Pippa Middleton is having the best week ever. The 29-year-old released her first book, a party planning guide title Celebrate, and was spotted out with 37-year-old investment banker James Matthews.

“They have been out together a few times,” a source close to Matthews told reporters. “It’s very early days but James really likes her. She’s a smart girl who has her head together. They have a lot in common.”

The two were spotted out in London on Oct. 29 going on a dinner date.

Pippa Middleton stunned in a Stella McCartney dress at the launch of her new party planning book, Celebrate, at Daunt Books in Chelsea.

“I know many of you will pick up the book out of nothing more than curiosity,” she writes in the introduction to the book.

“But I can assure you that it feels even stranger to me than it probably does to you to have seen so much written about me when I have done so little to paint a picture of myself. This is my first chance to do that and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it.”

The 29-year-old sister to Kate Middleton, wife of Prince William, also discusses her new found fame: ”it’s a bit startling to achieve global recognition (if that’s the right word) before the age of 30, on account of your sister, your brother-in-law and your bottom”.

If her parties are half as put together as she and her sister appear on the outside, I’m sure it’ll be a hit.

The 28-year-old’s new book, titled A Year of Festivities for Families and Friends, will include party planning tips and ideas much like the website The Party Times, which Pippa heads up for her family’s party planning business, Party Pieces.
