Jackass star Steve-O, Stephen Glover, is back in rehab after nearly four months staying clean according to a post on his MySpace blog.

The “Jackass” daredevil writes in his blog that after 115 days of sobriety, he is “back in the looney bin.” Steve-O, whose real names is Stephen Glover, told fans that he’s still struggling with the effects of the many drugs he’d taken over the years.

Glover didn’t indicate in the July 3 posting on MySpace where he was staying or for how long. His agent said Monday he would not comment on personal matters.

There is no telling all of the drugs and other things Steve-O has put into his body over the years.  Hopefully he can get control of his addictions and become a successful televangelist.

British mess Amy Winehouse was arrested for drug possession by London police after questioning her about several drug offenses.

Winehouse went to a London police station this afternoon at around 1:00 PM for a scheduled meeting and was questioned regarding alleged drug offenses. At the conclusion of the meeting, Amy was arrested.

According to The Sun, Amy was popped over a video they ran of her allegedly smoking crack and snorting cocaine.

Rock group Van Halen has canceled their current world tour.  The reason however is not David Lee Roth this time.  Eddie Van Halen, who has been in and out of rehab of late, is the one causing problems this time, or perhaps his addictions are.

We’re told arrangements are being made right now to cancel hotel stays for the tour — which was scheduled to continue through April 19th. Sources tell us the reason for the cancellation is Eddie — that he is having “issues.”

The last three shows had already been canceled. There have been reports that Eddie was out of it during concerts — and video of recent performances in which his guitar playing was atrocious.

Perhaps Eddie is still in shock of ex-wife Valerie Bertinelli’s appearance on Oprah where she discussed her marriage and sex life with Eddie.

The sad part is that Eddie and Valerie’s teenage son Wolfgang Van Halen plays bass in the band and is having to witness the demise of his father on and off stage.

Eva Mendes is taking a break from rehab to get laid take care of some ‘personal business’ according to her rep.  She was spotting visiting several friends and out to lunch with her boyfriend George Gargurevich according to Perez Hilton.

The actress, accompanied by boyfriend George Gargurevich, left rehab on Wednesday.

However, Eva’s publicist has said that she came to LA to take care of “personal business” and has every intention of going back to rehab to finish her treatment.

Kirsten Dunst, the latest star child gone bad, has checked into rehab according to Star magazine.  Dunst has checked into the Cirque Lodge in Utah.  She partied so hard at the Sundance Festival, which takes place in Utah, that she decided to stay for some rehab.

Spider-Man’s Mary Jane made the decision to follow in the footsteps of Cirque patients such as Lindsay Lohan and Richie Sambora — after a week of wild parties at last month’s Sundance Film Festival. Fellow actress Eva Mendes also in the mountaintop facility right now. Mary-Kate Olsen was treated at Cirque for food issues.

“She desperately needed help,” a source in Utah tells Star. “She seemed to be intoxicated when she checked in because she was acting really erratic. She was extremely emotional, constantly breaking down in tears.

Rehab sounds like a lot of fun.  It sounds like a break from the real world to go horseback riding, play board games and talk with people who have even more problems than yourself.  I am considering an addiction so I can gain a fast track pass to Cirque or Promises in Malibu.

Playing a vampire at age 12 (Interview with the Vampire) is always a clue that rehab is likely in your future.  We had posted last week that she was next in line for the mental ward.  Rehab is sort of so 2007.  Maybe she isn’t A-list enough for the psych ward.

Eva Mendes is the latest celebrity taking time off to seek treatment for personal issues.  The Cuban-American actress rose to fame in Training Day and 2 Fast 2 Furious.

In the wake of reports that the Hitch star has entered into a rehab treatment facility, a rep for Mendes confirms to E! News that the actress is taking time off to deal with “personal issues.”

“Eva has been working hard for the past year and made a positive decision to take some much needed time off to proactively attend to some personal issues that, while not critical, she felt deserved some outside professional support,” publicist Brad Cafarelli said.

