Michael Niccole of Orange County, California’s Cosmeticare said, “It appears that Miley has recently undergone breast enhancement surgery. Push-up bras are great for cleavage, but don’t help out a whole lot when it comes to the exterior breast volume, which is also what I notice in these photos.”

Dr. Brian Glaat said “The outline of the implants are clearly visible in the inner lower portions of her breasts,” Glaat said. “Even a large weight gain would not produce breast enhancement to this degree without implants!”

And these so called doctors failed to recognize the fact Miley is still a teenager. Her body is still going through a lot of modifications. Plus, there are certain times of the month, when a girl’s best friends get all fuller and perkier.

And just in case those are actually breast implants, I just wanna point out they are amazing, perfect and Miley should be screaming out the name of her plastic surgeon because he is the best in the business.

“I was well-endowed when I was in sixth grade. There’s no way to hide them, as much as you want to bandage your boobs down,” she once said. “I was the first girl in my class to wear a bra. I remember crying in the bathtub. All my friends were super-skinny.”

I really like Jessica’s attitude. It’s important to exercise and keep in shape as long as you are comfortable in your own skin. No word on what Jessica’s former NFL player fiancé thinks about the possibility of his wife-to-be going under the knife to downsize her assets.

Jill Zarin stepped out with a brand new face at the TV Land awards.  And no, of course she didn’t go under the knife!  Mama please…

“I have a liquid facelift every six months,” Zarin tells PEOPLE. “It really works. No knives!”

Zarin claims that while she has routinely received Botox injections for the past decade, her new-found facial tautness is not from any nipping or tucking, but from a series of Restylane injections along her jawline and the sides of her face.  Oh yeah, and some really heavy contouring at the hands of her new hair and makeup artist, Jim Crawford.

Despite Zarin’s enthusiasm over her new look, fellow Housewife, Ramona Singer, suspects her longtime frenemy may have gone too far, telling Popeater: ”Jill overdid it. It’s not the best look. Too [much] injectables look as bad as a bad face-lift.” And while Singer’s grammar may be lacking, she does make a valid point.

Singer wasn’t the only one knocking the fabric queen’s new mug.  Series staple Simon van Kempen took a break from promoting his new single “I Am Real” to quip:

“I certainly think it’s better to age gracefully than pull yourself so tight that you can no longer show facial expressions.”

The 23 year-old wanted to get another upgrade (from F cup to G cup) to an astonishing size of 34G. The two doctors, who allegedly left Cora without oxygen for more than 15 minutes, have been accused of negligent manslaughter.
