Comedian Dane Cook took the stage at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards to present the Choice Hotties awards and made the mistake to poke fun of teen star Vanessa Hudgens and her involvement in a leaked nude photo scandal for the second time in two years.

Of all the bad cruel jokes that could have been made about a teen that is stupid enough to take nude photos of herself and send it to someone else, Dane was classy enough to just say, “Girl, you got to keep your clothes on! Phones are for phone calls, girl!”

I don’t see how that is offensive. It’s actually pretty good advice. Vanessa take notes. Dane was booed by the audience and later had to come out to defend his joke.

Dane Cook said:”I planned it about 20 minutes before I went out there because I like to be on the cusp of fear.

“My fans are very young as well, and everybody’s very opinionated. You gotta keep it classy… Mostly I just wanted it to be funny.

“That’s the best part about being a comic when you go, ‘Maybe I can say the thing that everybody is kind of feeling and nobody [is saying]‘. The elephant in the room moment. So, I’ll take it, I’ll take the hit. It’s okay.”

Was Dane Cook out of line? Why is everybody treating Vanessa like she is an innocent victim? Yes, what Vanessa did was stupid! And by the way, what the heck was Miley Cyrus thinking pole dancing like that at the TCA 2009??

Actress Vanessa Hudgens, who was recently the star of another set of nude leaked photos, might be finally getting paid to completely strip off her clothes and pose for a sexy photo shoot for the famous men’s magazine Playboy, according to Backseat Cuddler. Playboy is offering only $200,000 to get Vanessa naked, a small amount compared to what they offered Heidi Montag ($500,000).

Vanessa has expressed the desire to get more serious and mature roles therefore Playboy could be the best option to get rid of her High School Musical image. The new nude photos of actress Vanessa Hudgens that were leaked yesterday were confirmed real by her lawyers, who demanded the pictures to be taken down from every website in the whole world wide web.

It seems like the controversial photos aren’t new and belong to the same set of the shameless first naked photos originally leaked in 2007. Shockingly, the snaps were taken when the former High School Musical star was only 17 years old.

According to OK!, the 20 year-old actress appeared to be using a Motorola Razr phone and no celebrity of has carried a Razr in at least three years, which once again confirms she was underage. Vanessa was one naughty, sassy teenager!!

The 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards took place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 11) in Beverly Hills, California. Our favorite celebs came out with their most fabulous outfits to WOW us at the red carpet. Most did a pretty good job, some have their own glow and others are just losing it (like Sigourney Weaver and Glenn Close).

Absolutely shiny couples at the red carpet were: Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt, Kate Winslet & Leonardo DiCaprio (not really a couple but they look great together!) and Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron. The ladies Anne Hathaway, Eva Mendes, Eva Longoria Parker, Jennifer Morrison (“House”) and Blake Lively (“Gossip Girl”) made quite an impression looking just fabulous. The most disappointing at the red carpet were: Jennifer Lopez (hideous gold dress!), Salma Hayek (white was not a good color!) and Heidi Klum (not a fan of that dress, can’t tell exactly why!).

Disney has given Vanessa Hudgens the boot and will not be signing her to star in ‘High School Musical 3‘.  The announcement comes after two months of erotic, exotic and xxx pics of Hudgens that have were leaked onto the internet.

After OK! exclusively broke the story Wednesday morning that Vanessa Hudgens had been given the boot from the upcoming High School Musical 3 by Disney, the teen star’s personal publicist (not a Disney employee) seemed to magically appear on every entertainment news site in the world to deny the report.

Something tells me that Vanessa is going to be A-ok on her own now that she is free of the Disney reigns.

Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis has offered Disney star Vanessa Hudgens $500,000 bucks to join his wildly successful amateur porn series.

TMZ has learned that Francis, King of the Boob Flash, has offered Hudgens $500,000 to “join the GGW brand and lifestyle.” In a press release issued from a Nevada prison, Francis says “Vanessa Hudgens is the classic girl next door gone wild. Being sexual is not a crime.”

You have to admire Francis working hard from prison, trying to lure the beautiful Hudgens with his low ball offer.  Hudgens is going to make millions of dollars in the movies.  It would be career suicide if she accepted this measly offer from chief weasel Joe Francis.

Last week explicit photos of Hudgens surfaced that she had sent to a fellow teen actor over the net.

One of Vanessa Hudgens people is spilling the beans to People magazine that Hudgens sent her x-rated photos to Nickelodeon star Drake Bell.

Following the appearance on the Web of a nude photo of Vanessa Hudgens, a source close to the situation tells PEOPLE that the High School Musical actress once sent risqué photos of herself to Nickelodeon star Drake Bell.

Hudgens had emailed photos to the Drake and Josh actor a couple of years ago, before she was famous, the source says.

Disney came out tonight in support of Vanessa Hudgens, their young star actress from ‘High School Musical‘.

“Vanessa has apologized for what was obviously a lapse in judgment,” said Disney Channel spokeswoman Patti McTeague. “We hope she’s learned a valuable lesson.”

She said negotiations were ongoing to land all the actors for a “High School Musical 3″ feature film — including Hudgens.

Actress Vanessa Hudgens is embarrassed by the nude photo that found its way to the internet yesterday and apologetic to her fans in a statement released today.

In a statement released Friday by her rep, Hudgens, 18, says: “I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me. I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos. I am thankful for the support of my family and friends.”

Hopefully people can forgive and move on from this unfortunate incident. Vanessa is young and did something that many women her age and older have done. When you are in love, you trust people, and sometimes you get burnt by that. Vanessa, being a major celebrity, has to be careful of her actions both in and out of the public eye.

By the look of the snap shot, Vanessa has nothing to be embarrassed about, with the exception of the photos becoming public.

Also, as reported on Bumpshack last night, contrary to many published reports, Disney has not responded to the incident.

There has been no immediate comment from Disney. The studio was in talks to bring Hudgens (who is currently dating her HSM costar, Zac Efron) back for more HSM sequels.

I predict Disney will support Vanessa and penalize her for her youth and poor judgment.