It has been a busy week for mental health professionals in Los Angeles.

On Wednesday, Britney Spears entered UCLA’s Psych Ward for treatment of her well documented mental issues.

Last night we reported that ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ actor Justin Chambers had spent time in the same facility earlier in the week.

This morning came news that Kirsten Dunst is on the verge of a ‘breakdown’.

TMZ is reporting that everyone that has once been close to Britney Spears is in town to plan an intervention with Britney and get her the help she needs for her bi-polar condition.  Those in town and on board include her mom Lynne, dad Jamie, cousin Alli, Sam Lufti and Adnan Ghalib.  Everyone but Justin Timberlake and her sister Jamie Lynn Spears.

Sources told TMZ “if it happens,” it should happen this week. Last night, Brit’s mom, Lynne, her dad, Jamie, cousin Alli, as well as Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib all showed up at Britney’s house and were all there at the same time.

Brit’s mom and dad (and others) have known for months that a bipolar disorder — and not substance abuse — is at the root of her problems. They cannot involuntarily commit her (impossible under these circumstances) and Brit has refused to voluntarily enter a hospital or even undergo evaluation for the problem. But now the plan is underway.

Now this would truly be a successful intervention if Justin was involved.  Hopefully if all of those mentioned above are on the same page then this will be successful.  Britney provides great fodder but I, as much as anyone, would love to see her get all her issues straightened out.

Lindsay Lohan fell of the proverbial wagon New Year’s Eve in Italy when she was caught on video chugging champagne straight out of the bottle on the dance floor.

If you can believe lawyers or publicists then here is what Lohan’s lawyer, Blair Berk, had to say about the slip according to TMZ:

Blair Berk, Lindsay’s lawyer, told TMZ, “The good news was that Lindsay stopped herself that night, called her sponsor, and got herself immediately back on track. There is no magic cure here. The most unfortunate part of this is that Lindsay has to share her ‘one day at a time’ with the entire world.”

In related Lohan news, she kissed three Italian men within 24 hours before bedding actor Dario Faiella.

Country star Joe Nichols has entered rehab to deal with some long standing substance abuse issues according to his manager.

“As Joe has alluded to in interviews over the past year, he has struggled with the issue of substance abuse,” his management team said in a statement posted on his Web site. “In order to become a healthier person and deal with long standing issues, he has entered into a rehabilitation program for consultation and treatment.”

Nichols is famous for the songs Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off, The Impossible, Broken Heartsville, She Only Smokes When She Drinks, Size Matters and Let’s Get Drunk and Fight to name a few.

In the new issue of OK! magazine, Lindsay Lohan discusses her time in rehab, the temptations of Hollywood, and how she plans to avoid them post-rehab.

One of the reasons she’d return so quickly to Utah is to avoid the constant partying of Hollywood. “Tempation is always there,” the 21-year-old actress admits, adding, “But now I’ll avoid it the right way.”

Lindsay also now seems to have perspective when she revisits those last few months before entering rehab, climaxing in her arrest for DUI and cocaine possession. “I hit rock bottom,” she confesses. “Everything in my life came to a point where I had to make a decision.”

Lohan has impressed me with the amount of her stay in rehab and intention to return to Utah to avoid the illicit temptations of Hollywoodland.

Lindsay Lohan has left Cirque Lodge Treatment Center in Utah after over two months of inpatient rehab for alcohol and chemical abuse addictions.

“She’s finished the program,” one source says. “Lindsay is done, but she may come back for outpatient treatment. She over-extended her stay because she wanted to. She could have been out awhile ago, but she chose to stay.”

Lohan’s mother, Dina, told PEOPLE Friday: “I’m proud of her. She’s moving ahead with her life. Things were getting out of control. She took action. She took responsibility. She really needed to heal.”

Lohan’s mom seems to be more problem that solution.  Lindsay, after her back-to-back arrests, really had no other option than to check into rehab.  She did seem dedicated to the process, staying extra time in Utah, and hopefully her treatment was successful.

