Britney Spears looks absolutely fantastic in her new music video for “Radar”. The video is unexpectedly… how do we say this delicately… boring!! There’s no eccentric choreography or costumes (the guys aren’t even that cute!)… it’s something Celine Dion would do… I just can’t express how disappointed I really am by this video. President Barack Obama sat down for an interview with CNBC’s John Harwood and a very annoying, flying insect also known as THE Fly. Obama just swats the fly with one single try, which requires really good skills but it’s also a real insecticide (insect murder!) in the White House… where is PETA??

David Letterman made several very cruel jokes about Sarah Palin and her daughter going to a Yankees game during the former VP candidate’s visit to New York City.
During the opening monologue on Tuesday night (June 9), Dave said: “One awkward moment for Sarah Palin at the Yankee game. During the seventh inning, her daughter was knocked up by Alex Rodriguez” (watch video above). Bad taste? Yes! Funny? Absolutely!
Sarah Palin took this joke very seriously and attacks Dave Letterman by calling him a pervert for making a sexual joke about a minor (wait! I thought Dave was talking about Bristol Palin!) via the following statement:
“Concerning Letterman’s comments about my young daughter (and I doubt he’d ever dare make such comments about anyone else’s daughter): Laughter incited by sexually-perverted comments made by a 62-year-old male celebrity aimed at a 14-year-old girl is not only disgusting, but it reminds us some entertainers have a long way to go in understanding what the rest of America understands–that acceptance of inappropriate sexual comments about an underage girl, who could be anyone’s daughter, contributes to the atrociously high rate of sexual exploitation of minors by older men who use and abuse others.”
The Late Show host presented another one of his funny Top Ten lists “Highlights of Sarah Palin’s Trip To New York” and said Palin had the style of a “slutty flight attendant” (watch video below the fold).
Dave had the opportunity to clear up the situation and responded to Sarah Palin on his “Late Show” on Wednesday, June 10 (watch video below the fold). David explains he was actually talking about her 18 year-old daughter Bristol Palin, who recently gave birth to baby Tripp and has became a high-profile advocate for abstinence.
Dave said: “We were, as we often do, making jokes about people in the news and we made some jokes about Sarah Palin and her daughter [Bristol]… and now they’re upset with me… These are not jokes made about her 14-year-old daughter. I would never, never make jokes about raping or having sex of any description with a 14-year-old girl…. Am I guilty of poor taste? Yes. Did I suggest that it was okay for her 14-year-old daughter to be having promiscuous sex? No.”

Internet sensation Susan Boyle returned to the “Britain’s Got Talent” stage for her final performance on Saturday (May 20). Susan, who was a bit nervous and almost quit the competition this week, sang the song that made her famous “I Dreamed a Dream” from Les Miserables.
The song choice wasn’t exactly original but I think Susan has made it once again – it was even more beautiful and emotional than the first time (watch video here). Here’s what the judges had to say about Susan Boyle’s performance on “Britain’s Got Talent” tonight:
Piers Morgan said: “That to me was THE greatest performance I’ve seen in ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ history… you should win. I loved it.”
Amanda Holden added: “You did it, girl, you did it for Scotland. Can I just say, Simon had a tear in his eye.”
Simon Cowell concluded: “You could have walked away [from the competition] and you could have had a lot of stuff coming your way in America. Win or lose, you had the guts to come back here tonight, face your critics and you beat them and that’s the most [important] thing…. You can walk away with your head held high. I absolutely adore you.”
Did Susan Boyle Win?? Unfortunately, Susan ended second. Congratulations to the “Britain’s Got Talent” winner, the dance troupe Diversity!!

YouTube sensation Susan Boyle went back to “Britain’s Got Talent” stage for the second time to perform “Memories” (or “Memory“) from the musical Cats. The 47 year-old was a bit nervous at the beginning of the song but she didn’t fail to wow us again with her voice and talent.
A brand new Susan got amazing compliments from the judges and even a public apology from Simon Cowell. She has made it to the finals on Saturday, May 30 and is the favorite to win a $159,000 prize and perform in front of members of the royal family at Britain’s annual Royal Variety Show.

Eccentric Lady GaGa performed her new single “Love Game” on the Dancing With The Stars season finale on Tuesday (May 19). Love GaGa now!! She is completely nuts. She can sing and dance. GaGa is a fantastic performer!
Who Won Dancing With The Stars 2009?? Shawn Johnson is the youngest winner of DWTS. She and her partner Mark Ballas were also the stars in the most embarrassing moment of DWTS.
The movie “Sherlock Holmes” starring Robert Downey Jr. as Sherlock Holmes, Jude Law (Dr. John Watson) and Rachel McAdams (Irene Adler) hits theaters later this year on Christmas Day (December 25th, 2009).
The teaser trailer of this movie (watch video below) is causing some controversy since they seemed to have injected too much action and humor in this adaption of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s novel. We just hope they don’t completely ruin Sherlock Holmes for the future generations! Sherlock was not a funny action hero!!

