Seal strikes back! A few days after his estranged wife Heidi Klum officially filed for divorce, the singer decided to file a response to her petition to basically dispute her concept of assets and the custody of the couple’s four children (Leni, 7, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2).
While Heidi mentioned a post-nup agreement that stated there are no joint or community assets, Seal claims there are “community or quasi-community assets†to be taken into account.
Seal is not ready to give Heidi primary physical custody of the children and is seeking joint physical custody. The “Secret†singer wants the judge to deny spousal support to Heidi, but the model also asked the judge to deny spousal support to Seal.
The two are both worth a whole lot of money (Heidi’s worth $70 million and Seal is worth $15 million), therefore they aren’t expected to receive support. As for the kids, they spend most of the time with their mother while daddy is on tour, so it wouldn’t be too farfetched if Heidi actually was given primary physical custody with Seal getting visitation rights.
Heidi cited January 19, 2012 as the official date of their separation, however, Seal claims it has not been determined. This is a typical case of “potatos, potatoes.â€