Britney Spears could be heading back to rehab in Antigua according to TMZ and OK! magazine.  It would be her second visit to Crossroads Centre.

OK! magazine is reporting that Spears is planning to head back to Crossroads Centre in Antigua over the weekend “in an attempt to get custody of her children.” The facility, founded by Eric Clapton, has reportedly also treated Whitney Houston, another ex-train-wreck on the way back.

Brit has been ordered to be present in L.A. court on October 26th so it would be a really short stay in rehab, but much longer than the 24 hours she spent in the same facility earlier this year.

It had been rumored earlier this week that Lindsay Lohan would be leaving rehab this weekend.  Her mother says those rumors are “Not true.”

“Not true,” the actress’s mother, Dina Lohan, 45, told Access Hollywood in an e-mail, “staying in Utah.”

Lindsay’s treatment at the facility began last month, following her early morning July 24 arrest in Santa Monica, Calif., on suspicion of drunken driving after a brief car chase.

LiLo sounds, or at least the length of her rehab stay, make it seem as if she is serious about getting cleaned up.

Lindsay Lohan sent this apology directly to celeb/entertainment site TMZ.com….or perhaps her attorney did.

“It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs.

Recently, I relapsed and did things for which I am ashamed. I broke the law, and today I took responsibility by pleading guilty to the charges in my case. No matter what I said when I was under the influence on the day I was arrested, I am not blaming anyone else for my conduct other than myself. I thank God I did not injure others. I easily could have.

I very much want to be healthy and gain control of my life and career and have asked for medical help in doing so. I am taking these steps to improve my life. Luckily, I am not alone in my daily struggle and I know that people like me have succeeded. Maybe with time it will become easier. I hope so.”

Earlier today Lindsay plead guilty in a plea agreement to seven misdemeanors the Los Angeles County District Attorney leveled against her.

Vampire Amy Winehouse has delayed her worldwide tour as she seeks help for her drug and drink addictions.

The singer “is putting all her touring commitments for this month on hold until further notice in order to address her health issues. Her family has requested that the media respect Amy’s privacy at this time.

No word yet if a ten-year-old has been called into rehab to show her how to do her make-up.

Troubled star Lindsay Lohan who has flunked out of Malibu’s Promises rehab center, is now trying to rehabilitiate her drinking and drug problem in Utah.

“The Insider” Online breaks news that Lindsay Lohan has entered the Cirque Lodge drug and alcohol rehab in Sundance, Utah. According to sources within the facility, the 21-year-old star arrived this weekend to begin the intense rehabilitation program that is expected to last a minimum of 30 days.

The center treats men and women over the age of 18. According to the Cirque Lodge Web site, upon check-in, a thorough mental and physical examination is completed.

The Lodge was named by Town & Country magazine to be one of the country’s top rehabs. For a price tag of $30,000 and up, the rehab offers privacy — with rooms for 16 residents at a time. Rooms boast spectacular views, Jacuzzi tubs and private fireplaces, and stars such as Mary-Kate Olsen and David Hasselhoff have reportedly sought treatment there.

Smart move for Lindsay to get away from the glaring spotlight of Tinseltown and try to get better in Mormon country.

Troubled actress/singer Lindsay Lohan has left rehab after a healthy 45 day stay in the Promises treatment center.

Lohan’s rep, Leslie Sloane, gave PEOPLE this exclusive statement: “On Friday, July 13, 2007, Lindsay Lohan successfully completed her 45 days of residential and extended care treatment at Promises. She has transitioned to an intensive outpatient program, which includes attendance at daily AA meetings, outpatient therapy and daily testing. On her own, she has also made the decision in support of her sobriety to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet. In part she is wearing the bracelet so there are no questions about her sobriety if she chooses to go dancing or dining in a place where alcohol is served.”

Promises is the rehab center to the stars and the same place that Britney Spears spent time earlier this year.