Comedy Central aired comedian Dane Cook’s new stand-up special, “ISolated INcident,” which will be released as an audio album Tuesday (May 19) and as a DVD later this year. Dane finally admits what America has been waiting to hear for years: “Can I just admit to you, you’re right,” the 37-year-old said, holding his palms up to the sky. “Look . . . I’m not funny. I’m OK with that. I’m cool with that.”

”The Hills” star Heidi Montag, who wants to change her name to Heidi Pratt, just debuted her brand new music video for the first single “Black Out” off her debut album due out in July. The video was directed by Heidi’s husband Spencer Pratt during their honeymoon in Mexico.
First I can’t even believe Heidi has an album coming up but since that seems to be true I wonder if they couldn’t get a real professional to shoot a real music video. Heidi could also invest more money on clothes…
Gwen Stefani and No Doubt are back and they performed one of their hits “I’m Just a Girl” on last night’s American Idol Results Show (May 6). Unfortunately the last girl in the show, Allison Iraheta, was voted off and for the first time it is an all-male Top Three on American Idol.
During Britney Spears’ encore performance of “Womanizer” at the Circus tour stop in Conneticut, a crazy, completely wasted fan jumped on stage and tried to dance with the troubled popstar. You can see in the video above around the 2:15 mark, Britney was completely scared and screaming for help… too bad her mic wasn’t on!!
Britney’s back-up dancers and security quickly threw the 20 year-old Kyle King off stage and he was promptly arrested but already released this morning on $250 bail.
Stomach it if you can! Here is the latest concert malfunction from Britney Spears. In this video you can clearly see that Ms. Spears is having some issues with her tampon as it seems to be hanging all out of her outfit. Maybe she should slow down changing clothes or just simply wear MORE clothes!
Overall this latest episode is rather tame for Britney. Last month she caused an uproar when she was heard on an open mic exclaiming, “my pussy is hanging out!”
I am not sure how long this video will be available before team Britney has it banned from You Tube. So enjoy it while you can!
Fox News anchor Shepard Smith got into a heated debate with Fox contributor Judith Miller about interrogation techniques. Smith is strongly against and condemns torture.
“We are America, we don’t torture! And the moment that is not the case, I want off the train! This government is of, by, and for the people — that means it’s mine. That means — I’m not saying what is torture, and what is not torture, but I’m saying, whatever it is, you don’t do it for me! I want off the train when the government starts — I want off, next stop, now!”
The thing gets serious when he completely lost it and dropped the F-bomb on the online show “The Strategy Room” later (video below).
Smith says: “We are America!” he shouted, slamming his hand on the table. “I don’t give a rat’s ass if it helps. We are AMERICA! We do not f*cking torture!!”

Depeche Mode shut down Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles for an exclusive performance for ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Thursday (April 23). The band performed their new hit single “Wrong” (video above).
Lindsay Lohan was on the Ellen DeGeneres Show not to promote anything but to talk about her relationship with Samantha Ronson. Lindsay is a new woman ready to fully focus on her career after the nasty break-up, which she says was a complete surprise.
“I feel like I want to get my career back in shape. There are some shows I’m producing that I’m really excited about. I’m doing a movie in October. So it’s been nice to just kind of…You know when people are together so much it gets really difficult and you forget who you are because you’re more concerned about being with the other person.
“I think [the breakup has] been really good for me. I thought it would be so much harder and it hasn’t been…I’ve had great people surrounding me and I’ve just been working every single day. “
Ellen completely relates to what Lindsay is going through since she has been through one of those break ups with actress Anne Heche back in 2000.

The first runner-up Miss California USA Carrie Prejean of San Diego was involved in controversy last night at the Miss USA 2009 pageant, when she had to answer a question about same-sex marriages by one of the judges, famous celebrity blogger Perez Hilton.
Perez Hilton: “Vermont recently became the 4th state to legalize same-sex marriage. Do you think every state should follow suit. Why or why not?”
Carrie Prejean: “Well I think its great that Americans are able to choose one or the other. We live in a land where you can choose same-sex marriage or opposite marriage. And you know what, in my country, in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman. No offense to anybody out there, but that’s how I was raised and that’s how I think it should be between a man and a woman. Thank you very much.”
This was charged question but it could have been answered gracefully (“I wish for World peace!”) without causing all this controversy. For the first time in pageant history, a Miss USA contestant was booed by the audience and called a “dumb b*tch” by Perez – congratulations to Carrie Prejean!!
