Tori Spelling welcomed her fourth child, son Finn Davey, on Aug. 30, but has managed to find herself back in the hospital after complications from her c-section.

“Tori underwent emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her c-section,” her rep told reporters. “She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably.”

Spelling, 39, underwent her fourth cesarean section with the birth of her son, but this was her second in a year. Her daughter Hattie was born in October 2011.

The mother-of-three made a surprise announcement in late March that she was expecting. The news came only five months after she gave birth to her now 7-month-old daughter, Hattie.

“We would like a little boy, and Stella…she’s now a middle child and when we told her about the pregnancy she said ‘I hope it’s a little boy for Liam,’” Spelling told Rachael Ray while making a guest appearance on her show.

When she arrived at the Tarzana Medical Center (pic above), the 38 year-old mother-of-three looked pretty exhausted and weak as she was photographed sitting in a wheelchair waiting for her husband to take her inside.

A day earlier, Tori took over her Twitter page to ask her followers and fans if they knew anything about migraines after childbirth. “Anyone else get horrendous migraines right after giving birth? Is it hormones?I’ve had one for a week now. Nothing is working ,” she tweeted.

You cannot rely on Twitter for good medical advice. Thankfully, Tori decided to seek qualified medical assistant for her latest health issues. We hope mama Tori feels better soon.

Tori, unborn child and her two children, 2 year-old Stella and 4 year-old Liam, are okay. I know paparazzi are vicious, but Tori blew the whole thing out of proportion. The crash did not take down a “whole wall”, and if you ask me, I think it’s completely irresponsible to speed off with kids in the car to escape a damn photographer.

Why was Tori trying to escape anyway? She loves being photographed everywhere and she posts a whole lot of pictures of her kids on Twitter. I’m just completely puzzled at why would a photographer actually chase Tori? Tori’s pictures cannot be worth that much. Just saying…

And of course, whenever I’m really scared for my safety and my kids’ safety, I turn to Twitter right before going to the doctor… I wonder if it will be a better idea to drive carefully next time.

Tori Spelling’s husband Dean McDermott has suffered another motorcycle accident, the second this year, on Tuesday (June 29) which left him with a punctured and collapsed lung, and he is currently in the intensive care unit at the hospital.

Dean and a couple of friends were dirt bike riding when the accident happened. He couldn’t move and could hardly breathe, so the friends took him to a Los Angeles-area hospital without scaring Tori.

“His friend called me and said he was in the ER,” says Tori. “He didn’t want to to scare me so he just said he had a crash and that they were X-raying him.”

“At first I was mad,” she says. “I was pissed that he was out biking and crashed. But when I showed up and saw him lying there, and they told me they were admitting him to ICU with a collapsed lung, my heart dropped. My biggest fear had come true.”

Despite Tori’s initial anger, she is now just happy that Dean is OK and expected to make a full recovery. “He’s in a lot of pain,” Tori said. “He’s taking this as a sign and realizing family is too important to risk his life.” Tori and Dean have two children, Liam and Stella.

Reality star/actress Tori Spelling wants to end the rumors she is suffering from an eating disorder and getting scary skinny. So Tori decided to pose in a tiny black bikini to show her svelte figure while on a family vacation at the Veranda resort in Turks and Caicos over the weekend.

Er… Tori still looks like a skeleton. According to Tori, she is much healthier since she gained like 5 or 6 pound to add to her former unhealthy 93 pounds. Seriously? This is not healthy. Tori does not look good. She is also going through a difficult time with her lazy husband, Dean McDermott, but they are trying to work things out.

3. Toddlers eating ICE CREAM???
4. In a CONE?…while daddy gets his in a cup.

Now if daddy can’t manage an ice cream cone then why in the world would he give two toddlers with ten thumbs ice cream cones, while smothered in baby L.L. Bean and matching blankets?

No rationale parent would.  80% of parents wouldn’t give their toddlers a sugar ice bomb to begin with.  95% of those that would would either give them a few licks/bites of their cream or at least get it in a cup for them to enjoy.

This photo opp was likely set up by Tori or her publicist to convey that Tori and Dean are happy and their marriage is flourishing, regardless of whether it actually is or not.

And naturally the make-out in public kiss for the clincher.

Actress Tori Spelling has been hospitalized with severe abdominal pain twice in two days this week and her family has also caught the unknown illness she called “The McDermott Family Bug“.

“Just out of the hospital,” husband Dean McDermott wrote on Twitter on Monday (September 28). “After a battery of tests, no conclusive answers. She still feels terrible. Hope it passes soon. She’s in a lot of pain.”

“Thnx 4 all the well wishes! [Dean] & I R at the ER,” Tori tweeted the afternoon of Sept. 20. “They R givn him IV. He’s very dehydrated. Running tests.will keep our tweeps updated!”

The ailment also affected her son Liam and daughter Stella last week. Tori’s rep said, “The emergency forced Spelling to pull out of hosting last night’s West Coast Liberty Awards. “She feels terrible about it.” It’s not time to think about work! We wish Tori and her family a quick recovery.
