The 42 year-old started suffering from a huge migraine when he arrived home from a Grammys after-party he hosted at Hugh Hefner‘s Playboy Mansion. Diddy’s servants were so worried about their master’s condition that they had to take him to the hospital.

Maria is the White Mermaid

Maria Dominguez’s lawsuit against ‘Vibe’ magazine and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been thrown out by a New York judge.  Maria was suing over a photo (see above) of her at Diddy’s party that was taken of her topless, dressed like a mermaid.  The photo was used in ‘Vibe’ with the title, ‘Mermaids Gone Wild!”

A hedge-fund hottie who sued Vibe and Diddy after the mag published a topless picture of her at the music mogul’s Hamptons blowout has had her case tossed out.

Maria Dominguez, a money manager for a hedge fund, filed the $3 million invasion-of-privacy suit when a shot of her with two other bare-breasted sirens ran in the November 2006 issue of Vibe next to the caption, “Mermaids gone wild.”

Justice Doris Ling-Cohan threw out the suit, saying Dominguez couldn’t expect privacy once she doffed her top at Sean (Diddy) Combs’ star-studded 2003 East Hampton White Party.

Of course you can’t expect privacy at a party by Diddy or any party when you show up with your boobies a blazing in dire of digital glory.  If you take your top (or bottoms) off there are going to be photos of your Vodka added wild night of fun.  She should just enjoy the attention and publicity, because this is the first and last time we will hear from Dominguez.

Sean Combs aka P. Diddy aka Puff Daddy received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday for his achievements in the entertainment industry.

His business interests include Bad Boy Entertainment Worldwide, the clothing lines Sean John and Sean by Sean Combs, a movie production company and two restaurants.

He has taken the roles of recording executive, back up singer, performer, producer of MTV’s Making the Band, writer, arranger, clothing designer, and Broadway actor.

Combs is the third richest hip-hop mogul, having a net worth estimated at $358 million.

One would never know that today’s ‘Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day’ recipient Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is one of the biggest celebrity womanizers by looking at him in the photo above.  He looks more likely to be strolling down Santa Monica Boulevard on Halloween by wearing that girlie fur coat, black shirt, jeans and sloppy basketball hightops.  This outfit screams confused sexuality in a loud baritone voice.

Rap mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has agreed to promote the Ciroc vodka brand in a deal that could net him more than $100 million dollars.

The hip-hop mogul has entered a multiyear partnership with boozemaker Diageo PLC to promote the company’s Ciroc vodka brand in a deal that could net him over $100 million.

Under the terms of the agreement, the artist otherwise known as Sean Combs will have a hand in everything from marketing the line of booze to determining where it will be sold.

He will take home 50 percent of the profits from his labors, which, depending on how the brand fares under his sponsorship, could be considerable.

We live in an amazing world where an average rapper can get $100 million bucks for promoting liquor.  Diddy continues to have men press charges against him claiming that Diddy punched them.

I can see the promo now for Ciroc vodka: ‘Get Drunk and Punch Somebody’.

Kim Porter is dishing on her ex Sean Combs (Diddy) to OK! magazine.  She had this to say about ending the 10 year relationship with the rap mogul.

On Diddy: “I’d been in an on-again, off-again relationship with Mr. Combs for about 10 years, and it came to a point where it was time for me to move on with my life. I had invested a lot of time in that relationship, and it wasn’t going where it should have been going. So it was time to [end it]. In a relationship, it’s important that the people are on the same page at the same time. And we weren’t on the same page.”

After touching Sienna Miller you can’t blame Porter for moving on from the Bad Boy.

Kim Porter has left longtime boyfriend Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs according to PEOPLE magazine.  The had been together for the last ten years.

A source close to Porter says she has moved out of the apartment she shared with Combs, and into a new home in Los Angeles with her children.

The New York Post’s Page Six column reported last week that Porter had moved out of Diddy’s New York City apartment and bought a home in Beverly Hills.

A rep for Diddy denied the Post‘s report that the mogul’s relationship with actress Sienna Miller caused a rift with Porter.

Diddy and Porter have three kids together including twin 6-month old girls.  Diddy has a thirteen-year-old son from a prior relationship as well.  Porter has a teenage son as well.

Actress Sienna Miller has taken over Sean Combs (Diddy, P.Diddy, Puff Daddy, Puff) driving a wedge between him and longtime girlfriend Kim Porter.

According to reports in the U.S., 36-year-old Miss Porter has moved out of the couple’s New York apartment following rumours concerning the nature of Diddy and Miss Miller’s friendship.

News of the split comes just five days after the rapper and Miss Miller spent much of the evening flirting in the VIP area of London’s Paper nightclub after the Princess Diana memorial concert.

As Miss Miller walked into the club, she approached Diddy – real name Sean Combs – and flung her arms around him in a dramatic embrace before appearing to kiss him full on the lips.

They recently also enjoyed a romantic dinner together at the London restaurant Cipriani.

Six months ago, shortly after meeting Miss Miller at a film festival, the singer was caught sneaking into the actress’s Manhattan hotel at 9am following a night of clubbing.

Combs and Porter have three kids together including recently born twins within the last few months.

P.Diddy aka Diddy aka Puff Daddy aka Sean Combs and long time girlfriend Kim Porter are expecting another child together.  The couple already are already parents to an 8-year old son named Christian.

Combs and Porter, 35, first began dating in the nineties. They split in 1999. However, the couple later reconciled and Combs told PEOPLE in March 2003, “My love life is straight. I’m back with Kim.”

Combs also has another son Justin, who is 12-years old, with stylist Misa Hylton-Brim.

Combs, 36, is a record mogul and hip-hop performer. He also runs the successful men’s fashion company Sean John, and recently launched his own fragrance, Unforgivable. His new album is due out in October.
