Mexican pop star Alejandra Guzman, who had confessed to regret opting for plastic surgery to enhance her booty, was hospitalized and underwent a dangerous emergency operation to remove material from her buttocks.

The owner of the clinic where Alejandra had her butt injection is being investigated since they had already been accused of having unqualified employees posing as doctors. The Latin singer, who claimed she risked being paralyzed due to the procedure, wants to raise awareness about the risks of plastic surgery.

The 22 year-old Reka Urban was crowned the 2009 Miss Plastic Hungary, a peculiar beauty pageant to promote the benefits of plastic surgery in the country. To qualify for the competition, the girls had to prove they got under the knife because mere Botox or collagen injections did not count (can you believe this??).

“I think this competition is long overdue,” said photographer Marton Szipal, one of the pageant judges. “Hungarians used to laugh about plastic surgery but it’s time for Hungarian women to care more about their appearance. They are the most beautiful in Europe.”

Suzanne claims to stay young with multiple vitamins and other supplements, injections of human growth hormone and other bio-identical hormones.

Dr. Paul S. Nassif said, “Ms. Somers had a rhinoplasty (or revision). Her before photos reveal a perfectly shaped nose. The recent photos show a wider, unnatural nose. It is possible that she had a rhinoplasty years ago, but it started to collapse and so she had a revision, which made it larger. Her lips look plumper than they used to, indicating the use of fillers. In regards to her cheeks, there is more fullness next to the smile lines. She may have also had some fat grafting. She could benefit from some Botox around her eye region.”

Dr. Jennifer Walden says, “Suzanne Somers looks as if she has taken several measures to maintain her beautiful face. The tightness of her face is likely the result of a facelift. She may also use fillers to create the fullness in her cheeks.”

Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff granted the order Friday at the request of Smith’s former attorney and executor of her will, Howard K. Stern. The injunction prevents the sale, distribution or dissemination of the videotape.In court documents, first obtained by CelebTV.com, Stern accused Gerald Wayne Johnson, the Texas doctor who performed the surgery, of sending a tape showing the procedure to Thomas Riccio, a Los Angeles-based memorabilia dealer. Stern claims the surgery was taped without the former model’s consent.

The video was shot without her consent according to Stern.

Shanna Moakler says she is proud of her body and that she got back to her pre-pregnancy weight the hard way and without pills, drugs or plastic surgery.

“I look at my children and I am thrilled that my body will never be the same after having them,” 32-year-old mother of three says. “They were worth it!”
