuelans with the little flags, and they were crying, and I was kind of crying as well. I really enjoyed how much happiness I could bring to so many people by winning. And I think we needed it in my country.

Does a guy have to be an oil tycoon to get a date with you?
No, he doesn’t have to be a soccer player or an actor, either. He just has to be a special guy who is very genuine

Kristina Higgins, a teacher from Gwinnett County School, gave up her Miss Georgia crown just one day after winning the title. The 24 year-old decided to quit because her responsibilities as a middle school would not leave her time she would need to serve as Miss Georgia.

Kristina released the following statement: “Due to my current job responsibilities as a middle school teacher and the responsibilities and time commitment as Miss Georgia, I have decided to not fulfill the duties of Miss Georgia 2009. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been chosen as Miss Georgia and fully support the system and wish Emily Cook the best of luck.”

The new Miss Georgia is runner-up Emily Cook, a recent graduate of the University of Miami who was accepted into University of Georgia’s Law School and will be competing for the Miss America crown in January in Las Vegas.

Miss Shreveport Katherine Putnam, the oldest of six children, was crowned Miss Louisiana 2009 on Saturday night at the Civic Center in Monroe, Louisiana.

The new Miss Louisiana thanked God as she tried to come to the realization that she in fact had won the 2009 title.

“It’s so surreal — I can hardly believe it,” Putnam said. “I worked so hard and had the support of so many wonderful people. I am so thankful to God.”

“Yes, I have been training for the Miss America pageant since I started the Miss Louisiana pageants — so I’m ready to go,” she said. “Let’s go to Las Vegas!”

In January, Putnam will compete for the Miss America crown in Las Vegas.

Miss Hamilton County Stefanie Wittler was crowned Miss Tennessee 2009 on Saturday night at the Civic Center in Jackson, Tennessee.

Wittler is a native of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee and says she is often confused for actress Rachel McAdams.  Her talent was vocal and her platform is the Ronald McDonald house.

Now it’s time for former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean to play victim again after being fired by Donald Trump, the same man who hold a press conference to defend her honor just a month ago.

Carrie said pageant official Keith Lewis asked her to appear on “I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!” and pose for Playboy. The famous men’s magazine offer was apparently too low for Diva Carrie ($140,000 to pose semi-nude).

The 21 year-old “biblically correct” model, who rejected both offers, claims she has been more than cooperative with pageant officials. I wonder where she was when she missed more than 30 events on behalf of Miss California USA!?! Mingling with pageant officials? I don’t think so…

Prejean says, “What’s behind this I think is a political debate. They don’t agree with the stance that I took [on Prop 8]. Shanna [Moakler] is trying to bash me. They don’t like me. From day one they wanted me out and they got what they wanted.”

As for Trump alleging she “treated people like sh*it”, Carrie said: “I’ve shown respect for every party involved, even when they haven’t shown it back. I was very respectful of people even when they slandered me and humiliated me. I have not once stooped down to their level.”

The controversial Miss California Carrie Prejean, who claimed to be a victim of her religious beliefs, was just fired after she failed to attend various events on behalf of Miss California USA and treated people terribly.

Donald Trump, owner of the Miss USA pageant, has decided to fire Carrie Prejean and finally strip her off her crown declaring it’s only based on breaching of contract and not based on her political and moral views.

Trump said: “To me she was the sweetest thing. Everyone else — she treated like s**t.”

It seems like Shanna Moakler was right – she quickly resigned from her Miss California director position after it was announced Carrie Prejean would be able to keep her crown after several topless photos of her were leaked (photos here).

TMZ has several very rude emails sent by Carrie to Miss California officials.

On May 29, Carrie wrote: “You do not cooperate with me, and you pick and chose [sic] the the [sic] things YOU want me to do. That is not happening anymore. Stop speaking for me. I have MY own voice.”

That flies in the face of another email to a pageant official — also dated May 29 — in which she wrote: “Also I was asked to fill in for a dj on a local radio show. I’ll be reading from a show biz script Monday. I am doing this.”
